Worst kind of service ever. Even at the most slowest times they kept me waiting when i call a lot ahead for pickup. Forgot to put my fries in the combo, gave me cold chickens. After i called back, The employee doesn’t even feel any guilt. Disappointing
I got food poisoning from this location a few years ago and have never eaten here since, but last night my husband got food from this location and got very sick. Clearly the food is not being prepared properly and hygiene is an issue.do not visit this location.
Used the Drive-thru only so no idea about inside. The best thing about this location is that its halal. Hand slaughtered halal. It's awesome and I dont have to drive all the way to Fairview mall.
I went there through the driveway, ordered for 2PCs of Spicy Chicken and a Medium Fries. Saba took the order, and azhar came to bill me, he charged $20 first, thankfully my wife was on the phone and she heard and told me to recheck, then he found it was a mistake, when I asked for the receipt it says the chicken was mild. I asked Azhar why it’s mild he said they don’t have any spicy left. Very unprofessional of them to just give chickens whichever is leftover. Never going back to this branch again.
First we asked to give us 6 pcs of chicken and the girl at the counter said that they don't sell 6 pcs. They sell combos like 5 or 8 pcs. Then we said that we just want 6 pcs of chicken and french fries. Then she said ok. After that for 6 pcs chicken and french fries she gave us 4 sachets of ketchup. After asking for more she gave just 2 more. My kids love ketchup so I asked for 2 more ketchups but she refused to give saying that they are short of ketchups. Also their washroom was so dirty that I almost puked. I will never visit this store again.
Went there to dine in.order dulex sandwich as a combo, the food was very fresh and the staff was very friendly and were always there when needed.will surely visit again.
Food is really good, talked with the staff, the boy called viraj is really helpful he was working in kitchen but still helped me ordered the best food they have and trust me he suggested really good dishes, I wonder he is a professional chef even the service was good!
Love the spicy chicken sandwich here. Too bad that this location sometimes suffers from either poorly trained staff or under staffing, my guess is under staffing. I am a drive through customer and items are forgotten regularly. It took me a while to learn to check my order before driving away. Otherwise, still a regular customer.
There is a lady employee that works at this location with big glasses who failed to order check and forgot to give me an item I paid for. When I drove back around, it took 6 minutes for someone to come to the drive-thru window. When she did, she did not greet me but gave me a blank stare. I told her I been waiting and that she forgot to give me an item. She handed it to me and didn’t say a word again. Unacceptable.
Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos last night and both had no pickles. If you run out of an ingredient, the least you can do is notify the customer. Obviously basic customer service isn’t part of the training here.
I usually order from here. They forget to add side items sometimes. Today was terrible experience with Gulmar/Gilmar who had no sense of customer service and told to my face "What should I do? " When I reminded her she forgot to add some items. Please work on customer service team!
Worst Popeyes I been to, serving was terrible. Lady walked away even my order wasn’t done and when asked for the hot sauce, she said no more hot sauce. They need to clean their washroom.
Devika who said she was the manager argued with me over 2 apple pies I paid for, but never recieved in my order, when I returned, they remembered me and told me to mention it next time I was in. I returned and was verbally assaulted by this "Devika" person who said I never paid for them. I most certainly did. I said I'll only take one, she refused, and told me to leave the store. Terrible amature management skills. For $1.29 they lost a faithful customer. Fire this person immediately. Even the staff were laughing at her behind her back. I don't blame them. Even if the customer was wrong, it's a pie. Terrible place. Don't go there!
A $6.99 sandwich turned out to be $7.99 at the window. I was not told of the upcharge when I was asked if we wanted a slice of tomato, lettuce and a slice of pickle. I questioned why I was charged more than what the poster shows. I was told because the sandwich is expensive. I felt like they were cheating me. I refused to pay for the upcharge, out of principle. The girl took my bag and questioned her manager. She asked for the change she gave me and handed me back my $20. This location gets orders wrong and puts 3 small containers as 1 large item. 4 small containers fit into a large container. I have not been here in over a year. Decided to give them another try, hoping things had improved. They did not. We are NEVER going back to this location nor to the Uxbridge location. I swear these two locations use old oil. Beware if you go to either location. If you go to the Kingston Rd.location, check your order. Seriously, check it. Then say a prayer that you have fresh items.
The food is good but I specifically asked for a leg and breast and I got a leg and thigh so apparently they don't know the difference between pieces of chicken
I bought the deal today and I paid $39 dollars and all money was wasted it the Barger and tender we bought all gone into garbage so much salty very salty very disappointed we wast money.
Staff is pleasant polite and prompt. I've rarely received overdone chicken from this Popeye's and it's definitely better than any KFC that you may have made the mistake by visiting.
Food at this location was great! Family loves it. I came at the right time as a fresh batch of fries and cbicken was just made and served. Staff are friendly and service with a smile
The daily special fried shrimp I just ordered was amazing! I remember last time I ordered from some other places it was very salty but there fried shrimp was just perfect! Even had some extra pieces of fries they throwed in, Lol great
The quality is not as good as other Popeye's. There is something off with the taste, the oil might be overused or meats not cleaned or seasoned properly.

Very cheap service. They gave you half bowl of red bean and mash potatoes. I ordered three special Tuesday and gave two sause. I asked for extra sause and gave me one. What a cheap.
Takes so long to get a simple order, looks dirty, girl working the drive thru window handles food and money with the same gloves and wears masks only around mouth. Nose fully exposed. I was also missing half my order even after confirming what it was that I ordered. Infuriating.

So I just went to Popeyes on Kingston Road I placed a order and get messed up I got all the way home and I realize I didn’t get What I order so I went back and explain to the lady that I went through drive through and they have messed up my order she was not happy with it because they wanted me to pay again for chicken that I already pay for and she look for the smallest piece of chicken out of all the chicken she threw my food on the counter she do not have any customer service at all if she Is the manager for that location This is why they ratings is low because there’s no customer service at all I have work in fast food restaurant all my life and I have never seen anything like this shame on them
Only drive thru in the area, great location, but otherwise the food is really bad here.chicken always tastes and smells like stale seafood. Several times I have received undercooked chicken that I have to throw away. Lots of room for improvement here
First of all they gave me raw chicken. Second of all they charged me for sauces then did not give me the sauces. When I called Mr. Malcom or whoever the manager was on Thursday April 29,2021 at 10: 00pm told me to come back all the way because he will replace the one chicken for me. I did not go to all the way back to pick up one piece of chicken which I was offered by mr. Manager and my sauce which I never got but paid for. He was rude and hanged up on me. If the manager behaves like that you could only imagine what the employees do.
The cooking oil they use smells so bad, the chicken cooked more than ones to stay hot but you can smell the bad oils when you eat, i don't know how Popeyes always stores to do that. Stay away very bad store
Worst branch ever. Manager should resign his job. This branch opens and closes as per branch managers mood. On Saturday branch should open till 1 am as per schedule. But this branch used to close main door before 11 pm on Saturday. If in this is the case, please update online about correct branch closing hours. Online hours are misguiding customers. Pathetic experience.please close this worst branch.

I arrive at this unique restaurant from time to time as I enjoy the ambiance that is unique to this restaurant. The crew is very attentive and professional. The service is impressively efficient. Also, the food they serve is magnificent. I ate there more than once and I was never disappointed. The cost is fair. I suggest this place to to all.
Always gets my order wrong through Uber Eats, and just tonight I called them and the person on the phone not only HUNG UP ON ME but also sounded very monotone, like they were dead inside. Honestly does it take that much effort to say "thanks have a good night" or even "bye" before you hang up on someone? I was in food service for years and I don't know whats so hard about being at least slightly pleasant when you take a phone call. At least you have a job.
Ordered through ubereats app. The chicken was not cooked properly. Looked perfect.crispy coating and still hot but blood was leaking out at first bite. Tried calling store, no answer. Very disappointed.
The chicken sandwich was very good but it's not the one that ran out in the US. Can't wait to try it when it finally gets here. The restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly and efficient.
Nothing major to complain about. The food is spot on (as much as it can be for a franchise restaurant) and from what I have seen, clean as well. The only issue that causes a drop in the score is the attitude of some of the employees. Its a hit and miss as to if you will have an enjoyable time while there or not based on the time you go and the staff member to assist you. Its understandable that its a franchise operation and almost nobody wants to be there, but its part of the job description and should still be part of the job once hired to be friendly and helpful to the customer.
I ordered chicken sandwich and 5 piece tender combo. Tenders were crispy and delicious just because they had to cook them because they didn't have it ready. Sandwich was horrible, paid over $6.49+tax for it. They microwaved the already cooked chicken pie and tossed it on a cold bun. I waited almost 8 minutes for tender and they could have cooked fresh chicken for the sandwich as well.
They should keep in mind that a customer feels hungry and thinks of Popeye's out of all the burger places that there are and then customer chooses this location only and they give customers cold chicken sandwich.
Go this location if you want to ruin your appetite and waste your hard earned money.
I went to a Markham and Ellesmere location to buy a fresh chicken sandwich tonight and threw the one that they sold me in the garbage.

Bought popeyes there and they gave us really old chicken.the chicken was hard and the skin was really dark burnt.this place does not deserve a single star at all
The only popeyes I have ever seen that has a drive thru so huge up on that! If your order tenders and there very small they give you a few extra to make up for it so I appreciate they always give you what you pay for not like other locations
We had been a regular of this branch for 6 years now. Staff were so courteous. At one time, we ordered dark meat so we have to wait for 7 min. But as an appreciation for our wait, the cashier gave us an extra piece which we really appreciated as well.
Worst customer service ever. Messed up our order, charged for 2 biscuits but didn't receive any. We palced an order of wings too, the CSR confirmed but after we payed for the ordered, and when handing over the oreder i asked about the wings, CSR said the wings are finished. The CSR was really rude too. Really bad experience
I bought a meal from here a couple of times until I found black, long hair wrapped around my chicken when I was really deep into my food I came back to the store and demanded a refund, since I did have the evidence and my receipt. I’m happy I got my money back but they ruined my Popeyes experience and I would never eat from any Popeyes again
