I'm so mad they forgot the gravy. They forgot the fries. All they gave me was chicken they forgot the sauce. They forgot everything not come here

Delicious get protein though chicken carbohydrates through bun and definitely fats as being deep fried but acceptable in a cheat day

The golden-brown breading is sand-fine, lightly crispy, well-seasoned, and appropriately crumby—and the breading-to-filling ratio is spot-on.

Breading is easy to get right, though. What about the actual chicken filling? Home run. Like, my first bite was so similar to what I remember the real thing tasting like that I actually got a little grossed out for a second, forgetting I wasn’t chewing actual animal meat. There’s a real endorsement of their authenticity for you!

The texture and mouthfeel are spot-on: a little juicy, a little tender, a little chewy. The taste is enjoyable in an unremarkable kind of way. It’s mild, yummy, fatty, inoffensive, a little salty, chicken-y but not CHICKEN-Y.

Overall, these nuggets are hard not to like, easy to keep popping, and begging to be dunked in ketchup or slathered in sriracha.

The staff need to do a better job at listening to the customers, bought a chicken sandwich couple of times from this location and told them specifically to leave out the pickles and everytime they don’t.

Ordered 3 orders daily special which is the 3 piece chicken, so total should be 9 pieces. Ordered all spicy. But when I get home, there’s only 6 pieces and all not spicy. Called store, they said manager will contact me but didn’t. Very disappointed and bad service. Won’t visit again.

Why is your halal certificate not visible? Ended up driving all the way here and walking out. The employees couldn't even find it. Not good.

I just walked out of the store. This store let me down every time because each time I had to wait too long to get my food. I waited more than half an hour to get my spicy chicken today. When I finally told them I needed the sauce, they simply ignored me and I felt insulted. It's really outrageous！

Get the spicy, it's so good. Still good chicken, wasn't crowded but they need to have food readily available instead of making customers wait 10+ minutes.

The service was disgusting. The server treated me and my girlfriend like we were second rate citizens. We asked for sandwiches and were basically told it was pieces of chicken only. We asked fries which were made and got a dirty look. We were told they were all breasts and it was one breast with thighs and legs. I was so disappointed in what happened.

Had a late night snack today. The sandwiches were nice but the fries stole the show. So fresh and delicious

Waiting to long to get a food, everyone in the kitchen moves like a turtle! The feeling is very bad, never come again.

Told me 10 mins, when i came back, I realized they forgot my order, waiting another 15 mins until i get my order….

The night staff is really good.even at closing time they made fresh chicken. The manager was so nice … overall good experience. I will visit there again.

This is the second time I am not satisfied of Popeyes at Parkway Mall. I asked for spicy 12 pieces. I waited for more than 15mn but I got normal chicken. You have always to check your foodbefore leaving the shop. I cannot trust them anymore. They put 11 pieces instead of 12 and 2 small pieces of the bottom end of a breast and counted that as one piece. Every time I buy from Popeyes I get frustrated and angry. I will never ever buy it enough of ripping off. Where are managers? Please do something to keep your customers and your business running.

Worst place ever used to be the best dine in is closed why no reason and didn’t have ketchup or mayo and the girls that works here is really rude she was checking her phone while talking to us it was on 12: 20 on Tuesday may 24

Very bad service i will never go this location ever again.lady at the counter is just try show me he's very busy and take my order after 15 minutes.

Went in on May 19th to order take out, and I was immediately smacked in the face by how HOT it was in there. Within minutes I was literally wiping sweat from my forehead.

While waiting for my order, I noticed the thermostat on the wall, so I decided to take a look. It said that it was 91F (or 33C) in the restaurant. This is no way to treat customers, and may possibly be a potential health violation! I will not be back.

Was served small, over cooked chicken strips yesterday and their butterfly shrimp were mostly battered shrimp tails, do not recommend this location.

I don't know why so many bad reviews but the food was cooked perfectly. The girls at the front were very friendly and professional. I will go back again for sure.

I’ve been a fan of Popeyes for a long time but, I feel that in the last couple of years their food quality has become inconsistent even within the same locations.

Last time I tried this one, the food was good but, I think that the biscuit could have been a little fluffier and the chicken needed a bit more seasoning and color (perhaps they gave me a “mild” instead of spicy) ; however, it was cooked well.

The service was OK so, I have no complaints so far about this location’s staff.

The worst location both my sandwiches were undercooked very greasy and even the chicken strips weren’t cook properly and very poor food quality I will never order again Popeyes!

This is the worst location I have been to so far. They seem extremely unorganized, I came in before 4 other customers and they all got their orders before me (exact same order). On top of that they completely messed up my order. One of the employees also kept pulling down her mask while taking care of my food which made me extremely uncomfortable due to the current circumstances. I’m definitely never going back and don’t recommend that location to anyone. Management needs to take care of this place asap.

Never had a problem with popeyes. The chicken sandwich is great and the spicy chicken sandwich is a must. The combos here are also good i enjoy the chicken tender combos

Staff were courteous, considerate and friendly. Ordered wings & combo wings. They were excellent. Great experience!

Friendly staff never had a problem with the accuracy of my orders. 95% of the time the quality of the food is great. Had two Uber Eats orders with this location since 26 October 2020 worked out great.

If you have to go to Popeyes, it's best that you avoid this particular location. Food quality and service is below par. Wouldn't go here again even if they were offering free food.

Daily specials are available and today was any Chicken Sandwich for $5.49 (sandwich only). A drink and/or side (e.g. Fries, rice, etc.) is an extra charge.

I decided on Cajun Poutine $4.49 rather than chicken even though I love the way Popeyes chicken tastes.

There is booth & table seating for 28 customers along with high chairs for any young kids.

Two restrooms are available; one Accessible and one Gender Neutral.

My poutine was hot and tasty. Service was good.

Immigrants busy yapping in their language. Food came out cold. Had they spent more time in making food right, I'm sure I wouldn't be sitting here complaining.

I would like to commend the staff here for being so friendly, and they work together as a team. The food is always hot and fresh. Some customers aren't willing to wait for that kind of quality. But the employees never lose their patience. Keep up the good work!

Not much respect from employees. I simply asked a question and the body language that I was approached with was awful.

Ordered a butterfly shrimp combo but had to wait 30 minutes. We then decided to cancel our order when we saw people that ordered later than us already getting their food. When we talked to the cashier for a refund they just apologized and disregarded us til our food was prepared. We just took the food to avoid all the hassle (we were very hungry too) but later found out that they didn't give out any dipping sauce and napkins (although they gave us extra biscuits).

The food is amazing, I love Popeyes. The staff over there is very friendly and helpful. Specially their manager named Simrat, simran and pridi. I met all 3 oh them they are amazing.

I was hungry & tired, came to popeyes parkway mall. A nice lady with a smile and welcoming face greet me and ask for my order (very nice lady). By the way the lady is Bhanu, with this kind of atmosphere and good vibes. Definitely will coming back soon.
