Don't buy from this branch, trust me they will cheat you and change what you have ordered. I asked to have mixed white and dark, but when I arrived home, I found that they put only one white piece and all others were dark, and most of them drums. Even the manager was bad and didn't admit that they made a mistake. It is up to you if you want to try buying from this branch, but believe me, you will regret it. Don't make my mistake.

Me and my family went to the restaurant and bought a chicken and it wasn’t cooked so my mom went to talk to the girl on the cashier and talking nicely to her that the chicken isn’t cooked she kept saying “what can I do what can i do “ and my mom explained again to. Her she said guys I don’t understand could someone explain, she is “Indian girl I don’t know her name she had a late shift on the 27th”, im really sad from this experience and I dontlike that she disrespected my mom even she was really nice to her

At one point Popeyes chicken was the only halal fried chicken place in Ontario. I’ve been eating popes since I was 15 and now I have teenagers of my own. Family loves it and I love it. Food was fresh and the Punjabi staff were amazing!

Lmaoooooo I went at 11pm because it says they are open till 12am. Got there two guys were standing at the cash register and told me they only had 2 burger left at 11pm. Still 1hr before they close. What a service! Nothing was offered didnt offer if i wanted anything all he said was they only had 2 burgers left.

BEST popoyes. They're so good in customer service and in making crispy chicken always. The whole store is super clean and well maintained. And they serve food within seconds after your order is taken.

Fish fillet was cooked so well, and a light and flakey flounder is served on a warm and toasted buttery brioche bun, with crisp barrel cured pickles and spicy mayo. It was delicious

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hot, tasty meal and quality customer service.

I was a lifetime KFC fan. Now I only go to Popeyes. That's got to tell you something!

The food is insanely consistent in quality. Every piece of chicken I've ever had from Popeyes is exactly like the last piece. And it's great chicken.

Staff for sometimes a little slow on order taking but that's because this is fast food and there's a high turnover rate with employees. But it's always within the acceptable time frame. As to atmosphere, well the place has plastic seats and is mostly used for takeout.

But you're not coming for atmosphere. You're coming for awesome fried chicken. And inside of a couple of minutes you're going to leave with fried chicken. Awesome Fried Chicken.

It is very bad, the chicken is not so fresh that it is black inside. This is not fair at all. When we talked to them, they started laughing. I don't know why they should laugh at themselves for this bad.

I maked at delivery order today for lunch and they just cancel. The atencion in the restaurant is terrible. I was there Friday night, for 40 minutes just for one combo. Just me and another person was there at the end my chicken was not very cook

Purchased family meal and, mashed potatoes has liquid full of gravy.crazy amout of gravy added to mashed potatoes.it was way too oily fried and greasy chicken.

I went in to get lunch shortly after they opened and ordered the chicken tenders. Just about everything in the meal was disappointing. The I can with almost certainty that both the tenders and biscuits where left overs from the day before. The only thing that seemed fresh-ish where the fries. On top of that no one turned on the ice machine in the morning so no ice was ready for my drink. A lot of friends said this location was bad but I wanted to give them a chance. My mistake. I recommend going to another place.

Not busy here as I went later on a Saturday. Had to wait for fresh fries to be made, which was fine. Wish they would have given me fresh biscuits too as they were rock hard. Chicken was ok but not as good as I've had at other locations.

Have eaten there a few times and always happy with the food and service. Went last night and couldnt be more happy. Fresh and hot Spicy Wings and they were cooked to perfection. Girlfriend lives in Toronto and this Popeyes beats all of them in her area. Will continue to tell everyvone how good they are.

Love Popeye's I a pretty sure most everyone knows of there awesome chicken sandwich and great mashed potatoes, but you have to try their butterfly shrimp

This is the best location of Popeyes that I've been to so far. The service is always fairly quick and the food is always fresh. I love me some popeyes!

Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. The order was taken and was ready within few minutes. Order their Tuesday special and Cajun shrimp platter. Love their red beans and rice, mashed potatoes are good and fun to dip their yummy biscuit in it. The shrimps were good, chicken was slightly greasy. Yes the drinks machine stick a little but didn't bother me as I removed my cup right away. Maybe something they have to look at as it might spill on you since it's unexpected.

I bought 8 pcs combo and got 2 drumsticks, 5 tights & 1 side breast. On the receipt written 1/2 white 1/2 dark. Since when tight or drumstick become white meat?

I literally got next to no fries are you joking? This place is horrible 2nd time in a row got my typical order 3 chicken tender mild fries and fountain drink. I’m so disappointed

I ordered the combo by the number which was chicken tenders and what I got was dark meat chicken? Discover this once once I was home! Very disappointing for a new location

Don’t waste time, go to any place else! They rip you off and won’t do anything to correct it! I’ve been going to Popeyes for over 10years and this was the worst one and worst experience I’ve ever had! They steal your money and don’t give you what you order
