I like the taste of fried chicken from this location. Not too salty. The employees are helpful too. Will keep buying from this location.

Ordered a 3 piece spicy tender combo and 2 chicken legs with an extra dipping sauce. I did not get the biscuit that comes with the combo, I only got one leg when I ordered two, there was no ice for the drinks, the ice tea and sprite were empty in the coke machine, and I did not get the extra sauce I ordered. Never had an issues at other Popeyes before. I won't be going back to this one.

We ordered our food like normal and the guy said to wait 10 mins. 20 mins later, he JUST started working on our sandwiches. They’re taking their sweet time but taking at least 10 orders since we came. Try another branch.

Ghost pepper wings were not exactly as posted ads. I received 7 new cooked chicken wings with 3 old chicken re cooked and burnt. Upon challenging the manager Poonam. The manager knew that she sold the wrong product to me and tried to blame the customer, saying, "I know you will come back as the regular customer. " She tried to trick me and sell blank taste wings, not crispy, as posted on today's special deal. I have had past bad experiences with the Manager Poonam, who doesn't know what the chicken pieces are and the popeyes menu. My couple previous orders last time were also tricked and gave me ribs instead of breast pieces but charged me for a breast pieces. It seems like she needs more training on how to speak with customers and the menu as well as more hands-on experience on quality of selling a product. Fyi, I go to many other popeyes stores and I never had a bad experience as much as I did with this one.

My chicken nuggets were old and greasy. Sad they give out old food. Have some pride in your service.

I mean it’s Popeyes so when you’re asking for something mild it takes a while normally but this time it took like over 10 minutes (just standing there). I also asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me french fries.but because it took 10 minutes from my field at least my chicken was hot.

Very rude staff (Shift manager included), mislabeled all sandwiches when we had dietary restrictions. When asked if they could relable the sandwiches was told "we can not as it is Popeyes' policy to not take back food after its handed to customer"

Got takeout around 9: 30 tonight. They forgot all the dips. I got home and as I was eating noticed the tenders were pink and the chicken sandwiches are all half cooked, pink literally alive. Honestly DISGUSTING!

My family ordered food for my mom’s birthday as this was what she wanted. Ordered online and went to go pick up. Have always had great service and very lovely staff. We got there a bit early so we knew we would have to wait a couple minutes which was no issue, we also did have a bigger order.
Sad as we saw another customer getting mad at what seemed like the manager/owner for her food not being “fresh”. My mom went over and stepped in to stick up for the worker as the customer got mad despite her coming 15 minutes late for her food. Obviously they are going to make it fresh but if you show up late, there isn’t much they can do. People need to learn to be kind. As we told the workers, you can’t please the unpleaseable.
Overall, this location is amazing with lots of great staff! Will continue to return!

Service quality is super poor. I was there to pick up my order around 9: 16 and front desk guy told me he need more than 30 minute for preapare the order. Super slow service and unprofessional staff

We arrived last evening to this location. We entered the restaurant where there were people eating and as we were waiting to order we were told that they are "now closed". As I looked at my phone the time changed from 9: 59 to 10: 00 which is the advertised closing time. Behind the counter there was an abundance of food on the warming trays. Very disappointed that the clock watchers refused service. I'm sure the owners would not be very happy with this type of service.

Service is just wonderful and best location nearby. Very professional and polite staff working. Welcoming to their guests. Chicken at these places is just perfect love it:)

Great and efficient customer service. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
We had dine in dinner and the place was very neat and clean all around.

Thank you staff of july 28,8 pm for being so creative giving me the exact opposite of what I asked for and for the chicken taste like a sea food, I was always a big fan but today's experience was really disappointing.

What is your problem with not mixing the family meal (white and red) why should we eat according to who ever pack choice? This time is really my fault coming back but NEVER AGAIN

The supervisor at night is very rude and no manners at all. I approached for my order and I noticed that the packaging is very untidy. I told my concern to the supervisor and the supervisor touched the food by hand and when I told that this is unhygienic she shouted at me and I cancelled the order right away and I will never come back to this location anymore.

Loved their new chicken sandwich. They have great deals on their website for chicken and tenders. Staff is so friendly and helping. Love this location

I placed a large order for delivery and was missing 4 pies, I called and the staff spoke to the supervisor. The supervisor said the order wasn't missing because she packed the bag herself. That is not good customer service. I should have gone to KFC.
I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Very disappointed with food quality and customer service. For sure never ordering from this place ever again. Usually we enjoy popeyes chicken but not at this location unfortunately. The chicken seemed undercooked and the fries are soggy. When called to raise our concerns the supervisor was very rude and disrespectful

I came with my son (4) for lunch.his fav spot.
We didn’t go for our usually classic chicken and instead went with the Wed deal: 2 minis. Sadly I was disappointed. They were cold, and overdosed in mayo. It’s essentially 2 small chicken fingers in a bun. Gonna stick to the usual from now on.

One of the best popeyes I ever been fast and friendly service (they always treat me like a family) Naiya always welcome me with her beautiful smile and she make sure I am satisfied with the order and service this is the place to go if you like spicy chicken sandwich

Forgot food, rude to multiple customers and not caring how many people were there. Future covid out break waiting to happen, but leaving with out your full order is reason enough to avoid this place.

It was a very good experience as the staff was friendly and the quality of food was excellent, the meals were hot and delicious.
I advice to go there, the only point is the price is high

Today was a fantastic experience to eat delicious n crispy popeyes food at Appleby Burlington location. Great customer service n the way front guys manage in super busy condition was amazing. Next time definitely come with my friends. It was a great experience!

Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Popeye's.

It had been a long time since we had the infamous Popeye's sandwich. And trust me it felt good after a long break.
There are definitely better chicken sandwiches out there, but this one isn't bad for on-spot hunger pangs for only around $7.

This location needs another staff member working who soley focuses on order assurance. It is so busy it's almost a garauntee that something's forgotten. I am particularly upset today because we ordered my son's first ever kids meal and I missed him eating it because I had to go back to get my tenders they missed: (

Ordered a big order via Uber eats. They forgot the poutine. When I called back to ask about it I was told that unfortunately they don't have employee cars that can make this right. Also that in the next two weeks I can come and claim my free poutine anytime because they also can't refund.
Ordered sandwiches in original and Spicey. No labelling. So now unless someone goes through each piece we don't know what is what.

I don't live in Burlington so claiming that poutine won't be convenient. Very poor handling.

Customer service is poor. Been there numerous times when there was no chicken and a long wait till there would be some.

First time trying popeyes in many years. I wanted to see what the chicken sandwich hype was all about. The first time I went here it was really good, second time wasnt so great as the bun wasnt as fresh. Overall a great experience, will return.

Extremely poor customer service by staff and supervisor. Supervisor asked me not to worry about sticky substance all over my ketchup packets and my inside my bag containing my fries and he said "Don't worry sir, it's not poison. " Wow. I asked for a refund and left.

Yesterday was our first time in this magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the great dishes and wine and with the modest payment. We will absolutely come back in a short time.

I have called so many times to place the order but it's really disappointing that they do not pickup the phone.

The service was exceptional and the food was great. I recently visited the other popeyes store but the food there was stale and not crunchy at all. This place has always served me fresh and hot food (which i absolutely love). The cashier on the other hand is really really polite she helps me find the best price for the food i buy. Will recommend this location for sure.

First time walking in, excellent service. Today I ordered a spicy chicken burger and onion rings. The burger bun was so soft and patty was so crunchy and juicy. I loved the taste. I enjoyed every bite. This location offer refills. Better than the Brant location.

The Popeyes on Brant disappointed me on both visits so I never went back. Happened to be near this one and pleasantly surprised. Food tasted great, speedy and friendly service.

I work in same plaza so i make frequent visits there, Excellent quick service. Food is good like other popeys but what makes this place different is its extremely nice and always smiling staff.

Sitting at the Appleby line, BURLINGTON Canada location, ordered 4 piece spicy chicken combo. 3 out of 4 pieces were bland, no spice not even mild only one piece was spicy. Told the server but he said this is how we make the spicy. I said it’s not my first time but he wasn’t ready to listen. Ordered one Cajun and one regular fries & both tasted the same
The staff is not professional at all

Even though I live closer to the Brant St location, I drive farther to the Appleby restaurant. The staff are much more pleasant and the food is definitely more fresh. The service makes all the difference. This location offers free refills, unlike the Brant location. This is my go to location for hot and fresh fried chicken!

My daughter ordered from Montreal Quebec to be delivered as a surprise for me here in Burlington it arrived like I just got my order at the counter!

GREASY, COLD, DRIED OUT MEAT the salads if I didn't know better I'd say that they are off date could be because I didn't see a section that was refrigerated!
Last time we had KFC my daughter and I got food poisoning sick for a week!
Staff were dirty no hair nets wash hands I'm guessing that you have to pay extra for that

First time I ever had Popeye’s and I was not left disappointed. Food is good and the food joint is in a great plaza. Only drawback, the place wasn’t as clean as it should be

I love the size of the chicken at this location! Other's have left me disappointed, but I have never had a bad experience at the Appleby location. Well done, keep up the great work!

Too greasy. I was disappointed. The biscuits are like pucks. The chicken and shrimp are so bready snd greasy. If you want something cheap it is the place to go. Service is good.
