The chicken sandwich was delicious and crunchy, while the fries we crisp with a spice that I really enjoyed.

I really enjoyed the service that was provided to me by Naheed. I visited this place twice and both times I got a great service from this restaurant. I would really appreciate Neheed as she is so friendly and have such a positive aura. I was disturbed little bit before I visited this restaurant but when I came here I got a warm welcome from Naheed. Her smile and service made my day. Anam was also there who served me the food. She is also so professional and polite. I recommend all of you to visit this place.

Do not go during dinner when they are busy, you will not get what you pay for. The staff barely speak or understand English and are very racist and rude. I went there for dinner at 6pm and the staff got my order wrong, forgetting to include one of the $9 sandwiches I paid for. I asked them politely to correct the order and they said they said it will be corrected. They then proceeded to say racist things about me to each other in another language. Since I am a translator and speak 7+ languages, I was able to understand what they were saying and I politely asked them if they could not bring my race and appearance into an incorrect order. They gave me my corrected order and I left, only to find that the sandwiches they gave me were both incorrect. I ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches and recieved 2 regular chicken sandwiches, one of which did not have a bottom bun.

Spicy sandwiches deluxe combo we purchased two of them were both drenched in oil and bread was soggy! I have had many times at other locations the same combos and had good food given to me but this location was my total loss of money and spoiled dinner. We had throw away their sandwiches and make our own food at home. I did not bother to call the restaurant as I observed that they were not even aware of customers orders being processed in time and many include me had to followup for the orders. Over all bad experience at the location. I wish I had never visited them.

I really appreciate the quality and especially the service given by 'Naheed' supervisor. She was really nice and talking to her was really helpful. I think she should continue as a manager of this restaurant. At last i just want to say "Thank you" 'Naheed' for your service.

Anam is the person that took care of my order. Very professional, clear, and friendly. Best customer service I’ve ever got from a popeyes.
Definitely should be considered for management position.

Food is fantastic, Place is nice an tidy, Vibe of the people are amazing. 1 special worker Anam, she makes the place even better, come here for her and you'll not only get great service but once it's time to leave, you'll have a smile on you're face at the end.

I had stopped on my way home for something quick to eat but when I got my food home it was just a mess in the container and it looked like the staff member just threw it in not impressed and also the staff member that took my order assumed i wanted a large drink but I thought most meals only come with medium drinks

Team is very courteous, service level is top ranked. Relatively this has been Popeye's best branch in GTA.

Lol they put the ice that fell on the counter back in with the rest of the clean ice:) never going here again.its ice.imagine what they do with the rest of the food that falls out of its container.the thought of this makes me feel sick to my stomach.

Didn't like 2 piece chicken breast. It was rubbery and I got just 2 tiny bones for 9 bucks: (. Not cool.

This place is disgusting and I am not saying this just after one time experience. They redo the chicken and fries don’t know how many times that are completely soaked in oil. Even after complaints they give you same. Also it’s so unhygienic that you eat at the cost of your health, will never go and recommend anyone.

Very friendly staff. Order online and by the time i get there its ready. They do a great job keeping food warm until you get there.

My mom had a hankering for chicken.

BEWARE Went there for lunch today. The girl at the cash was taking money and than went to put my order together wearing the same dirty gloves that she was wearing handling all the money, Yuk! I told her she should't be handling money and than food. She said sorry and washed her hands and put on new gloves. Beware watch them here unless you don't care about getting sick!

Not a fan of fried chicken but enjoyed my meal here! We had the crispy Chicken sandwich along with the 5 PC chicken meal with 2 sides. Came in hot and fresh!

Worst Popeyes location ever! Chicken tastes old and dry. They always mess up orders as well. Stay away from this place!

The moment I set foot in the place dat was recommended by my friend I felt it was my home. My momma can’t make food like dat. It was more better that the holy heaven of Ontario. There is chico ki malian and then ontarios popyes. Highly recommended for singles forever

Service and food is always great.
Only reason ir drops a star is that they need a better extractor or something so that the 'Fried Chicken' smell isn't as strong, it tends to linger on clothing for a while even after short trips in to grab food.
But this doesn't take away from the food and staff who have always been good.

Their strawberry pie is delicious. Shama is awesome! But they never answer their phn so we can order ahead.

As a kid I would love Popeyes! Portions were huge, tasted great, and made you want more. Sadly that's not the case these days and not just here but all Popeyes.

Amazing branch, great team. I was already late but they made sure I get all freshly made orders even everyone was about to close. Thanks Popyes Team!

Worst experience ever, after going for take out and getting home to find out we were missing the kids meal. Called the store and they said no problem you can come and get it…. WHAT? Are you kidding? You should have bring the food to my door, my family was sitting ready for supper and you are asking me to go back and get the food I supposed to have at that time? I do not recommend this location to anyone (Maple avenue in Milton) this is the second time we experienced a frustrating situation! Not going again terrible customer service, if I could give less than 1 star I would!

So picture this. Thursday 6pm.we ordered the deal of the day. Thankfully Popeye's prints the time the order was entered, which was about 3 minutes after we were first in line without being helped. The deal of the day today is 3 pieces of chicken - I thought that was a pretty standard item, surely standard enough that they would expect people to order it, as it is the deal of the day.also you would expect that at suppertime, people might be ordering food for dinner.so can someone from Popeye's explain why it took 33 mins to get our "Fast" food?

Pathetic, one of the worst fast food experiences ever.

Oh, one other thing, it is not like they were short staffed - there were 6 people working the restaurant.

On the food side, chicken was decent. Side of fries and onion rings were bagged long before our chicken was ready, so they were cold and soggy (from the humidity of the bag) by the time we got home.

Overall, poor execution of what I would expect their standard operating procedures as developed by corporate to be.

At this place I experienced fast service and got quality foods here. There is always a treat with discounts spread over 7 days and you can plan your whole week with discounted foods. Mostly I enjoy spicy chicken sandwiches because of their good taste. Prices are reasonable and food variety is good.

Served completely different order. Improper use of gloves. Had to throw away my drink because it was served with bare hands. Waste of time and money.

This is the 3rd time to buy and found the chicken very bad smell, so we are not able to eat it. It's the last chance I gave it for them and will not go back again to Popeyes. Not recommend it any more

They always have no chicken, even during dinner times. Each customer had to wait 25-40 minutes. Their shelves were empty and 3/4 employees working were chilling in the back. Will never go to this location again.

I am not the type of person who will write a review but, i can’t just ignore the fact that when I got my order and opened the bag, the garvy spilled all over the bag, payed extra $5 for the gravy but then I got left with nothing, so very disappointed bcoz I usually order at this location and its the first time that this happen, the biscuits are not fresh too it is hard, who would want to eat that.

Food was great, order was on point.my only pointer is the combo of fries and biscuit was slightly cold. I would have loved it to be warmer.

I really like the chain but have to say this location is by far the worst I've ever experienced. The staff seem to be trained to treat certain customers with preferential treatment while making others wait. The food seems to be on the end of barely cooked or dried out under heat lamps. The managers will probably spam fake positive reviews after this to drown out the accuracy of my statements.

Slow service, no chicken on shelf they never cooked chicken i guess, its after lunch time 1: 00pm. There were few customer in line 2 to 3, horrible rude customer service. Chicken Nugguts 12 min time. This place need improvement, they can ask for help from meadowale popeyes in mississauga.

Went there for the first time. Although so many people have given bad reviews, however I thought to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was not too different either.

Order taking was efficient, however the staff doesn't believe in customer service, hence they were trying to cut short in every item. I ordered the Chicken tenders deals which comes with 14 tenders, 2 large sides, 4 biscuits and 4 dipping sauces.

The size of the tenders is tiny, fries and food was cold. They didn't put any dipping sauce, ketchup, napkins etc. So I had to request to give me the sauces which were supposed to come with the deal. The server put 4 napkins but no ketchup.

Based on this experience, I'll never visit this restaurant again and would not recommend it!

Food is good.they need to improve there customer service and proper use of gloves. They put the paper in the box and press it with there gloved hands which they use every ware in the store.and then put chicken on it. I would like to see some other way to put that paper in.

Ended up getting salmonella after having a chicken sandwich from here late night. It smelled funny and I ate it anyway thinking it's nothing. It was obviously made hours ago and left at room temperature as the bun was rock hard. Stay away!

The food is always great and counter staff is always pleasant, this location in milton is more preferred for me compared to the other, i find the manager at the other location to be rude. But this place is fantastic!

I called twice today and they would not take my order on phone as they said they are busy so would take order when present at the restaurant. I reached the restaurant in less than 5 minutes and I was the only one there. I have been to other Popeyes however this one is the worst one. Went to location ordered the food. Reached home and food was cold. I asked the representative and supervisor was listening however he chose to go inside the room and not even a single person apologized. I would not recommend this location.

This place is the worst Popeyes location! They always serve sandwiches and tenders with full of oil! If you wanna see it compare with another Location on Milton! Never ever go here.

Ordered my food as a scheduled delivery for a later time. Food was absolutely cold to the touch. This store cares more about volume than quality. Definitely never ordering again.ever!

The staff always tend to mess up orders. This has happened so often that i have to check my order on site every time. The bread on their sandwiches are always stale. I have eaten at other locations, unfortunately this one is the worst.

For a total of $12, I only got 4 chicken pcs (mixed). The quality of the product was ok (since it was mostly dark meat). The spicy ranch sauce was pretty good, in which they charge an extra 35¢ for. I don't believe they have gravy. KFC is better & they do have gravy.

We enjoy going to popeyees in Mississauga but it was nothing compare to that. Order was messed up. We ordered large fries & they gave gravy. Chicken sandwich was very dry. They need to up their scale & keep the franchise food same.

Clean place. Chicken is always good. The only thing is that, sometimes, their chicken isn’t always cooked properly and you can see a lilttle bit of blood.

Clean, small restaurant. Got my food within 5 minutes of placing an order. My order was for one person, but still got it quickly seeing there was a line up of people. Food was hot and fresh tasting.

Terrible service, terrible management. Their food is good but orders are so often messed up that it pretty much over shadows everything else. This Popeye's in Milton and the other one near Cineplex, both need to up their game. The terrible service almost makes me never want to go there again!

Chicken is old and dry consistently at this location. Be sure to check out the new location on Derry. I won't be going back to this one!

The service at the Maple View location is atrocious; the girl at the counter is always angry and not accommodating. Certainly when you crave fried chicken Popeyes comes First to mind; I cringe every time I come to this location as the restaurant is unkept (dirty) and the wait is very long. I laughed on my last visit as I ordered onion rings as a side; the employee gave me fries; I asked it to be corrected and she said “just take the fries we are busy and don’t have time for this change”. Got to love It:)

Popeye's is a U. S. "seafood" and fried chicken, fast food chain. Don't let that fool you or put you off though. There is value for money at these restaurants. The chicken pieces are large and in no way greasy. The meat is moist and tender. I have been to many Popeye's and they are ALL consistently food! Popeye's is FAR better than its competition named for a Southern U. S.state.

They hide their napkins and give you hard time when asking for them. Very cheap owner. Do not attempt to ask for a refill! They'll give you that look. What ever happened to customer service skills? Where are these people coming from? No respect at all.

Visited yesterday the 1003 Maple Ave, Milton location and was not impressed! I felt like I wasted my money. The order of 6 shrimp in crisp buttermilk batter was awful. Shrimp had still partially peel on and were extremely chewy. Fries were tasty though.

Everytime we go to this store, it keeps on getting worse. It never serves fresh food, it always seems like the food is reheated. Today we ordered 3 boxes of butterfly shrimp, but the worker thought it was okay to fit three orders in one box, and clearly was not equivalent to three orders. The shrimps seemed reheated and oily. I have been to other Popeyes stores, and I never have a problem, but everytime I go to this store there is always a problem. When we opened the box, it seemed like half of them were crushed together. Staff always seems annoyed at customers, and the store is very understaffed.
