Super clean restaurant, respectful and quick service. And the sandwich was awesome. My first time ever at Popeye's and it was a great experience. Yeah, fries not enough. Food tasted fresh, crispy and flavourful.

Whiles I was here at this Popeyes about to order. A customer who already order and for their food and also ate over the food that they had received asked for a switch in one of his chicken that he was served.

The customer already touched and ate over the food as I saw with my own eyes and they still put it back on the rack to serve to other people, and you would think with Covid going on they wouldn’t do such a thing.

Definitely unsanitary! Also never going to this Popeyes again!

Ordered fries with my meal and for the first time it was different than Popeyes usual Cajun fries? Felt like McCain fries non spiced or some other brand fried.

This place for the 3rd times they served me old chicken. Just be careful when ordering takeout chick the chicken while in the store. 3 times can’t be a mistake

I ordered 10 piece spicy dark, but none of them is spicy. And also the chicken were so dry, not juicy.

This is the worst Popeyes location to order food from SkipTheDishes. They never add hot sauce or ketchup even though I requested it and I ordered from this location multiple times.

Order through uber eats and will get 3 small leg and a skinny wings for 19 something dollars.
And don't worry you won't get any ketchup or hot sauce with that for sure.
Better go get 4 breast piece from there via takeout for almost the same price.

It was awesome food and as well as the chicken sandwich have huge chicken inside, I'll recommend if you want 2-3 PC chicken just get one chicken sandwich you will get a huge chicken on the chicken sandwich (burger)

The spicy chicken sandwich is a late night resolution to hunger pangs. Dine in closes 1hr prior to the takeout. Browse their offers online to save where applicable.

I had a couple problems with store #12142 today June 2,2022
I went there today at about 1230pm, the young gental man with glasses who runs the front counter is a scammer. He always finds the smallest pieces of chicken to give you. I ordered the daily special which was a 3 piece (1 leg, 1 thigh, one white) I was lucky enough to witness him packaging my order which he tried to give me 1 thigh and 2 small legs. I stopped him and stated I can see there is a wing available and the deal is supposed to come with 1 piece white. He changed it and took out the extra leg and I got the wing. HOWEVER… the daily special cost $5.49, I added a side which was an additional $1.29 which with taxes equals $7.66. He charged me $8.00 flat for my order with no receipt. It may be a matter or cents in difference but it is wrong! Inappropriate and horrible. NOT OKAY!

Management is very good. They were very friendly and cooperative. Food was great and service was very fast.

I ordered a 3 piece meal combo through SkipTheDishes and I requested in the note if they could add ketchup and hot sauce which they never did. How am I suppose to eat fries without ketchup smh!

The best hot spicy and fresh chicken wings! Never ever have I been disappointed. The manager is extremely helpful and nice

I bought a poutine today and got the tiniest portion ever. I'm very disappointed because every other Popeye's I visit fills it to the brim. This is just sad; barley filled it all the way to the top. That's the end of my Friday special.

The ladies here have great customer service. I witnessed first hand how patient they are but more importantly the team work they portrayed under pressure.

Food was excellent and fresh. But, person on the counter was rude and not even listening to what i was saying. Hope they help me with better options next time instead of confusing me.

If I can give zero review I will give it, poor service and zero communication skills and customer service, waiting for more than 20 minutes for regular order without any excuse, never go to this store again

Went there for the chicken sandwich, which tasted okay. They skimp on the fries and their drink fountain is closed due to covid (it's open in other locations though)

If you order from here, double check for the dipping sauces. They are notorious for not including it with my tenders combo. They are also pretty conservative with the sporks. If ordering food for more than one person make sure they give you more than one spork.

Pretty disappointed, I came here to pick up a few of their Thursday special, and instead of receiving an equal amount of wings, thighs and drums, my box contained a lot more drums opposed to anything else, I'm not sure if its the owner training their employees to do it like that or if it was an honest mistake by the employee but I will probably go to a different location.

Very poor service. I came in on Monday and found strands of hair in my fries. Very unhygienic and poor quality of food

Worst fried chicken I've ever had. It was apparent as soon as I opened the box that something was wrong as the chicken stunk like old oil. In addition to not using fresh oil the chicken had clearly been sitting out all day. No one in my family could even eat it. Its a shame because up until now we loved Popeyes: (

It's Popeye's and I enjoy their spicy chicken. Free parking behind the store as the store front faces Eglinton Ave. Decent size store, so room to stand and some seating (closed due to Covid). Service is fairly quick and friendly. It's generally fairly busy and easy to tell visually by how many cars parked directly behind the store.

5 for Amazing service and a very friendly staff. But the new chicken Sandwich was way below expectations, it requires more seasoning.

Love the tenders, burger and poutine. Chicken in the burger was perfection. Crispy on the outside, and soft but well cooked on the inside.

Pretty busy place, so we know a lot of people love it.

This is the worst Popeyes in the world, WE HAD TO WAIT 20-25 MINUTES UNTIL THEY GAVE ME JUST 2 CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBOS. I ordered a mac and cheese for 1 combo and they gave me no fork, YOU THINK I SHOULD EAT MAC AND CHEESE WITH MY HANDS HUH? Had a awesome experience here with my son. The food was served quick and the customer service is just great. Prices are affordable.

Poor service, rude staff/management, nowhere near basics, I would give negative -1 but unfortunately that’s not an option!

I order by phone for pick up they refused me take order over the phone super bad service & food wasn't fresh, special owners was very rude and i saw him he was defrosted the bun in microwave for sandwich (dis.ing)

Amazing! As expected their chicken was delicious. The spicy chicken isn't really spicy so shouldn't be a problem for most of the people. The coleslaw is delicious but the smashed potatoes were okay.

Worst branch.they are so rude.i ordered 12pc family meal.most of the pieces they give me is wings piece.and didn't give any ketchup.i told them plz give me the bigger pieces but no response

A chicken thigh is dark meat, and a chicken wing is also dark meat, if this cannot be explained to people who put the industrial garbage in a box what kind of management that would be!

I bought a poutine today and received the smallest portion ever. I am very disappointed because any other popeyes I go to fill it up to the top. This is just sad, barley filled it up to the top. There goes my friday special, waste.

Great location, I've been to many popeyes and this is one of the few that are consistently fresh and good.

When you order takeout, check your order. This place gave 1 white meat out of 16. They claim that they gave 6 white meat pieces which were a centre breast, 2 that were each attached to a small wing, and 3 with the rib part that looks like the thighs.

I ordered the normal chicken meal and it did taste terrible and too greasy. The tables and floor were dirty. I will never order from that lady cation again

I always order fried chicken from this location and its always fresh and tastes good. On one or two occasions they did miss a few items in the order but they compensated for it later on. Parking is at the back next to TD.

I was happy at first when I had a real fast service. Well, i could say maybe because i was the only person ordering at that time. I ordered chicken that is not spicy. I went home because this is for my daughter. She asked me to buy her Popeyes before I go home from work. And to my daughter and my disappointments, the chicken were all spicy. I couldn't go back because the location was quite far and the weather was bad. Really disappointing! Why can't get it right. I suggest they repeat the order as they're handing them out to the customers. Otherwise, I won't buy Popeyes anymore.

I ordered CHICKEN TENDERS combo; they served not standard size like other locations do. I guess they duplicate each tender from original size of merchandise. They served tiny, extra crumbs and over cooked to me.

The staff are really nice, and have often given amazing service whenever I go here, and the food has always been satisfactory.

Great food, dreadful service. Took 30 minutes to receive a chicken deluxe meal. Manager was apathetic at best. There are better Popeyes locations out there!

The food here is absolutely amazing. My favourites are the poutine and chicken sandwiches. Sometimes they're a little dry, but the food is always great.

Waited along time to get cold chicken tenders and lukewarm fries. My wife took one bite and didn't want anymore. Most likely my last visit

WORST service imaginable. I called in to place an order and they said that it would be 12 minutes. I arrive at the store and approach the counter 15 minutes later and the employee tells me two more minutes. 5 minutes later I see another lady in the back JUST starting to make my order. Took 30+ minutes for some sandwiches. NEVER coming here again. I advise you to go to ANY other Popeyes besides this one.

Washroom is very clean. Service was a bit slow but was still good. The taste of the chicken is so good! The staff are also nice.
