If you wanna get robbed for your money, and want to not get your belly full, come here. They are stingy, also bring your own napkins. I had to go back to the counter a multiple times to make sure they filled up my drink, n my fries was on point. Oh they also sell they sauces.even after you spend over 80 bucks, u still gotta pay a toonie to get mayo.worst franchise ever for popeyes

I have visited many Popeye stores but personally I think, this is the best store. The staff here is very quick and always provides fresh food. All the staff wear hair net and hand gloves all the time, I recommend everyone to go at this location.

We came because my family was craving, made specific requests with our combo and they met those requests with great communication and brought it to us in a timely manor! If you want popeyes this is your location to go to.

Says open until 3am but everytime i show up at 2: 30am they say they cleaned up already and have nothing to serve and threw everything out.

If you want workers to mess up your order and give you wrong items, this is your place! But seriously, how do you order two chicken sandwich combos and forget both sandwiches?

Wish I could give zero star. Got there at 2: 53 and girl at the front counter refused to serve me and she tells me the kitchen closes at 2: 45. If this is the case then CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO 2: 45.very disappointed.

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. They do not honour app offers. And it took 20 mins to get an order of 3 chicken tenders. There were 5 people ahead of me too. And one employee is sitting having food at the front while shouting instructions to the other staff. Also overheard a staff inside yell the tenders that were just cooked were ‘hers’, and I guess mine were next and weren’t even cooked yet. It was a weird experience and I do not recommend this store.

Got two mini chicken sandwich (Wednesday special $4.49), both were fresh and tasty. They were very busy so it took a little time but I was happy.

My message is to the owner of this restaurant so that he can know how he is losing his customers. Service was good Mahima the shift manager was polite enough but i think she doesn't have enough rights being a shift manager she was unable to give me the Wednesday daily special after 12a.m whereas technically it's Wednesday. She said the offer will start 10a.m. On Wednesday.

I went to another Popeyes right away and they offered me the Wednesday deal at 2a.m.

If Mahima was clever enough to retain customers she should have offered me the Wednesday deal.
Now i will never go to this Popeyes location which doesn't honour customer requests.

Not spicy enough and customers are waiting I was driving one day and there were customers waiting telling me to come inside waving at me to resolve their situation of slow customer service maybe they get too many orders and staff is not efficient! I have seen better Popeyes locations with better customer service. I don’t blame the young students staff but everyone loves Popeyes Chicken and want it in time less than 15 minutes otherwise it is not Fast Food you know…i waited for 15 to 20 min and so did everyone else. Average time people wait for food in a drive-thru is 6 minutes 22 seconds. Thank you.

Today I call to order a 8 piece spicy combo it was worst biscuit was hard mac cheese gross & chicken has made kfc a winner very sad to serve stale food charge over 30 $

Chicken is fine, slow service and the restaurant is dirty. They have to clean the tables and floor more often.

These guys really fell off the chain. I don't like to you leave negative reviews but it's totally different from what it used to be.

Love their service but their food is very salty. They need to work on that, oher rhan that, no complaints.

This is 15th time, employees are giving tenders like they are bringing from their home.

If i order 3 piece of tenders they give me 1 and half and charge me for 3 tenders.

Have been to so many popeyes in North America, this one specific location has figured out the cheapest way to save money.

Amazing service and great food. I think I’m in love with Popeyes chicken. They are open after midnight which is a relief for many night time foodies out there.

I love the chocolate dessert, please add it in delivery menu. Do not use DoorDash！！DoorDash is the worst APP I have ever met, their dasher stole my order but they didn’t do anything to help me. On May 15th I ordered 2 platters and 2 strawberry cream pies, but I only got one platter，I asked for help but Doordash refused me， because last 2 orders I made on DoorDash both had missing items (one time is paid source, once is 2 cups of pineapple juice) They said they won’t help me. I will never use DoorDash again!

Service was good! Ended up getting fries only because they don't have hand slaughter halal available anymore.

Good team and good chicken.i was confused what to order for my family but a cashier Harpinder kaur really helps me to decide what should i buy and liked the way helped me with politeness.its always busy but very hardwoking team.

Completely got my order wrong from ordering on door dash.don't order here unless its in person.think they can not give you items when its an online order.

Excellent service provided by Harpinder & simrat both of them goes out of the way to make your order as fast as possible.

I'm wondering is it just me, cus the chicken seems smaller/dry than before. Hmmm Let's see other fried chicken store if it's the same sizes.

I ordered chicken nuggets on their Wednesday special and specifically told to cook fresh and that i would wait but i got them straight out of the warmer.on top nuggets were the size of popcorn chicken. I even paid extra for the sauce. I know popeyes chicken nuggets.or the stripes which i only preffer to order them frequently but at random locations near by depending on the location i work.
Location on overlea, queen east and danforth are excellent.always got exactly what i expected or even better.

Worst food i ever had. Tenders were too salty and the even the spicy ones (what they call) taste like ordinary one. When i informed the it to the store the employee behaviour was too rude and unfriendly. Please have good employees at the store.

Train your employees properly. Hire competent workers. This branch is the worst. Every order has an error.tonight no utensils, no sauces, not even ranch andd bbq that comes with the order. I even put it on the notes with PLEASE.incompetent workers or incompetent management?

I went to the popeyes and there was this girl Ramandeep she was manager there and she was so good at customer service. I was new to popeyes but she suggested me best and affordable combo for myself. I loved the food and welcoming nature of staff:)

Excellent place. The staff were great and fast pick up for DoorDash. The store was very clean and spacious.

Usually good service. Good or decent food and usually consistent. Bathrooms usually in decent order too.

Uh, just ordered 3 combo creole chicken sandwiches, again from this location, I get home, and again they didn't add any sauce to the sandwich, what a disappointment, do I have to check my sandwich before I leave the restaurant? Step up your game, you just lost a customer

Great staff and customer service. Would benefit from learning some of the discounts that are offered and their codes from Popeyes Head Office. Other than that; the food itself is hand slaughtered halal and comes out crispy/ fresh every time. Cannot say the same for other Popeyes locations and fried chicken restaurants! Kudos and well done. Used to have a terrible time at this spot. The management has clearly changed along with the ownership. I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner on two occasions. He's great and quite humble; it shows in his staff. Greatness in service trickles down from upper management and I believe this is the reason for the kind of quality offered at the Ellesmere Popeyes. Keep up the great work! 5 stars.

Went there today feburary 6,2020 the supervisor was so nice he welcome everyone who came in the store I have to give him a hi five for his well done customer service. The other staff was also nice but man in the green shirt make my day this is the only popeyes restaurant I every go to and have a smile on my face keep up the good work hope to see you again.continue to make the customer's day

Ordered a couple of times there and the food is always hot. Friendly staff and fast service, although they are missing a couple of desert items.

Been going to this place for years and had no issues. Went in today got a few orders and this was the amount of fries I got for multiple orders. Called in and was told nope this is the size

This guys have a delivery service and my office is 500 meters from them but they always come up with excuse not to deliver. I don’t recommend this branch.

The place works so slow. If you're in a rush and can't wait for more than 5 mins, I recommend you go to another fast food place. Same goes for big orders, you might have to wait around 15 mins.

This location is not a big place like other Winners. That's mean that you could probably will not find as much items as other branches. The good side is that this store is well organized, easy to go through the different sections.

Please Give Drink Holders Specially In Winter so Customers dont Find Cold Drinks Too Cold and Feel Comfortable while Holding out in Cold Sky!

I do not understand why the cashier has to wear the hairnet and the people who prepare the food does not wear one. Was afraid to have my food served with hair. Had to double check my chicken before I start eating.

The restaurant may get sued if customers got food poison due to workers not wearing hairnet.

Please be aware.

Used to enjoy coming here until we ordered a Tuesday two piece special that came with a side of feather. I get that it comes from the chicken, but how did no employee notice? Definitely off putting and I will be off Popeyes for a while.

Yummy and halal fried chicken joint! We always look out for a Popeye's! Really like the Cajun fries that go great with their chicken. I don't understand the concept of a "biscuit" and feel like their portions could be bigger, but still love the food. They have a combination of deals for all your fried chicken needs.

Usually the experience is fine. They complete your order quickly and the food is what you expect. But throughout the past 3 years I have been going here, there have been more than a handful of times where the chicken is not cooked properly. Not just a small piece, usually half the chicken sandwich or half of the chicken nuggets, which I usually order, are not cooked properly.

Came in with a friend and we ordered two different types of chicken. Friend got his meal and ate it before we we were even acknowledged that our meal would take longer.

So bought my 5 piece tender combo through uber eats. Finally got it and talk about the smallest portion of food I've ever seen. I only got 4 tenders, the smallest ones ever and 12 fries for 15$ with tax and this food all fit in this tiny popeyes box. Talk about RIP off artists!

The CHICKEN 4pcs were old and rusty! Not the Popeyes I remember! The skin is supposed to be flexible and the one I got was hard, burnt and old!

Chicken is all batter and makes a huge mess when it crumbles when you try to bite it, hardly any meat in a 4 peice combo. They forgot my fries.
