Just received skip the dish order from this location.worst chicken ever, hard and tasteless.

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo. When I opened it, fries were less than half and they packed sandwich in very bad condition. Please do not order from this location.

FREE WIFI. Very good chicken! Thursday 3 piece meal is so good! ALWAYS HITS THE SPOT! Lots of parking and quick service.

I have never seen a manager so rude… first they entered my order wrong and made me wait for 15 minutes. I kept checking with them on the wait time. Finally when they figured out, what my order was, they served it to me cold. When i went back to get it changed, the manager kept arguing that I ordered wrong and its not their fault. She was literally shouting at us and kept blaming it on me. Never coming back to this location.
I hope someone takes action about the management here.
Worst Manager ever!

Don't buy the popcorn shrimps here, nor their chicken, I payed 8.29 dollars for these shrimps only to end up less than half of them, the shrimps it self are in half and most of them are just breaded with no shrimps in them, the chicken was bland and very greasy, even undercooked, we went to speak with the manager and the cashier claimed that she was the manager and she personally gave us the food.

Their place looks clean but if u look closely every table is greasy and have bits of food on them

The place is well kept while maintaining great ambience. It’s not too busy at past 1pm and the food is also hot from the pan. Did not take that long to wait for our orders.

Fast service and thumbs up for the hard working crew to keep the place spotless. Food is always on point

Not surprised to see the reviews below I have not much to say but at least the guy at the counter taking order get some sort of customer service training learn how to be courteous while speaking to customers and lastly ordered today’s deal 2 minis cold and hard really very much disappointed not going back again.

I think manager needs to learn how to speak to customer. Next time try to show some customer service please and thankyou

Just bought a poutine. Fries and gravy were cold and cheese curds weren't melted. If I wanted a cool treat I would've just gone to Dairy Queen.

After waiting an hour i just recieve my order now and here is there special deluxe sandwich. I tried to call them to appreciate them but not even picking up the call. Worst ever popeyes

Got Cajun poutine and chicken sandwich. They gave me regular poutine instead but was too tired and far to go back. Chicken sandwich was pretty good, maybe popeyes should consider more toppings though.

Don't use this location for a bulk order for a corporate event. They quoted us one price and then when it came time to pick up the order they quoted us double what they had originally said and double what we had paid for previous orders of the same thing. The order was for almost 200 pies for our staff. We used them multiple times in the past because we are a business nearby. But we wont use them ever again. I would rather drive an extra half hour across Brampton than give them another cent. Terrible customer service. The manager was of no help and even though she pulled up and saw the price of our previous orders, and qouted us the same price that we previously paid, she would not honour it. Terrible service, you just lost a local corporate customer who has regular work events and we won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great chicken sandwich, fries are bit on oily side but i loved the flavour which is typically not the same as other famous burger joints like mcd's or kfc's.

Tried to redeem the Maple Leafs promotion they turned me back saying the promotion only works on Saturdays. Bluntly mialeading customers while others claimed the prize after me.

Food was delicious as expected from Popeyes. But the crew needs to be trained on packing the order since the onion rings tray inside the bag was put in vertically. Onion rings were everywhere in the bag but the tray.

I ordered chicken which was very fresh and warm.fries were good too.
Staff was nice and quick service.

The chicken was well marinated and the staff was very professional. I would recommend this place

Management and staff nearly always prepare my chicken fresh because (1) I like it spicy and (2) I come in late. Who then orders fried chicken late at night? No one nearby in Brampton (or so it seems). It’s really legit!

Went to the Queen Street location tonight around 11pm. Server was very unpleasant and rude. Asked for ketchup and all he said was “No no ketchup “ asked for a napkin same thing. I had to even beg for a straw for my drink.

Will definitely NOT be returning. It was almost like they were doing me a favour selling me food!

Food itself wasn’t good at all! Not fresh and the chicken was dry and hard like it had been in the warmer for a while…… Again… will NOT be returning. Queen Street has way too many options for food to subject myself to that again!

I ordered two chicken sandwiches with extra spicy mayonnaise.

Couple of pre-made sandwiches were already lying in the warmer, girls working there handed me those n when i asked aren’t you gona make fresh they said sir “it is fresh n with extra mayonnaise” but i never saw them adding any extra mayonnaise. I came home n when opened them, chicken was bit chewy (which mean it was pre-made n kept there on the warming shelf for significant amount of time), and there was no extra mayonnaise…. Really bad experience.even you can check the picture i am gona threw them in garbage so its a request we pay for quality so kindly try to maintain it.

Chicken tenders are very small in size compared to other places such as Quick chik. Good food otherwise.

Ownership must have changed. Their 3 pieces Chicken Tenders used to be good. Nowadays when I order I become sick because they use old junk meat with Chicken fat in them. For the price I'm going to Swiss Chalet for their Quarter Chicken meal.

I went to the Queens location 1 week ago and a lady wearing blue took my order and was extremely rude, made the order wrong and delayed it. I wonder how these kind of people are employed. The wrong order wasn't even the worst part, it was the tone and the way she spoke to me in, I'm very disappointed! Do better!

On Friday about 2 am i visited the store. I was waited their for 10 minutes nobody came to took my order. After that it seems to be manager he was wearing green coloured shirt. He took my order i asked him for mild delta mini. But he give me spicy delta mini with extra spicy mayo. Extremely worst service. Really disappointing!

Went in Tonight to get a meal. Got 4 piece spicy. No spicy wing. Get 2 extra piece.asking for a wing and a thigh. No more then 1 wing. I get 2 thighs instead. I ask to replace one of my pieces for a breast since they upcharge that now. I get home i open my meal and its a rib. What is this i even paid for it. I feel like i was cheated even though I didnt get angry that they had nothing ready tonight. I asked so many times to get it right.and they didnt What a waste of money and time.

Washroom not allowed for customers. Due to covid please go to walmart as per client. I was going to order popeyes while i was going to use washroom. But i had to leave to go over to walmart as it was 5mins drive and 20 mins wait in line. So be aware and know what you plan to do here.

They are a pretty good branch, been there a few times over the years. They at first ran into alot of issues with orders but now seem to be able to keep up. Overall a pretty great location for popeyes.

I swear, the most baddest food I’ve ever had in popeyes, fries were burnt have way more than regular oil same thing with chicken sandwich’s pattie, tenders were ok but they forgot to buttermilk ranch on side so technically couldn’t eat anything, one of the best locations that suppose to be in Brampton is clearly the worst, went there two times in last month both time worst experience from this location. I want a call from manager if possible

Excellent service, staff always very nice. Manager even made sure what I ordered could be a meal to save me money. Cashiers and food handlers very friendly!

Got 3 pc combo and asked them to give extra fries instead of the 2 biscuits. Portion of fries was less than what regularly comes with the combo. Staff needs training on preparing orders.

Ordered through uber eats at 11pm.
So obviously got the chicken was sitting there since morning. My fault. Better to order day time to get fresh stuff.

Even if not coronavirus I can see the flu getting goodly passed! Food was hot as fast food goes, good value. BTW they were closed for indoor dining so "that was right".

Chicken Sandwich is great but they shouldn't have discontinued the Cajun Chicken Sandwich. It was a unique offering amongst all the Fast Food chains and gave Popeyes an edge over any other competitor.

Disgusting & Pathetic taste. I tried chicken today & start vomiting in 5 minutes. I can't imagine how they are running Popeyes franchise with this food & rude behavior. I definitely not recommend this place for anyone. I will register a complain to the food department as well about the quality of food. I have already send my response to Popeyes head office as well. Never go there again.

This location always gets our order right. And the chicken we get is not all legs, it has the correct pieces.

Had the unfortunate experience of receiving rotten/uncooked chicken from this place. I called them to explain and all them seemed worried about was that I could not get money back from them since I ordered from Uber Eats. I did not even ask for my money back. Hope that they are more careful next time. Based on this experience I will not buy from this place again.

A 1 star is overrated. I ordered a family meal. Some chicken was almost black, some pieces undercooked and others had a rancid smell. I spoke to the Manager Jessica who had 0 empathy about serving bad food or asking if everyone was ok and responded that she didnt get any other complaints so she wasnt going to give me my money back.which I never asked for a refund. I wanted to ensure no one gets sick from the food. Especially now when we are in a pandemic and food poisining symptoms are similar to covid symptoms. Shame on you Popeyes. When we are ordering food to keep your bisuness alive and this is how you treat your customers. I have reported you to peel health and safety and have saved your rotten chicken for officials to observe. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! And Jessica, get some customer service skills. Your customers are the reason you still have a job!

We ordered a 12pc Family Meal and while our chicken and sides were excellent and properly cooked, it would have been fantastic to receive more than one decent piece of white meat. There were about 7 thighs, and the rest were drumsticks and wings which have next to no meat on them. Expecting people to pay extra just to guarantee more white meat is a horrible business practice that chicken takeout places need to stop doing. Most people I know prefer dark meat anyway, so why is there a premium for white meat? It's not as if chickens with white meat are some rare, mythical beast.

Went in to try the Chicken Sandwich, service was quick, cashier was pleasant, food was freshly prepared and hot. People were following social distancing guidelines and restaurant had made ample space available for customers to wait. There was also a designated area for food delivery driver pickup.

Great place for quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and consistently clean facility. Food portions are fair. When buying chicken tenders, often will get two small pieces to replace a single larger piece. Only fault is sometimes the sauces requested are incorrect. Check your sauces before you leave.

Chicken was greasy and not very crispy. Went there at lunch time, and some dude was sitting with his head on the table, having a snooze. Employees were oblivious to him. They probably put the same amount of effort in to preparing the food. I wont be going back any time soon.

Very pleasant staff, always make sure that you are served quickly and very helpful with the menu. Ajay is a really nice person and really makes it a friendly family environment

The food is tasty but these people don’t understand that you can’t handle food while or after you touch money or cleaning products.
I’ll never go back to this location and if you have children I would highly recommend not giving them food from this place as their immune systems aren’t as developed and will have a more adverse reaction to the contaminated food.

My last visit I had some of the freshest juiciest tenders. Usually I find pppeyes tenders to bet dry and over done.

Good for people who enjoys this kind of food. Sunday at 8 pm was so fresh and crispy meal. Excellent attention. Nice music and very well clean place

Pricey and the service was bad. Was charged for a drink refill. Sadly no the money, really about the point. Next we will be charged for more straws.

Great Customer Service. I ordered a 9 pc family meal and the manager (PREETY) helped me out with deciding what to get. She put everything that i wanted in a combo which was great. The speed of service is amazing. Food was delicious. I got my food in less than 3 minutes. The store looks very clean.

Discustting staff, no manners to treat customers as well as team members. Inappropriate use of language. Unhygienic food is served.

Horrible customer service, I ordered through Skip The Dishes. They told me that Honey is supposedly a 35 cents charge. But prior to that, I’ve ordered before. And have been there before. I’ve never been charged for the honey. And if honey was supposedly a charge, then why isn’t it on your SkipTheDishes menu?

To all my lovely people, there are many great Popeyes locations out there. AVOID this one.

I usually visit Popeyes once a week in different places. I ordered two pieces chicken combo with fries. But both of chicken and fries was too small to compare with other Popeyes branch.
