It was a great experience, tried Popeyes for the first time and everyone was very helpful.

Came here and ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken on Monday November 6th around 2: 10pm.

She said it requires 5 more minute.

Chicken came out and was placed under the warmer.

The entire time the cook and the front cashier are directly talking over the chicken. UNHYGIENIC!

I immediately requested a refund. She put the chicken back under the warmer. No apology whatsoever.

But the manager came ASAP and gave me back my money. So gross!

Had the worst experience ever in Popeyes history … I have tried several locations and by far this was the worst … I even complained and they didn’t bother … don’t ever come here … you gonna hate it

Ordered a platter. They were out of biscuits so she offered me sauce instead. I asked for mashed potatoes instead and the answer was flat NO. I said keep the sauce.

Delicious food, fairly priced and made quickly. Lots of parking, clean bathroom and friendly staff.

Friendly staffs and delicious chicken. Especially their ghost pepper wings are really nice! I really enjoyed the experience of here.

3 workers in an empty store taking 14 minutes to make 1 sandwich seems unreasonable to me.

Service is excellent. The food at this location tastes better than other locations that I have tried.

Arminder showed exceptional customer service and worked so calmly and quickly to make sure the order was fulfilled. While I waited, many other customers were served happily and quickly. An exceptional team that works together efficiently! Highly recommend this location.

Food is good but service is horrible, long wait times. Staff kept saying "5 mins, 5 mins" and at waiting time 26 mins now. Come here if you enjoy waiting:)

After picking up family from Pearson Intl Airport, came here for a hot dinner. Delicious food, friendly service & delivery to our table. Clean & bright environment & family friendly.

I went to popeyes opposite airport This was the first time i visited this place and the chicken was gresey and looked burnt. Worst place to visit. So much disappointed. Would’nt recommend anyone.

Don't come here if you are looking for fast service. Ordered a small nugget meal. Told me 10 minutes almost took 30. The employees are walking around with no care for my time. Absolutely disgraceful. Had to beg them to get my food because of how long they took.

Usually a fan of Fried chicken, this has to be one of the worst locations when it comes to quality of food, I was served raw chicken.

I love this Popeye's especially. I live really close to another location but I always drive to this one because their chicken here is amazing. It's always fresh and delicious and never overcooked. The customer service is always wonderful. Armin and Pawan are friendly and really make sure you get what you want. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Chicken wings are so good here.its always fresh and crispy.and fries are really good.the customer service is quite good.

They're understaffed and take long with your order. They have also have a tendency to mess up your order.

Always check your order to make sure it's correct.

Took way too long and food was terrible. Went to Popeyes many times back in Manitoba and it was never this bad. Also waiting 20 minutes for food to be prepared.

I ordered through DoorDash and I received the following amendment without so much as a phone call from the store, "This email is to inform you that your Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Platter was out of stock and was replaced with Bottled Drink (500ml.) ". They had replaced a chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings, Monster energy drink and a sauce with a little coke and sent the driver was just the Coke without bothering to phone. Be very very wary of ordering from this store.

Best location to eat.specially manager Arminder kaur have a nice nature

Food was fresh and amazing. Customer service was great. Love the new fish sandwich. I always come here for my lunch.

Messed up my entire order, I asked for a 5 piece with a poutine as a side. Instead, after I got home, I realized it was a 3 piece with a mash potato side. I paid for way more than I got. Make sure you check the bag before leaving

They rip you off here.apparently their 3-piece chicken platter comes with two wings and you have to pay extra if you want a different type of chicken. I also had to pay extra for sauce, didn't bother asking for napkins or ketchup up since I didn't want to pay any more xtras. Don't give them any business! Go to the a+w or tim's instead. Very different from any other Popeyes.

Went in at the end of the night. Working the night shift, the staff was extremely polite and curteous willing to go the extra mile!
