I badly experienced a poor customer service today at this place. I've been a regular customer here before. It was so bad that the employees didn't even care for the customers for a mistake from the employee's part.

Great costumer service, very professional and welcoming and Clean … I always enjoy the chicken nuggets. Amazing

Staff did not allow for use of washroom, eveytime you and ask for washroom key staff said washroom is not working, every time same story, stuff very unrespectfull with costmer

We were there on a busy long weekend and were hosted good. There was a usual wait time and then had to order everything at a go. We were fan of their chicken sandwich. We loved Cajun fries. We will visit back to try out new food items.

I went there at closing time and it was crazy busy. But still there service was super fast. They served a family meal in less than a minute. Food was fresh and place is very hygienic.

The food was cooked really well and the customer service was excellent. Would recommend everyone to go there.

At Popeyes over in Malton in the Westwood Mall Location, I got some of the best food and customer service in years. It all started when I walked in the store, it was kept clean and tidy. As I ordered the cashier was very kind and was recommending me the best options over in the restaurant. As I was waiting for my food one of the employees named Talib was kind enough to ask me how my day was as he was cleaning the tables. I was having a rough day and I'm assuming he was able to see that, so he approached me and we talked for a bit. One of the funniest and heartwarming guys I've ever met. I really recommend this location the food, service, and tidiness makes the place a welcoming one.

I came here to try the food first time there is one girl name is simar she is very rude and disrespect a customer i know the Returant job is hard but they have to respect every individual coustomer …. I will never come to this location

I tried blackened burger and it just so refreshing and flavorful. Those who doesn't like breaded burger can go for this one. No regrets it very yummy and also butterfly shrimp is the best

I ordered around 9 PM and the lady told me to come after half an hour because they don’t have mild chicken. I went back there after an hour to pick up my order but she told me someone already took it. But I said I have a receipt, i m the one who ordered and was supposed to be there for pick up! Who took it? Then they became very rude and not ready to give me my order. I was upset and asked them to see the CC camera but they were so rude. Finally, they give me very bad chicken which has a horrible smell and was not cooked properly.
Staffs and chicken both are ridiculous. Don't go there

The staff were polite and I got what I asked for, however a bunch of high school students were extremely loud and got into a food fight. The staff did nothing to intervene in this situation, and allowed the kids to leave the place with fries and wings everywhere on the floors and tables. I felt like the staff should have atleast told them to politely leave when It got to the point of them having a food fight. Over half of the restaurant’s floors and tables were covered with food because of this. As someone who worked in the fast food industry for 3 years, I always prioritized safety and sanitation, and It’s not fair for the other customers to walk in and see a bunch of food on the tables/floor, and it’s not sanitary. One tip I have for the staff at this place is, don’t be afraid to tell someone to leave if they are being disrespectful. I understand that customer service and satisfaction is important but you also should be able to tell someone to leave, if they are going to trash the place and be disruptive.

When ever i came to this location there washroom is always out of order, and when asked to use other washroom they directly denies it. I mean where is the humanity? Ridiculous staff

I write my experience so others will know as well. If you go to this location above and you have only $100 dollar bill with you, they will not accept your 100 dollar bill like the $100 dollar bill you have is not exist or is not considering money anymore in Canada to pay with. I understand there is lots of counterfed money probably out there but this location is just looks like to lazy to get the machine to check the bill is legit or fake. They staff quiet rude to answer and just simply willing to lose the business and send the unhappy costumers away without providing the order you asked for and wanted to pay for! I believe this is very very low from this location management and not acceptable at all because we are in Canada! If you don't want to accept Canadian legit money, then take your business somewhere else and do your business there. But if you want to continue to serve Canadians with your food merchant then accept the fact your business is in fact is in Canada and we have Canadian dollar to pay with regardless bank client cards. When i wanted to talk with the managers regards to this matter they where not there at all. Top of all the order mistakes in the past, and the waiting games to collect your food this location has because they chicken stuff either not fresh or over baked plus never ready or enough when people orders is not acceptable either! And now this 100 dollar bill issue. Bad experience and unacceptable costumer services for Canadians,

The Franchise by itself is good with better than average selection of fried chicken items. However some of the staff at this location are rude and very unprofessional. Was standing in line during lunch time rush and the way they were behaving with some of the people in the line was really appaling.

They will no longer let customers know the time their current chicken batch was fried.

Why is this important?
So i can come place an order at an appropriate time when they have the fresh chicken. They usually leave their chicken under the warmer for 20+ mins depending on the supply and demand. This results in abnormally dry chicken that has a similar texture to a hard gummy.

Solution?
Either have the staff fry less chicken, more often. Or let the customers know when the last batch of chicken was fried, so we can come in when its fresh. We are willing to wait for the fresh chicken we paid for.

The staff over here is just really rude. I came here two three times. Have no words for their staff.food tastes same as other popeyes

There is this cashier name Seema, she is very rude and don’t know how to talk and moreover I found a piece of chicken in my fries. Very disappointed.

Saman and Harkamal showed excellent customer service to me and my daughters, they always do a great job as does the whole team! I don't know all their names, but the crew there is solid and they serve customers to the best! Thanks guys!

The staff is really what has me coming back
This location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and always working hard! Specially food always fresh and quick i love it.

No hairnets, not polite to costumers, dirty tables and chairs, chicken drowned in oil, sides are half full. Very dissatisfied after spending $30.

Staff was nice and helpful. I ordered 20 chicken wings through the app and when I went to pick it up.they ran out of wings! So don't order through the app ok? Unless you want to wait 5 business days for a refund to have some wings. But they replaced it with a meal of the same price. The food greasy crispy and was good and probably won't pass through my bowls until 2025.

One of the best Popeyes in the town. The food is always fresh and their staff is very friendly. Highly satisfied

Staff needs customer service training. They treat customers like animals no respect curdusy nothing

When placing an order with any app, please make sure you ask to meet the delivery person as most of the time, they don’t pack the correct items or they forget to pack the drinks. They will not pick up their phone so you can’t even call and complain. And the food delivery apps are not going to compensate for the items missed.

I would rate this place as pathetic and not customers friendly; twice I ordered spicy chicken and when I came to pick the order they gave it to someone else and being apologetic they acted like bulky specially their manager Praveen and her gang showing how they are being allowed to work in Canada

It's good however was waiting for white meat they said they were making it ready in 15 mins it was about 45 mins. Not a good wait

Just got the 10 PC family feast and I only got 8 pieces of chicken with 2 packets of ketchup and 4 packs of hotsauce. Guess I'll eat my food dry too. Ridiculous! I hope that they get back to me on this matter
3 days later with no response. Good business ethics. Definitely will be complaining to head office.

The new chicken sandwich cant compare to the previous diamond chicken sandwich, Popeyes as a franchise should consider bring it back as there are a lot of Popeyes competitors such as Yumys & Quick Chick that are halal and still offer the old sandwich.

This place ruined my order completely. I ordered from uber eats and the tenders and the chicken pieces were all mixed in different boxes. It seemed like they didnt knew what they were doing. Combos were all partly placed in different boxes very unorganized. Unhappy with the service.

A very friendly and amazing staff. At times they even help you out suggesting right food depending upon your need. Worth reaching out for a quick bite.

5min+ wait for food without any compensation or even a "sorry about the wait". Order my food ahead of time. Lesson learned.

Was great for the first year or so, and went downhill since they started hiring indian students. Im not being rude to indians, im just stating that the ones at Popeyes dont ccare if you tell them to put extra sauce or no lettuce. Real Trash.

Staff doesnt understand english, messes up orders and serves mesely quantities for what you pay for. Never go to this location by any means neccesary, even if you have to listen to me once please let this be the one time.

Too bad. While other same brand stores give enough amount for regular fries, they gave me 1/4th in amount as compared to them. And it didn't just happen randomly one day, it happened repeatedly - so I will advise people avoiding this store and going to other stores.

I am not sure how may bucks they have saved so far by serving 1/4th amount every time. Definitely never going back.

People pls avoid ordering fries here, I think chicken should be fine because it comes as 'count' rather than 'amount'.

Salty chicken. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken for delivery and they were ridiculously salty. Whoever's marinating this stuff needs to have a taste. This is my first and last time eating from here.

Highly unprofessional. Served me cold chicken which was obviously a left over from last night. The place opens at 11 am. I walked in at 11: 15 am. Cold meal served. When I asked them that the meal is not even warm, let alone fresh. They looked at me like goofs. They could not understand a word of English. I have been a shift supervisor at Fast Food Chains all over North America. You just do not serve overnight meals unless its a 24/7 joint and the chicken is placed on the platter that maintains the proper temperature. Louisiana will not be proud of what these guys are doing. I lived and worked in Florida for years. This joint in westwood mall is a disgrace to the southern joint.

I ordered the take off from this restaurant through Uber eats and the order said it included five tenders, one regular mashed potato with gravy, apple pie and two sauces. When I got my order I didn’t get mashed potatoes with gravy and when I called, the lady that answered was extremely rude and when I tried to explain that The Uber eats app said something else, she tried to tell me the same thing repeatedly and hung up the phone on me.

Tried 2pc spicy chicken for the first time. And I found the food extremely oily. I don't recommend for kids and infact adults as well.

I had a very poor experience with this location and I wasn't the only one. While the service was fast, the staff wasn't friendly. When I was waiting for my to go order, someone complained their chicken was half cooked. Not only did the staff not apologize for their mistake, they demanded a receipt, as if they didn't remember serving this person a few minutes ago. I should have left at that point myself, but I already ordered and paid. Of course when I left, I had to return as items where missing. Very disappointing experience.

A crazy place. There were two people in front of us arguing about the fact that they were given wrong order. Aftet a long wait, in a rush to get out of there, we took our food and left, and guess what, it was a wrong order! The fries were too oily as they did not have the usual coating. They had just fired them straightaway. Never ordering there again as this is not the first time we got a wrong order.

Disorganized and they lack customer experience. Front cashier was more focused on her tablet and didn’t even bother excusing me. Had to ask a couple of times for my cup which they usually provide right away. They finished an exact same order as mine for someone who ordered after me and tried making me wait 5 minutes. Unacceptable and hoping my next visit will be much better.

It was terrible experience at Westwood. No one was there to take order. I had to wait 15 min to give my order. The branch didn't had any other customer than me.worst service ever seen.
