Very bad service ordered uber takeout strawberry pie he sauce was never delivered no napkins for the utensils

This is the best popeyes i have ever visited. Staff and cashier is so friendly and corporative. Enjoyed the meal:).

Visited here at night. Felt very happy after talking with staff and cahsier, so well in comunication. Excellent service.

Friendly staff and very clean location. Spacious dining area and washrooms are clean. Service could be faster, but at least our nuggets were fresh.

Found a hair in nuggets. Popeyes stores never disappointed me. First time seeing hair in nuggets. They told me they will replace the nuggets. But still a disappointment experience. Never recommend this store

Food was okay. Service was exceptional.atmosphere okay…just a guy in the corner playing loud music but didn’t mind it.

Those chicken legs make me laugh. Smallest chicken leg ever saw in Canada. I ordered Half white meat half dark meat but only gave me small chicken legs. Are you sure you gave me the chicken legs not chicken wings? Those chicken must be baby chicken. You can gave me eggs next time to save both of our time.

DIRTY DISGUSTING OIL at this location. I love Popeyes Nuggets and frequently buy them at different locations. However the ones I had at this location are DISGUSTING because they have an off smell and taste which is supposedly because of the dirty oil they use. I saw them dropping fresh Nuggets for my order and they were juicy on the inside but DISGUSTING tasting because of the DIRTY oil. Also they appeared to be darker than usual almost black. I gave them benefit of the doubt once but it has happened 4 out of 4 times at this location in the past few months. Writing this review so that Management sees this and changes their DISGUSTING OIL. This experience has put me off from eating at any Popeyes again. Sad because I really love them nuggets.

Maybe a one off? My spicy chicken was not fresh today. I got the Tuesday special. If I had the time and energy to go back to get new pieces I would had - just so I can ask the chef to smell the chicken - it was gross.

The meat had a rancid taste. I thought the spiciness was off, then I thought maybe it’s old oil, but nope, it was the chicken. I was dipping it in a mix of spice and ketchup and it couldn’t even mask it. It was really gross and I had to throw it out.

I enjoyed Popeyes many times in the past. This was the first time I had this grossness. The chicken was a negative 5*. The cashier lady was nice. So I’ll just leave it at 3* and hope these guys improve. It’s nice to have a location close-ish to home.

It’s a franchise! I would assume it’s the same supplier supplying all the Popeyes?

Your prices are not cheap, please use better quality chicken. Please have a manager or something do some quality control over your products.

On the bright side, thanks to this, my brain doesn’t want fried chicken in general for the next little while.

Ordered 16 pcs meal, the menu is $52.99, yet the lady charged me $55.99 on the register, asked and replied their menu hadn't updated and no appology. Was told 15mins ready, came back still needed waiting 5 more minutes. Takeout home found only 15 pcs chiken in the box, why every time your human error is less not more?

Ordered 12 pc chicken. It was overfried and hard to bite. Tried to call them but went straight to voice-mail. Children said their mouth hurt since it was hard to eat. Normally order from this location so I'm disappointed that they served overfried chicken to customers.

Tried their Cajun poutine (don't have a benchmark to test it with) with mashed potatoes on the side. Though it was pretty fair. The sauce was interesting though

I've dined here multiple times and the "mixed" pieces seem to be the same every time - 2/3 thighs depending on combo, 1 drumstick and 1 wing (as the "white" piece) with 0 breasts - really stingy try to go to another location - service is okay

Beware.this location gives small portion sizes and are stingy and greedy workers. I went to get a Regular size fries and the portion size was so fukcing small and tiny. The box was nearly empty. Those fries boxes need to be FILLED especially for the price I'm paying. I'm so mad considering that popeyes is a multimillion dollar industry, their workers have no right to be cheating customers like that! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO somewhere else.

Out of all the locations close by, this is the worst one in the area.

Extremely slow service. The male in the black shirt avoided taking my order when I arrived and the restaurant was empty.

The chicken sandwich was ok, but the side was a small portions and overly greasy. Ended up feeding the sides to the gulls at the nearby park.

You're better off going to another location if you're looking to get Popeyes.

I see that it’s open 24/7 but when I come they told me they going to open at 10. I drove 16 km and up down 32 km only after seeing 24/7. That’s so much disappointment and frustration.

They're going to cheat you. I bought the family pack expecting different chicken pieces and I got all legs. Never going back there again

Everything was super salty to the point that it tasted bitter, and they forgot all my sauces. Honestly spend ur money in the pizza nova or Mcdonalds next door, just not at this popeyes.

The quality of this Popeyes has gone down significantly over the past few months. I always get a Delta Mini as it is such a nice and small snack, but they have gone down in their chicken proportion quite a lot. Half of their delta mini sandwich is always empty, it just feels like eating an empty bun. Please improve this, as other Popeyes locations always use proper tenders that fill the whole bun. I will not be coming back to this location again

The portion size is ridiculous literally just got 10 fries with my combo uber eats order.ordering from the bridlewood location from now on.

The music selection is fire here. They also get my order correct and fresh every time and they serve it fast.
