The food was terrible, the customer service was also very bad, the staff kept a rude demeanor as she served customer.altho specified the garnishings in the sandwich, the waitress got it completely wrong and gave us what we specifically didn’t want

Not a good place for Uber drivers. They take the drivers for granted and delay the pickups. If someone from the authorities is looking at this review, I hope you train your employees to be polite to the drivers and faster the pickups.

I order quite a lot of delivery via Uber Eats, and have tried all of the Popeyes locations in my area, including the newest one on Winston Churchill near Royal Windsor. This particular location in South Common Centre is by far the most consistent for quality. Other locations refry their chicken or otherwise provide poor quality food regularly. This location's food is delicious and cooked perfectly every time. Everyone who works there should be proud that they actually do their job correctly and strive to provide a quality product. I come to this Popeyes often since it’s in a pretty convenient location. Their food is always prepared well and the staff is always friendly. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich recently and it was delicious - super crispy and juicy.

I had ordered deluxe chicken sandwich and chicken tenders but they gave me the blackened chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong item and chicken sandwich was not cooked. The chicken was raw. I bit into the sandwich a few times. I called the restaurant but they didn’t answer my phone call. If I have any problem with my body, I will sue Popeyes.

The Saturday special was 8 chicken nuggets for $4.99. Well worth it. They nuggets were large and the crust was delightfully light and crunchy. I was expecting breading like a mcnugget but this was way better. This south common location was a busy location and they did it right.

I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich and when i bit into it it was completely RAW on the inside, i went back and they remade a new one but it’s so unsafe to not properly cook chicken! Cannot bring myself to go there again.

I think they added small wings never going to come to this place again. Terrible small size wings they gave me. I feel scammed!

The last 3 visit is not pleasant. I used to like going here often for a quick bite for the family. I have ask for the freshly cook chicken and still getting old stale dried chicken mixed with the fresh one. Today I’m going to wait 30 minutes to try my luck again.

No chicken an hour before closing! The fries were stale and the coke tasted like water. No ketchup or hot sauce. On top of that a sub par customer service.

Although to be fair to General Sounders, they have a better "secret recipe of 13 herbs and spices". Popeye's though, is still better value EVERY time!

The chicken tasted like fish, when I asked, they said that it is fried in the same oil. Worst chicken that I had in a Popeye restaurant

The staff are really nice. I like Popeyes and I find this one clean and the food comes out fresh. My daughter's fav spot for dinner after soccer:)

First of all, the day deals are completely a scam. I ordered a poutine on Friday and didn’t give me a discount. Secondly, the poutine had pieces of chicken. When I went to complain they said the poutine is supposed to have chicken but if all the times I bought poutine, it didn’t have chicken. I would give Popeyes a zero star but that isn’t an option.

This branch is the Worst Popeyes branch with worst services, I took mild chicken tenders and it’s was so salty when I complained the supervisor told me mild tender always salty, I return back all stuff and they didn’t gave me my money back

Aside for the delicious Nuggets (my son's favorite) and chicken.the staff is fast, efficient and most of all FRIENDLY!

They messed up uber eats order as I called in prior to and asked if I could substitute the tenders for delta minis (it's not on the uber menu) I got tenders even though I made sure my order would be correct. Instead of offering me a refund or like giving me the proper order they told me to go through uber but it's not possible since on the app it looks correct she wanted me to come give the order back for a refund I don't have a car which is why I'm ubering it? !? And also I ate them since it's been 2 hours since the wrong order and I got hungry also covid regulations why would they want this order back in order for my proper one? I was trying to be polite but this was just very rude.

I visited this store yesterday and it was clean and tidy. Employees were taking proper precautions to serve healthy and hygienic food to their customers. Great customer service and staff was so welcoming. The cashier girl was so polite and friendly. She helped me deciding my lunch. I would highly recommend to give a must try to this restaurant. I would surely love to visit it again soon.

I went to many popeyes but i would say that this restaurant provides the best services, the staff is so welcoming and i love going there.

Prices seem a little high for a chicken sandwich but I did buy the cheaper sandwich around $2.50 and it was very tasty and good value.

Use to be so good but their chicken was overly fried and tasted horrible

Such amazing staff, honestly I waited till about the fifth visit to see if it remains the same before doing a review. When I call and ask for my fresh food they make sure it’s fresh and ready on time nice service really at this point it’s better then all fast food as they have been downgrading a lot lately, but not Popeyes. I just ordered from this location and received the most excellent and exceptional customer service from Gagan. She was amazing and let me fully understand the menu before ordering so i could have the most wonderful experience while enjoying my food. Definitely will be coming back very very soon.

This is one of my favorite place for take out during the pandemic. Staff is friendly and service is efficient. The chicken is cooked well and tasted really good.

They started to never care about what they serve,
After eating the chicken you have this feeling of nausea because it is either not cooked well or expired

The most pathetic Popeyes we have ever had, having said that we regularly eat Popeyes.
The chicken tasted like the oil has not been changed for a week, very rancid, the poutine tasted like a loads of salt, the mini sliders wewe lifeless, overall the experience was the worst among all other Popeyes we have ever had
