They are blasting indian music and its playing very loud. Its like a indian club in there. Also food wasnt cooked enough.

Popeye's generally makes reasonable food, but at this location, you'll want to get there well before closing time (11PM) if you want (semi) fresh food. I've been here as early as 930PM and been served food that was obviously prepared hours before and the staff are well into the day's cleanup. I'd say prime time to hit this location is about an hour after opening and no later than 9PM otherwise choose a different location if Popeye's is what you're hungry for.

Extremely slow service. When we attended there was one customer before us we ordered two wing combo and one burger combo and were told that it will be a 5-7 minute wait because they have to make the items - which we had no issue with. It took 20 minutes to get our meals and the wings weren’t cooked properly.

Then the machine for fountain drinks had no ice and the beverages were warm. The bathrooms were disgusting and had a very stale odour to it. Overall a very disappointing lunch.

Not only is the staff mind bogglingly slow, they seem to constantly run out of chicken. Honestly wish there was another Popeyes location near us because it took them 20 mins to give us a basic 3 piece meal.

The location is good. It was not crowded when I visited. I ordered chicken nuggets. Surprisingly some of them are good and some of them doesn’t taste good.

Came in to grab some late night dinner.all i ordered was a spicy chicken wrap combo, and took it to go.while i was there waiting for my food there was a man who seemed insane.he was loudly discussing topics such as terrorism and human trafficking, and fighting the air.i personally didn’t feel comfortable waiting for my food the least the staff could do is ask him to leave if he’s making costumers uncomfortable.when i arrived home, i realized that they forgot to give me my bottled drink (which i paid extra for). I also asked for no tomatoes in my wrap.and the chicken appeared to be a bit pink which turned me off.kinda sucks because this is my local popeyes.

OVERALL the atmosphere was uncomfortable.my order was messed up and missing things.and i might catch salmonella or food poisoning.i should give ZERO stars.i only gave 2 stars because i more blame whoever is in charge for not having enough staff.

Worst Popeyes in North America, precooked dried up chicken. Staff doesn’t speak English, guaranteed 30 minute wait while chicken dries up under heat lamps!

Disgusting. They served me overcooked greasy mummified overly salty chicken which should've been thrown out an hour ago, with pathetic soggy onion rings. Absolutely revolting. Choose KFC or McDonald's any day over this poor excuse for a fried chicken fast-food restaurant.

My first popeye’s experience in Canada was awesome freshly fried oily chicken… it was so good that my partner and I decided to get some today but from this branch. While service is all good, the chicken we got today were hard, even at the thin part… it’s like not re-fried chicken or chicken that’s not at its freshest. But food was still edible with no issues. Just bummed out that the enjoyment was different this time around.

I bought food there there I waited 15 minutes or more and still got chicken with blood in it I had to go back and show them the lady told me it was the spicy seasoning smh the chicken was very bloody anyone can tell she replaced the chicken hand me the food and walked away with sympathy. The food was for my kids and they waited so long only to get bloody chicken this location have very bad customer service.

The place was almost empty, That is a surprise since the food is good.
Ordered what I wanted fast. The receptionists was fast.
The fish burger was tasty.
The fries are also spicy and delicious.
The fish filet was fresh.
I took a take out this time, next time, I will eat in.

Mahima you're horrible in managing front and talking orders. I always buy 10 pieces family pack you gave me 8 pieces instead with a regular size fries instead of large AFTER REPEATING MY ORDER 5TIMES

I ordered the "2 can dine 16 piece chicken nuggets" meal. It's supposed include 2 biscuits & 2 dipping sauces for the nuggets. When I got home, I realised they forgot those items! The nuggets without the sauces is too sad! I was so disappointed! This special deal suddenly become sadness junk food. Also they forgot to put the 2 biscuits! I was so looking forward to this meal! Because they forgot the items, there wasn't enough food for 2 people! I'm still hungry as I type this! I was wondering if I should go back to the store to ask for the 2 biscuits and sauces but then my nuggets would get cold when I get back home, so no point.
Please double check your orders!

I happened to be at this store today and ordered poutine with tenders.
They put half the pack of curd and saved half. I could count only few pieces of curd in the poutine box. When I asked why there was so little curd, I was told that it is standard (may be for this perticular store, not the ones I go to regularly). It was basically fries with gravy and few small pices of curd here and there.

Tenders were literally half the size of what I would find on regular stores.

They also have higher prices compared to other Popeyes. That could be justified given the location but under serving is shameful.

Went to this location for lunch with my friend and we both put our orders in at the same time. My friends food was ready and eaten well before my food was even done. They had no hot sauce left and didn't give me any napkins until I asked.

Popeyes is always a good place to stop. Little bit of slow service but your meal will be fresh!

This place is busy, so that chicken always comes out hot and juicy. Got the spicy chicken sandwich and popcorn shrimp. Both were fresh, hot, and delicious.

Poor quality. Inconsistent service. No attention to detail. Check your order to ensure you actually received your proper items. Side portions are tiny, especially the meager red beans and rice which is consistently 90% rice.

Long time customer lockdown is over but you can't dine in yet, so WHY DO I SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS?

Should be more stars but lately they can't seem to get our orders right. It's maddening to realize this after we get home.

Didn't get served.they were so busy and short stuffed (new years night) and they were about to close at 10pm. I didn't get upset or any thing.it was no body fault

Had a good experience after a bad night at a local dinner. The chicken was decent and the fries were fresh.

Service can be a bit slow due to the amount of delivery service orders the location services. Presentation of soggy fries not so great and place could use extra cleaning.

Service is super slow at this location! Get ready for a very long wait. The management don't help out staff for faster service.

Loved the place …. The staff was friendly and the quantity and quality of the food was the best as compared to other stores I have been to

Always understaffed. You always have to wait to get your chicken if you go for takeout. Few employees and they're always running around to compensate. Tenders are not always fresh. Overall I have had more negative experiences at this branch than the positive ones.

No eating in during the pandemic but I had the Classic Chicken sandwich that they fought over in the US - yeah its that good, just the right amount of spiciness and the meat was an inch thick - I'll be back!

Great Service. Friendly and courteous staff. Always happy to be here and the cashiers receive the order correctly and promptly. Kudos!

Had the Cajun Flounder Fish Sandwich. It’s pretty good but probably wouldn’t repeat. The Fried Chicken sandwich is much better.

As always, the Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie is delicious.

Ghost Pepper Wings were delicious but nowhere close to spicy.

They charged for 4 breast substitutions and gave 2 breast 2 thighs and 1 wing. Never order from this branch

Got the chicken sandwiches here and it was well made. Their red bean n' rice is not consistent unfortunately, sometimes too much rice, sometimes too much beans.

Staff lied. Told me sold out of a particular item. I was immediately able to order the same item from the store via Uber Eats.

I bought chicken tenders today and they came out nice there was a nice brown, Hindi speaking guy to help me delicious and yummy, they made the order fast so thankyou so much

If you're looking for a great fried chicken sandwich, the Popeye's Front St. E location near Jarvis St. (Toronto) never disappoints. Very friendly service too.
