They did properly when it comes to fried chicken and well seasoned, too. Quick and friendly services. Open late till 3AM every day.

Excellent service n staff was very friendly. Highly recommended restaurant. Always serve fresh food.

We ordered spicy deluxe and ghost pepper chicken sandwiches they were both made to perfection. Crispy and juicy, really hit spot. Last time I left disappointedly, but I’m glad I came back. The management must have changed because the place is much cleaner and the customer service is top notch. Also noticed the timing has changed. It’s open until 3am now. I’ll be coming back

I had the flounder sandwich, it was nothing exciting, did like the pickles on it. The service was good.

We drove a long way to have some late night food. The person working there was a little rude, which I understand it was 12: 55 am.

The reason I’m giving 1 star is that she told us dine in is closed, if she were to tell that before we order that’s fine. But she told it when I was picking it up, which is upsetting…

I was there on January 10,2023 at around 17.15h and was horrified at how the staff behind the counter mocked and giggled at a older lady trying to order her meal. To treat anyone with such disrespect and lack of dignity is completely unaccetpable anywhere, especially at a so called service establishment. The smirks being dolled out from behind the counter were enough for me to ensure that I, for one, am never walking into that branch again. I am not sure if it is what I witnessed, or the quality of the food, but it was barely edible by the time i got home at 18h.

Consistent Popeye's, you know what you are getting. Staff has been a bit unfriendly at my visits.

This place got so much better so quick and fresh … the manager was also very professional I guess her nane is Rushali… keep it up love to visit again

Don't even bother, 7pm and no chicken. Waited 40mins and the girl gave my food to somebody else. She said I had to wait another 30mins. What. Joke!

Worst experience ever

Very bad experience, Cashier is being smart, don’t recommend, food too oily n drinks are not good at all.

Not much to complain about with fried chicken. Got the $16 2 person meal. Nicely seasoned fries

Color on onion rings looked as if oil had been used multiple times and had not been changed out properly, showing a dull brownish color rather than the crispy yellow seen for typical fresh onion rings. I do not recommend getting onion rings at this location.

Check their lower price options. Change from a ten dollar bill. I love their chicken and can afford it every time I want it.

This restaurant is very clean. It is a small restaurant though. The food is expensive at this restaurant. Last month I got a Tuesday special with 2 piece chicken. My chicken was stale and green. After eaten their chicken made me vomit and had diareah. Don't waste your money on their garbage food. There is no food quality and food safety at this location.

Thanks Popeyes for getting every single part of my order wrong, I order 5 tenders and you bring 3, I order a fries and it is non existent and I did not receive my bbq sauce, lazy.

Never going here again. Asked for a 4 piece combo, service was alright. But, i don’t know know or what they did to the chicken, but later on when I ate it at night I started to have food poisoning. Not good.

We happened to chance on this Popeye branch while going to the playground across the road and it's perfectly located if you were visiting around and wanted to have an impromptu picnic in the park across the road. That's what we did and we got ourselves some sandwiches and drinks and ate it all in the park. The staff at this branch is also friendly and helpful, so we would recommend this place!

The lady serving at the counter -Morsal is simply amazing. She is super friendly and helpful. She gave me an extra piece as a kind gesture.
I am not now the forever customer of this place.
Just one special gesture of hers made me feel so nice. My heart felt gratitude.
Management team pls promote her, we need people like her in customer service!

The food from here is good but every time I order, they eff something up. Today, Christmas day, they literally failed to send half my order. My partners food came. Mine did not. Thanks Popeye's for being too incompetent to put food in a bag

This was my 1st time visiting Popeye's. I was craving breaded with cocktail sauce! Everything was very fresh and piping hot. The cocktail sauce was quite tasty for a fast food outlet and, the fries had flavour. Methinks that I didn't need the biscuit - carbohydrate city. The walk-in restaurant was observing full Covid-19 protocols, on New Year's Day. I visited the location on Gerrard Street, in the Gerrard Square building, so, I was able to find convenient parking.

Bought a chicken sandwich combo, it came with literally like 10-12 fries to be exact, also they were nice enough to put 1 ketchup and 2 hot sauces in the package! Cheap business tactics! I am paying for a combo so give me a combo.not coming back ever!

An extravagance when one has no money, this run of the mill, standard fare, delivers everything it promises with a smile. Public liaison was local and knew other locals and chatted about, yet, other locals. After the k-hole, buzzed out pandemic experience, something familiar and usual. With masks. Mac and cheese coulda been a little warmer, but the heat of neighbourhood warmed me just the same. Thanks lovies! Xo

My favourite fast food restaurant chain. At this location service is fast and efficient especially during off peak hours.

Service is quick, good service. They have daily specials. Parking available in parking lot during rush hour.

Well I will be honest, I was surprised with the signature sandwich as it was really good and I enjoyed every bite.
Fries for my tenders were well stale and soggy, tenders weren't very good but hey the bun and the apple juice were good!

I came there last week myself and daughter used to come here every week not any more first my daughter needed to use the washroom they took one look at her and said no with out even thinking second u can smell the oil badly its not been charged there in a while will not be coming back im all for the rules social distance etc but this was a child needed to use a washroom

So I went there today just before 9 PM and I took an order from a lovely guy. I think he was the cook and was helping out the guys at the front but what a dude. Incredible service from him, I was really impressed by the service provided to me. Would surely return again

I had an issue with a couple of the “available for a limited time, fish sandwiches”

This was not the fault of this location, it was more of corporate office issue.

Well corporate, just shrugged their shoulders and would take no responsibility.

However, when I mentioned the problem to
Fawas who is the manager at this location.

(and also a super duper nice guy with a heart of gold)

He was quick to apologize (even though it was not the fault of this location) and sort it out for me.

Ontop of waiting almost 15 mins for my order with only 2 other people in line when I got my chicken it was dripping grease threw the bag.didn't even finish it and I don't normally complain!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, the staff is also really friendly. Food is pretty good, chicken specials and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

This is small but a clean place. Service is not the fastest but food is good and prices are reasonable. I love their biscuits and wings.

Called ahead to order so I wouldn’t have to wait long and was told the order would be ready in 15 mins. When I arrived 10 mins later they were just starting to cook it and I waited another 20 mins. Super annoying!
