Friendly staff, very good product quality, fresh sandwiches and the environment is awesome.highly recommended restaurant.

It was so busy and only Grace and Alex were working. They were run off their feet but still served everyone with a smile and we even had some laughs. They didn’t get flustered. They took their time with me while I asked them a million questions. Top notch employees. You should be proud leaving them to run the restaurant,

Alex and Grace are the absolute best! They were so patient and helpful with my large order I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their kindness. The food was fantastic as always but they are the reason I will keep returning this location thank you so much to the best Popeyes employees!

Was told last week to come back with my name to receive the correct order since I received the wrong order and when I went back they said no one remembers you calling and could not replace my order.
Wasted most of my lunch time waiting so will not be coming back again and I was a frequent customer.

Had the Deluxe Blackened Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing! Cooked fresh, so had to wait but well worth it! Sooooo flavourful! Spicey! Will definitely get this again at some point! Plus.the place was very clean! St. Thomas franchise could use a huge lesson on how to clean a food serving establishment!

Very feiendly and fast service they were so accomidatimg and polite. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend this popeyes. Our children were very happy overall and the restaurant was very clean!

Sandwich is very cold
I ask the girl in the counter she told me is fresh but when I opened I found it very cold

This Popeyes is my favourite in the city! They always get my order right and the food tastes great. Staff is always friendly and says hi when you walk up to the till. It’s so refreshing.

Way better then most ports but. No flavour at all to the food.
What happened to Popeyes from 5 years ago. Why no customer comment anything for Popeyes?

This Popeye location is awesome. Whenever I come here to eat, they never disappoint. I don’t know the person who helped me I think he was manager coz he was wearing a different uniform then other staff’s and I always go around evening time around 8 or 9pm. That guy was so nice to me. Keep up the great job.

Nice food and friendly staff. Jen and the other staff are really so friendly and has a nice smile. I will always be back not only because of their food but because they have the best customer service.

This place has they slowest service ever! Waited 10 min for my order with not a single person in front of me just for then to realize they had nothing of what I ordered cooked so I had to wait another 8 min for the chicken to be made. This is at noon hour

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER UBER OR SKIP FROM THIS LOCATION - Ive ordered 5 times and every time they forget the sauces. One time they forgot a sandwich. I don't know why their employees can't follow simple instructions, maybe that's why this location only has a 3.1* rating. Going to Wellington location next time

Place was clean, service was excellent. I ordered the 4 piece chicken combo and a classic chicken sandwich. Let me tell you that was the best classic chicken sandwich I've had so far. Thanks guys / girls on a fantastic job.

Im not one to make reviews but this needed to said,

today i placed an order with skip for 12 pc nugget patter and large mac and chesse for deilvery but when it arrived and i opened the nuggets and the first thing i noticed was and odd smell.thinking it was nothing and it was beause of being in a car for maybe 15 mins, but when i started to eat one and there was odd taste and made my thoat feel tight.

I have gone to other Popeyes, but keep coming back to this one. We have never had a problem with any of our orders, the staff here are have always been friendly. Sometime you do have to wait a bit for a order, they get a lot of delivery orders but I haven't had to wait long. If you don't like waiting at the location then get delivery, then you can wait at home. The only thing I wish they would add is to the debit machine, is a tip option then leave it up to the customer if they want to add a tip or not. Like they do in Burrito Boys a percentage or money option.

Popeyes is the worst place to eat or order from I made a order today and only hot part of the order but had to pay for the whole order and to add my children got onion ring and they where undercooked so and there food is not good so I guess I will never order from there ever again they should close all of them down so not happy at all

I went to this location yesterday to buy my team at work $400 worth of gift certificates/cards for Christmas. Before divulging the amount in which I was going to purchase. I asked for a chicken sandwich and then asked the lady at the counter if they had gift cards or certificates she said "No". So I canceled my order immediately and what next door to Burger King instead. Mom and Pop shops have gift certificates/cards especially around Christmas time. I wasn't surprised prior to writing this review that this specific location had such a low score. My first impression will speak volumes as to if I ever return again (to this specific Popeyes location) Sorry to say Popeyes.

Went there after a long day of hard work - 3 hours away from home, to bring along some food for myself and the family - only to later find out at home that the cashier/staff named "Nav' messed my whole order and missed half of my food. This has happened before and I have spoken to the cashiers about it as well. I dont know at this point it seems like owners hired untrained staff and are keeping them untrained. These guys sure will drive your customers away for cheapening out.

Update: Got a call from Nav next morning, he mentions he is the manager. Which somehow I find very hard to believe. Well he was not apologetic at all. Instead humiliated me by offering to throw in the missing items on my next order. Ridiculous.

Placed an Uber order tonight. The plastic bag it was delivered in was completely open. Not sealed at all.or even tied. I'm missing two sandwiches out of the four ordered.not impressed.
Update. Did call the restaurant. Male manager was nice, and I had the product replaced in store next day. Female manager in store was very friendly. Thanks for making it right!

Ordered 4 dinners online tonight. My wife picked it up and when she got home we were missing an entire meal (Sandwich, biscuit, and pie). Tried to call and got a corporate greeting and no option to speak to anyone. We live 20 minutes away from the store so going back is not an option. Would like a refund, someone please contact me or we will not be ordering from this location again.

Just ordered 8 meals from wonderland location. 8 mystery bags arrived.
No writing on bags, how do you tell a spicy chicken sandwich from a regular sandwich? Also missing 2 sides.

Food is good. I would have gave 5 stars if they didn’t put me on hold and hung up on me. Called 4 times after it would ring once then they would hang up. Very inconvenient when you’re in a hurry and need to place an order for pick up.

We picked up the family meal deal today. Just horrible. Please make fresh food for people. The chicken was old. The onion rings and biscuits were
Stale. Waste of money and terrible food. We did not enjoy it one bit.

I have a few issues. The first had to do with the posted limit. There were 6 people in the store most of the time I was there. The 2nd was that I ordered 5 chicken sandwiches and was told it would be 7 minutes and then 4 or 5 customers got served first including someone who ordered 2 chicken sandwiches after my order.

The staff are always super nice and have never disappointed me with any of my orders. I'm a fiend for extra pickles on my sandwiches and they always come through. They've been doing a great job following covid-19 related restrictions.

Horrible, walked in after 10pm and everything I ordered was *warm* it was so gross, upset stomach for 3 days after. Definitely asking for everything cook to order next time.

Likely will not go again. Biscuit was dry and salty, not moist and buttery like they used to be. Gravy and mayonnaise is extra. Onion rings were quite soggy.
