Recently reached there. I asked for deluxe mild sandwich and they give me spicy. I took 10 ghost pepper wings and too much bad smell from the wings. I’m guaranteed wings were expired and the employee standing next to the manager said him when I ordered the wings that wings are ready before. Nothing fresh.not going to visit here again

I returned left over ketchups nicely and the Punjabi lady, started advising her co workers loud that don’t accept returned ketchups because customers touched ketchups with dirty hands.
It was so unprofessional advise infront of the other customers.

Lady, if you want to say something, speak lowly. Atleast respect your customers.

Ordered spicy tenders combo, but tenders were not cooked properly and drink doesn’t taste good, had no soda in it.

Sad to see the flounder fish sandwich is gone. I didn't know it was a promotion. I vote Bring it back. Had the get shrimp instead.

Third class sandwiches. They make me wait for 15 minutes and still sandwiches are not good. Plus employees over there don't have even name tags on. I will recommend not to buy late night food from this specific location.

I loved coming to this location since the food was excellent but the service offered by some cashiers is terrible. Not polite at all. The other day I ordered spicy wings and they gave me mild, ordered a thigh and they gave me a leg, and today they gave me pieces of chicken short. I am so glad I sat down and checked. Why would anyone want to pay for something they didnt order or want. It doesn't hurt at all to be genuine.

Placed an order on Uber eats for 8 piece chicken legs and thighs and got mixed with mostly wings. Hardly any meat.

The phone is always busy, useless. This location should be shut down for the mess

I ordered the ghost pepper wings and they were great, no complaints there. But the larger man working here, manager? Was rude.

I had asked what quantities the ghost pepper wings came in, for some reason he proceeded to tell me that they're just chicken wings. Not sure he understands English. Then when I continued repeating myself, as it's a very basic question, he then proceeded to ask me if I knew what a chicken wing was. Excuse me? Yes I'm aware, are you?

I also witnessed a customer asking him about what batter they use and he just presented an attitude towards him without answering the question.

I've seen multiple complaints on here about him and can remember him talking down about upper management.

Absolutely despicable behavior, I'd strongly suggest firing this a-hole of an employee.

Reached there at 3: 40 am and the lady on the reception says we don’t have any food except fries. How can they do that as the restaurant closing time is 4 am still there was 20 minutes lefts for their job. Actually the staff was not in mood to prepare order as they should know customer service is their first priority. Very bad!

Cashier was clearly not trained in the proper customer service etiquette, and not professional at all. Have the basic courtesy to look at your customers when they're asking you a question.

Did not liked the spicy chicken sandwich at all because they are adding small pieces of chicken inside usually I eat this sandwich every single day but I even told them about this they just prooved me wrong and said it is only to be added in it. I went at 2am today.

We ordered 14 pieces chicken deal through mobile order! Received only 13 pieces, fries were cold. There is always new staff. Chicken is hell greasy. Most of the time there system doesn't show the correct mobile order money so they end up charging me regular price. They lack of customer service skills. It was my son's birthday, he was excited to tell everyone that it's his birthday but nobody bothered untill we asked him to quit telling.

They allways don't give you your white meat piece when you order a 4 piece platter
Got dried up fries with lukewarm chicken

I ordered the rippin chicken and the cashier told me it would take 15 minutes.i came back 10 minutes later only for them to say they started making the order right now and it was clear they were talking on the phone while serving other customers as well.in total i waited 25 minutes for my order only for it to be an extremely small piece of chicken and barely any fries.worst $10 ever spent had to go back to get a refund. 1/10 customer service do better.

The chicken smelled and tasted like meat that stayed out of a refrigerator for too long before being used. Had to throw my lunch away. Should have checked before leaving.

They don't even deserve one star uncooked cold fooled when i complain about the order their manager didn't want to listen. It used to be good location. Don't ever go this location

I ordered the rice and beans but they ran out. I ordered the chicken wrap and they said it wasn't on the menu even though it's displayed on the menu. Warm pop served without ice. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. This place is banking on queen street traffic to avoid actually having food, ice aand effort. Awful.

Asked for regular chicken and got spicy. The tables were dirty and lots of dead flies by the windows.

Zero customer service, the girl taking order was exhausted and felt like she is going to sleep while standing. Staff needs to be happy and greet customers with a good smile.

Staff is not listening properly especially overnight workers, we gave the order and they have given different order, and we confirmed again so that there should be no confusion but they neglected the thing. Please improve the quality of staff. No sense of talking, no professionalism.

I am not sure whether there is a change of management because this POPEYE location has become worst location now. They were good last couple of months but recently their food quality is AWFUL. They thought if they extend the service hours they will earn more money. But I have to tell food quality is also VERY IMPORTANT for customer along with service. I ordered three chicken sandwiches all the chicken were fried twice and the chicken was fully soaked in oil and the oil was smelling badly. I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth.
Also I bought chicken tenders the meat were not easily chewable and it was rubbery. This has happened to me back to back so I thought it's better to put reviews.

Poor service! Ordered Poutine they packed and said we do not have spoon or forks even while taking orders.

Worst experience ever, ordered Mac n cheese but got mashed potatoes instead, ordered 2 side sauces that I PAID for and didn’t get those and neither did they add just their regular hot sauce packets, warm drink, old hard biscuit and soggy fries.how do you mess up someone’s experience THAT bad, 100% a staff issue like people are paying for this the least you can do is try.

Same as the other customers have posted: black rotten chicken. I got the 2 piece, the drumstick was ok, but the thigh was small, black and it tasted old. The drumstick was not spicy like I ordered. This seems to be a repeating issue. People spend their hard earned money here, and they are being scammed. I only went here because it's open when I got off of work. Please complain to Popeyes head office so they can monitor this location. This is called Popeye's, but it's not up to Popeyes standard.

The owner of popeyes is crazy it was july 31,2022 around 10: 30 pm he was driving totatya big truck white colour.he try to run over ppl in parking alots. Everyone be safe. I show video to popeys staff they told me its the owner.

They don’t answer their phone and have the worst customer service. The manager has no professionalism. He is asking customers to go to other locations.

Food was great, although it took long to come to the table. The staff is not professional at all. They were talking to themselves in a language I did not understand and were chit chatting and laughing. They were loud and I had to stand in front if them for over two minutes to get their attention to ask for what’s the status on my food was.very rude staff, I would say.they give us this attitude because we go there. So I wouldn’t go there again. I love popeyes, but I’ll sure avoid going to this store.

An advise to the owner, if you can not have enough to serve, start closing your restaurant early, there is no point to keep it open and telling cx that we are out of it.
Went 3 nights in a row to have delta minis or tenders but they do not have it.
Yesterday. Server was rude too. Ask your employees if they can not treat cx in a good way, leave the job. I am more disappointed from service as he was laughing and saying we do not have anything. I was there at 12: 40 am and your restaurant is open till 4. You do not need to pay them if they are bad in cx service and finished everything to sell.

Nothing was ready, had wait 20mins for some tenders, they turned out raw as they were pinkish in the middle. I am working and can't go back due to lunch timing. Fountain machine not working and gave me one can and a nestea bottle. I said give me a nestea instead of the can of coke for my second order, the girl said she can't do that because it's giving too much. Cheap and garbage mentality of employees. They facial expressions showed they were bothered to even interact with customers.
