Manager Rena told my dog to to leave after he was quite polite and waiting for 36$ of chicken wings. Rina gave me a small bag with no handles handles and the chicken wings spilled all over the concrete. Sad management sad exaction sad customer service sad human decency.hope the next customer never has to go through a rina ever again. Worst experience I’ve ever had after 2 years at this Popeyes location. Will never be coming back thank you.

I’ve been there a couple of times and the manager is amazing, excelente customer service. Definitely worth a visit

Came to this location January 8th 2023. The closing time says 11: 00pm but when I walked in at 10: 30 I was told they are closing and that I cannot order. So put the closing time to 10: 30 if that’s the case.

I go here all the time, waited 30 minutes for some chicken… staff told me the wait would be 15 minutes but ending up being 30. I’ve came here since this place first opened and they have now lost a customer. Would not recommend to anybody unless you have time to spare…

This is 2nd time I ordered chicken and It Smells And Tastes like Fish! It's gross especially when you don't like Fish. I BELIEVE they cook the Shrimp And chicken in the Same basket of Oil.please Change This. NO ONE Wants their chicken tasting like Fish or shrimp! Omg it's not the first time either!

Haven't seen the restaurant from the front, (like the pics are showing,) so I hope that I'm giving this review to the proper address. (Just west of Cawthra, across the parking lot from the medical walk-in clinic.) Compared to the closer Popeye's, to us, the food & service were both amazing!

Fall off the bone chicken, so fresh and quickly served. No problems, food accuracy, and service were on point! (. At the end of a long day at work, you nailed it!) We will be traveling farther, to this location, next time, when the craving next arises, cause it was SO good!

Literally the best customer service and ghost pepper wings! I been to a lot of of Popeyes and the customer service was terrible or food tasted like it was not fresh. At this location I’m pleasantly surprised and in love, Each time there was one cook and one or two cashier and they did such an impeccable job. Deserve a raise!

So, I order online and when I get to the restaurant they haven't even started to make my meal and it's a Sunday, so they're not busy. Online I ordered 50% white meat and 50% dark meat. They ask me if I want only dark meat at the restaurant and when I say no, I ordered 50/50 she tells me it will take 10 minutes because she has to cook the white meat. I think she was too lazy to cook the chicken for my meal and was hoping to pawn off dark meat on me.

This place is insanely slow. Please give customers an eta with the food because I’ve never been to a slower Popeyes

Food was incredibly fresh and quickly prepared. Really friendly staff including the front manager Sahil (seemed like he was training new staff and quickly putting together orders really efficiently) and clean restaurant. Only a bit hot and uncomfortable to dine-in (maybe extra air conditioning required).

I went to this location on Saturday night around 10 ish. Was so happy to see the poster of ghost wings are back. I was supper hungry at this point I wanted anything. But the manager there was so sweet and guaranteed fresh food. At this hour fresh food and what you wanted was in front of you… that made my Saturday night! Great service, fresh food! I definitely recommend this location if you are in the area!

Came here yesterday to grab a burger and nuggets. It was excellent. Came home and forgot my wallet there. The store staff was honorable and kept it safe for me.

The wallet had over $2000 in cash and several credit cards. This speaks volume on how integral this team is.

I am lucky to have gotten my items back safely

Caution when ordering from this place or this location as deliveries regardless of whether you use dash or skip the dishes is missing things, cold and very bad quality. NEVER had this experience with Mary Browns. Big thumbs down on Popeyes

Whenever I order food through apps for pick up, it's never ready by the time I get there 15-20 mins later.

Absolutely the worst location ever. There is constantly about 15 to 20 people in line and one person making the orders. The lady in the front doesn’t care if she can actually produce the orders or not she just keeps taking the money

edit: then I got home and my son is sitting hungry because they had confirmed that everything was in the bag, and the kids meal was missing!

What incompetent people are working there?

As a former employee I would like to inform everyone that this store is not safe. They write false timings on the food. They serve stale food to customers that has been sitting for over 4 hours. The food is almost never fresh and they often work in the kitchen without gloves.

I ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 tenders for my friends and I. The inside of the chicken was raw and we have stomachaches now. We ordered the food a day in advance as we come from school to pick it up. Even after placing it in advance, they failed to make our order properly. After talking to the manager, she denied and sounded like I was lying. Very disappointed with the customer service. I’ve been going to a different popeyes for a while and even the chicken did not look the same as it always is. At the end, the manager said it’s not possible but sorry. Will not be coming back.

Pretty polite staff and smooth service. Food is always fresh unlikely some restaurants. Definitely value for money.

This place always get’s my order wrong. They even tried short change me $20.00. Be careful when you visit this establishment.

Fish sandwich was WAY better than advertised. Didn't have to "add" anything to it once I got it home. By far the BEST fish sandwich I've tried from a fast food company.

It took over 20 mins to get my food. The flounder taste good, however definitely ask for extra tarter sauce. Without ut it will be very dry.

Ordered3 piece meal, it was prepared fresh and taste delicious. Restaurant was cleaned and well kept. Order was taken and packed correctly. There is no drive thru

Their biscuits are the best and this location has the most original taste as I've been to Louisiana twice so pretty authentic I have tried Willys chicken when I was there and they're pretty good as well but you can't get it here. I'm happy with Popeye chicken and this location is clean and great parking true southern taste staff are exceptional and friendly 5 stars all the way

On a visit to this location, the employees seemed as if they were being treated rudely by the person in charge. It didn't seem like a fun atmosphere for the customers or workers.

They are saying the machine do not work and if you want a receipt? I said no it is fine. Gave the white girl $20 for and my total was $6.something. And she gave me only $3.something back. I realized when i came home. Saying the machine do not work is a trick to steal your money. She took $10 from me.

Worst customer service from this store. We ordered 20 chicken tenders and only received 10. I called the store and they said they packed it and the delivery driver must have taken it. Two bags of food came that were stuffed right to the top and tied up. There was no possible way to put anything else in them so they flat out lied! And blamed the driver. They told me if I wanted them I would have to pick them up and that's all they could do to fix the problem. I drove from Etobicoke to pick up the missing food and when I got there they said not to contact the store if there was any issues and to contact the driver? That comment made me think that a rock has a higher IQ. She kept insisting that the driver stole the food, during our multiple conversations not one time did they off any sort of apology. Terrible service and I do not recommend this location.

One customer complain she doesn't get enough drumsrick.instead of returning, to keep the customer happy she just added extra chicken free of charge. Good customer service.

I have always had an exxellent experience visiting this outlet.
All staff members are extremely courteous and helpful. I would specially like to mention Farah, who is an excellent resource.

I have been going to this location since it has opened, i have never been disappointed. Today i went there on a pick up hoping to get in and get out like i have been doing since Covid 19 and had to wait an hour for my order. A lot of the customers while i was there were complaining about waiting and one complaining because her order was coming out of her bag. I have also got charged an extra upcharge when it was suppose to be only 2 upcharges.i am really disappointed, i will not go back there until they finally get some staff that knows what they are doing instead of looking dazed and confused.

Once again they forgot to pack all my order! Very frustrating when you pay for items and only notice they are missing when you get home.

Took them over 30 mins to cook chicken since there was lack of communication between the staff and the cook. Didn't apologize for their mistake and the manager was extremely rude. The chicken tenders were heavily coated and felt like rubber. I have never had such a slow and bad experience at a popeyes location. Staff and manager needs to be trained on customer service.

Food is Popeyes quality which is fine. But these guys struggle with the pre order concept. What is the point of ordering half hour ahead of time, them telling you it’s 15min to be ready, showing up and they haven’t started?

You can never go wrong with this location. Every time I come her the staff is so warm and welcoming and the service is real quick too. Keep it up guys

Give credit where it's due. This location's food quality has always been great and consistent. The staff are always friendly and generous. Thanks for working hard during this pandemic

I’ve always been a fan of Popeyes chicken. The mashed potatoes and divine gravy make for an excellent side item to dip your chicken in. Seriously, if you haven’t tried it you must - but it’s gotta be fresh! This visit our chicken was a bit too doughy tbh, but it’s still always crispy and super delicious. On occasion, work friends and I do the spicy chicken sandwich for lunch. It’s a great, tasty filler of a meal if you get a combo. Nothing beats Popeyes biscuits in my experience - they literally melt in your mouth!
