Worest experice ever i told them to give me onions rings they give fries and say its coustomer foult

My whole family got diarrhea
Donot eat from that place ever

Called in and placed my order. When I Went in to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order. I had to place my order again and waited another 15 mins. I ordered ghost pepper wings combo with an addition set on the side. They gave me sweet and spicy wings instead and charged me for sweet and spicy which is sold in 6 count but only gave us 10 and charged me for dipping sauce. When I called in, they told me ghost pepper wings are the same as the sweet and spicy ones, the only difference is, it’s tossed in sauce. Needless to say, I don't care what the difference is, I wanted what I ordered. Nonetheless, I ordered my plain wings, didn’t receive it, and they refused to fix the problem.

Terrible customer service and management team.
I ordered 3 pieces chicken legs MILD online and once i arrived to the restaurant i went to the cashier and gave them my order number and requested to add a drink. The cashier guy confirmed my order which is 3 pieces mild.

After i get my meal i found out they gave me spicy not mild.
When i returned back to them they started getting aggressive and said no you ordered spicy and the manager argued with me alot. After showing her the receipt that I didn’t order spicy. She started to make a negotiation with me. She said i will give you 2 pieces instead of 3! Which is ridiculous!
I left the food for her and will call my bank to refund my money and will never go there again

I visited this place last month but the food service was very low and the staff seemed to overwhelmed by orders.

I gave my debit card and it is saying declined again I told them it is not credit card and that is only debit card, then I gave my credit card it got approved, same time I check my bank account they charged me debit and credit. So horrible

Been going here for years, it used to be good. Now every time I go there I get less and less fries. The last two times I’ve gone I only got like 10 fries, and the price had gone up too. I get home and I’m like what the hell. I’ll be going to church’s chicken from now on.

I’m telling you, when I used to go here as a teenager, it was pristine, the chicken was out of this world crispy and tasty.not anymore.

I recently dined at popeyes and i must say it was a delightful experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the overall dining experience. I met manpreet kaur and she was really polite with us. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

It was my first visit at this Popeyes and they provide Me very nice costumer service and the food was awesome.

The staff here is rude, i bought 6 pieces of chicken, Raman told me it was fresh. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. Full of grease. I was trying to pull the chicken apart and i can the it drenched in oil, drop of grease dripping. I wanted to throw up. Then she has the audacity to argue with a customer. Is this how your supposed to deal with customers?

I went to Popeyes yesterday and dinned.the food was delicious. I was really impressed by the services and team members specially Manpreet Kaur. She treated me very well. I was really impressed by the staff everyone was very polite.

Always a local favorite. As much as I visit this place, I've always had a positive experience. The chicken is always good proportions and well seasoned, the staff is prompt and courteous and the daily deals are always worth it. I wish they were open later but im sure they have their business reasons.

This location is literally selling rotten chicken cooked in burnt oil! Bought 10 piece family combo only to throw in the garbage! Popeyes is going down fast because of their consistent quality issue! They literally feed people rotten chicken Cooke in nasty burnt oil! This is absolutely disgusting!

The last few times I have had food here it was so disappointing. The last time I got the two mini spicy chicken burgers and they sucked. It was like someone stepped on them, dry as hell and they had been left out. This time I got the tenders special and one of my tenders is so small it looks LIKE A CHICKEN WING. And the fries I got were not fresh. Neither were the tenders. I won’t even both going here anymore. Not worth it at all.

We order 5 sandwiches and it comes cold and when I said that to cashier guy he don't care about what I said, it's very bad experience there I don't recommend this place

There's a trick in, eating chicken, even as the gravy thickens known throughout time, since the time of Charles Dickens! LOL good rhyme huh? Just like you can get a pretty good meal here!

This is a very slow and relaxed area of the city now why is it essentially located near Financial drive and this is a new Plaza filled with new businesses in a new area but please remember the classic Canadian values of minding your manners and trying to be positive to everybody!

Popeye's chicken has a great deal if you do their receipt survey, plus the staff here are helpful and the location looks great plus the food is usually very good! I only give four stars because it's fried chicken and Popeyes doesn't want to put lettuce on certain products not to be rude to the hard-working staff.

I remind people please enjoy this wonderful tasty experience. Because somebody was making comments about the portion size but unfortunately many younger Canadians have not learned how fortunate you are to have a good job and the Canadian economy. ‍️?

Everywhere is different and everyone is different but if you don't want to accept Canadian values you'll have a hard time enjoying life here but you can always enjoy the chicken LOL. I encourage you to clean up your environment respect each other and have a lovely day!?

Order family deals and all I got dry cold pieces. Asked them to replace and was told by manager with to take this or store credit. No refund or reheat.

Dont know why theres alot of negative reviews, but in my personal experience ive always had nothing but good experiences, firstly the staff is always polite including the manager, the food is always great too, i find compared to other locations the chicken sizes are always huge and taste great. Staff has even given me extra food sometimes if the wait is long, definitely will continue to come back!

I ordered poutine through uber eats, bowl wasn’t even half, it was less thn half, guys at least fill it more thn half, this is so wrong and i missed one whole item.

Worst Popeyes I have ever eaten… their tenders are so so so small I think they make 2 tenders from one tender piece… and their chicken pieces are so small too… poutine is the worst dry and no cheese… wow… this location is a looter… Popeyes brand to look at this location… better to close these money looters. I would give a 0 But sadly no option

It appears that the fries portion has been reduced to half. The staff seemed to be absent minded as we requested our order for dine in and they missed that as well. We received a huge sigh when we reminded them that we would like to dine in.

I have been a patron of this Popeyes location, for over 5+ years. At first, the quality of the chicken was perfect. But now, the quality of the finish product has been disappointingly diluted to an "okay", at best. The chicken is almost always tasting like burnt oil. Perhaps they should re-visit the frequency at which they change the oil.
The biscuits are almost always burnt or hard. The only thing that is still commendable is the quality of their fries.
Time for a quality shake-up.

Never going to any popeyes ever again. I tried to place a mobile order and it said "My card details are incorrect, popeyes is aware of the issue". I check my banking app and the money was deducted. Showed this to the staff (at this worthington location). They said try again. I try again in front of them, put all my card details right, still the same error. Money got deducted again. The manager, instead of looking into it said "Sorry sir, it's your problem". Just made my day from bad to worse. Thanks guys.

Poor customer service, yesterday they weren't having Lousiana sauce and upon asking they said its sold out, very sad to hear that with their bad attitude. On Frutopia drink machine, they pasted tag 'Sold out'. It wasn't the late night time and it was around 5: 00 PM. Dear management please atleast teach your girls to apologize if they are short of anything. As also last week I ordered mild chicken but they asked me to get spicy.

I visited restaurant for dinner and Ritu was on cash, i impressed the way she was serving the customers in a very polite manner. Food was fresh and hot. I am giving five star to Ritu for customer service.

My go to location for Ubereats orders. They always follow instructions and food is tasty and well packed.

First time at this location. Food is pretty good, just didnt like the fact that the person I dealt with was so stingy with the dips (which I did end up paying for). I asked for two since we got a meal for two people. Id go back for the quality of the food for sure.

I live nearby and have been here often enough where the store never disappoints. The staff are always friendly, food is always hot and fresh, wait times are reasonable if not quick. Overall a great Popeyes to come to and it never disappoints

The lady with the green shirt was very rude and she gave me cold tenders. I ask her if I can use the washroom and she said it's closed. If the resturant is open untill 3am then why the washrooms are closed at 10pm.

The manager working on Saturday Hardeep kaur, she doesn't know how to talk to the costumers and she is nasty, no cleanliness and her uniform outfit is so disgusting (front of house working person), she frequently touching her hair and her bump with the hands and serving costumers. I was a regular costumer and again I won't go back to this location for my food. The most outstanding thing is getting food with bare hands. When I walk to the store, she literally having food in front of house So disgusting lady. And I'm wondering is popoyes has no policy about wearing bracelets or ribbon in hand and how they can keep her as manager /supervisor

Stay away! Got food poisoned from my last night and had to take time off work today to go see a doctor because my stomach ache is becoming unbearable! It was an uber eats order either chickens are not cleaned properly or the place it self needs quality inspection reported to the food safety inspectors line

Order 4 spicy chicken sandwiches.the chicken patty in all 4 were under cooked.very unpleasant experience when took a bite and almost no sauce and infact NOT spicy.
