I asked for a hot chicken sandwich and the girl loaded it up top and bottom with mayo.
Definitely worth it to go to the location at Ellesmere instead.
So rude.

Worsest chicken i ever had.not at all fresh and feeling dizziness and through out after eating.

Bought a 12 piece chicken only and got 6 thighs. What a big time RIP OFF. I love Popeye's but avoid this location's crew to get better value for money.

Chicken quality was as horrible as Simran's Customer Service. Her CS towards Indians was not acceptable. Not a friendly place. 0/10 recommended.

Not very impressed with the service. They were so worried about getting me my cup, I didn’t get a bill, and I did not get what I ordered. I wanted and said three piece chicken tenders, spicy with fries on the side. I got regular bone-in chicken I’m sure is not spicy. Since I didn’t get a receipt I can’t even properly complain, which is the real reason I won’t go back.

This place is terrible. Avoid at all costs. They have no idea what they are doing. Any other Popeyes but this one.

It’s the worst restaurant I’ve had tried in my entire lifetime I don’t advise anyone to go there even when they are starving I came today to get some chicken for my kids but they sold me a ROTTEN chicken and the worst workers are working there

Please clean your washroom properly! Your washroom is so filthy. Manager, hire someone to do general cleaning if you cannot do it or the rest of your employees. It looks like it haven't clean up for years? Ewww! By the way how’s your kitchen?

They are cutting tomatoes with a lancet and charge 1 dollar for it.also one time my mom's deluxe spicy sandwich wasn't cooked enough and she had to vomit afterward. I said I can eat it but my mom scared the fact that I might get sick out of that raw chicken. I did not know she ordered a sushi chicken sandwich.

They took to long to make our bloody food that I was no longer hungry and my friends and I had to go elsewhere

This is a new outlet in the chain. Very clean, very nice offerings, helpful staff.

The chicken and the biscuits are amazing!

One issue, the daily specials are posted on the front windows but not near the cash registers so once in line to order you have no way to reference what the specials were.

They seem to take forever to deliver chicken orders in the evening. They need to have a better scheduling plan to deal with surging orders.

Not only that that they cook it fresh for you but they give you nice offers o deals. Good job to the manager and the whole team crew.

They barely put any sauce on my chicken burger so I asked for extra on the side. They said they don't give spicy mayo sauce on the side. I was willing to pay for it too, they said our store is not allowed to do that. I wonder what's so special about this Popeyes compared to all their franchises.lol. Untrained employees, I'm sure the store owner would disagree with this matter too, but then again he/she never spent enough time with their employees to fully train them in the first place.

Ordered the 10 pcs special of chicken for $35. Definitely nothing special for the price paid. The chicken at this location is very small. The sides like the coleslaw and fries are not filled like other locations. Extremely disappointed. Customers are definitely get ripped off. Unfortunately we fell victim to this locations small chicken portions, and half filled sides like other customer's. Not impressed.

Did a mobile order, set the pick up time out 30 minutes, still had to wait an additional 12 minutes.paid for 3 extra breasts on a 12 piece order, received zero breast pieces. -500 stars.

Dry old stale chicken fries are cold biscuits are hard as a rock and employee’s just laugh and giggle all day and make you wait for your order

The Chicken Sandwiches are not cooked properly, caused my hole family to receive samanila poisoning. Mother was already suffering from a seriously illness now she is bed ridden! STAY AWAY DO NOT EAT HERE!

Pretty decent but really long waiting times that this one for some reason? And this is nothing to do with the franchise but that new sandwich is nasty! The two Delta minis or the wrap or the one on the ciabatta bun is way better

The worst location the owner of this location is cheating the system fish & and shrimp combo this location giving only 1 piece of fish and 8 pieces shrimp all other location is ging 2 pieces fish and 10 or 12 shrimps the fried chicken is always uncooked and old when u take skin out u can see I almost through up

I'm a little disappointed that they took the shrimp sandwich off of their menu. Chicken strips with honey mustard sauce is great though Might not wanna be stingy with your sauces though. Just saying

Did this location got out of stock on their boxes? Which other popeyes gives combo meal for take out in an open conjusted box and without any side dippings.i took out my food thinking the same as other popeyes packaging and spill all my food as it was an open one sided box.horrible

I usually never review Popeyes but today I bought the new sandwich which is not fresh. They sell it pre made and it taste sucks.

I could catch, skin, butcher and fry my own chicken in the time it takes these people to prepare a 2 PC combo

The food was okay but service was bad. There were only ladies working there and they gave my order to someone else and made me wait another 25 mins.

I had very bad experience from the popoyes in this location. Packging was very horrible. We ordered combo menu but our food was incomplete and was way too much spicy. Unfriendly behavior from staffs.

They don’t use musk, hand gloves while serving any take out food. They talk over food area, the virus droplets might drop off on the fries or food area. They use same hand in cash department and food. I didn’t feel safe.that what I m getting. Sorry I will not order here anymore.

Rude people, I was calling them for good 5 minutes but they didn’t pick up, I walked in and dial the number still two workers non bother to pick up, when I ask the cashier rudely replied we are busy and the funny part was that I was the only customer there.

I wish I could give a zero star to this location. The staff is very impatient and rude. Doesn't want to answer questions. Forgot our order which came with instruction. The management needs to find better employees or give proper training. The food tasted like salt in excessive oil.

Pathetic taste. All you could taste is salt in each and everything and when asked to replace they would just refuse by saying its the recipe.

Horrible experience! Went in today the food is not up to par to other popeyes I have been too. The tenders were really salty and some of the tenders were rubbery. They were cooked but the texture was rubbery way off. Maybe it was the quality of the meat I have no idea but something was not right.

Order is always wrong. First time they forgot the onion rings. Second time they didnt give me the amount of chicken I paid for. Never ordering from here again.

The last 2 times I've been there I've ordered a 2 piece combo white meat only and paid the extra. Both times when i got home the order was 1 piece white meat 1 piece dark. I won't be going back.

Hey, if you like Popeye's you like Popeye's. This location was clean and fast. It's only down point was that some of the kitchen staff were really, really loud. Other than that, delicious rice and beans.

Rude customer service. If the bald headed Indian guy with the pop bottle glasses doesn’t like you prepare to have your food last, and forget your order going by the number. He will also serve you before everyone if your Indian. My children said he’s nice to my husband though so guess what if you don’t have respect for me, I will damn sure tell my husband to have no respect for him. What you reap you sow, it’s as simple as that. And Karma is real, so.

I have not eaten it in 15 years, but I do know that the Canadian recipe is not the same.

I have been in this restaurant around 4 times and never got disappointed!

The location is not bad, the quality of food is great, but customer service needs alot of work. It has progressively gotten better, but alot is still needed.

Food takes way to long, for the average Popeyes and needs to be improved on.

I ordered a sandwich and the chicken was very dry and old, tasted like plastic and texture was horrible
had to throw out the chicken and ate the bread with some ham I had in my fridge.
