Worst service I’ve ever had. Took 20 minutes to get my 8 chicken nuggets and only started cooking after I went to ask what was talking so long after already waiting for more than 10 minutes. Great place if your looking to have an hour long fast food meal

I had a 4 pic chicken combo its was very delicious. Param took extra care of me thank you very much.

The staff really take pride in this location. It’s one of the cleanest I’ve been too and the staff are really personable.

Big, super clean, fast service, and hot delicious food. I miss Popeye's being closer to me, but this new location is nice, so I can't complain. Just a bit further bike ride.

This time the service was slow, it was supposed to be 10 minutes. It took much longer than that. To get home and find out that my chicken tenders were still raw in the middle. Had to throw it out! Wasn't on planning to get food poisoning.
Won't be back!

My family came by for lunch this past Sunday. Excellent customer service and clean restaurant. The food was delicious. Try the strawberry biscuit, so good!

I was at this location today and the cashier was neither wearing a hair net and nor any beard net. I am pretty sure that there are rules outlining the length of the beard the cashiers are allowed to keep. The food is pretty nice and the other staff members are very polite and helpful. Moreover, there were flies in the seating area inside, which is just not acceptable!

I always order delivery from here, but for my last 2 orders popeyes have been really bad.i paid extra for dipping sauce yet i never get them anymore or the right ones.are there new employees or what?

Every time they say 10 minutes and it is at least 25 minutes waiting time. No explanation. Manager doesn't care. Very poor customer service.

Also the tables are dirty, and they gave us ketchup packets that were caked in a sticky substance. Gross!

We ordered two piece chicken, and they gave us a drumstick and a wing.they also barely gave us any fries.they were so small we ordered another whole meal.

The only plus about this Popeye's is the proximity to Humber lakeshore campus, but if you're willing to walk a bit further there's another location

Placed an order on the app for pickup 15min from ordering. Arrived 5 minutes later than supposed ready time. Waited for 15 minutes before I got impatient and talked to the staff, only to find that the order was not even on the board. Was told it'd take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later saw a fresh batch of chicken out but no sign of my order being packed. Talked to staff again, only then did my order get packed.

I understand it can get busy, but this was very poor order management when I had to intervene twice, and a final tally of 40 minutes after ready time.

Efficient staff. Food was fresh and tasted great.
Recommend the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich

Food was cold, poorly made and poorly tasting. Waited 25 minutes for an apple pie with no explanation why before or after, the server made my chicken sandwiche and then left it sitting for the 25 minutes of waiting. Then wondered why I could ever be complaining about some cold sandwiches. Zero common sense and Zero customer service, we basically just wasted 45 minutes of our lives and are still hungry (making some food at home now). Needless to say my family or I will not be returning ever.

Omg I’m in love with popeyes spicy chicken sandwiches. Their wings are awesome too. And their mash potato with gravy lol. Guess it’s all good. This place is like a crack den. I keep coming back.

I went there Thursday evening march 31, the staff was so rude they did not even follow the instructions I understand it was busy but u can’t just start ignoring customers and disrespect them, behaving like they are doing favour on us. I’m a regular customer coz i stay near by but for sure I won’t go there anymore and tell others not to as well.

Chicken is well cooked and tasty, customer service is also good, especially cook Anji, his way of cooking is totally different with proper portions of ingredients.

This is the first time I've been to a Popeyes. The location is good. There is some facility parking and side street spots available. The interior is warm and welcoming. The franchise has put effort I to their layout and design. The food is tasty. Speaking with the owners there are two batters. So if you're ordering a variety of items some will taste a certain way. This is nice in case you get flavour fatigue. The cajin fries are amazing! The spices have a little kick and extremely flavourful. There are a few sauce choices. I tried the blackened ranch and it's as delicious as it sounds. Will be back to same the rest of thee menu.
