Management pay attention to your store!
We were at the Orillia location today for dine-in. The place was incredibly filthy. Tables were not wiped cleaned. I had to clean my own table. The table besides us had food crumbs all over it and clearly not cleaned and two staff members took breaks two tables down and didn’t care to notice. There was an entire piece of chicken dropped in the floor from sometime ago because it was nasty and shrivelled up.

My wings came in a DIRTY container! It was clearly the last one of the pack and sat on a filthy table, it was rimmed with grim!
Took forever to come.

I wish I could post my pictures to show you all the proof! Never eating there again!
Management needs to take accountability for their lazy staff.

Employees are friendly but very disappointed with the chicken sandwich. Super greasy and tasted like the grease in the fryer was well used. Fries were chewy and tough. It's too bad. If you catch them at the right time, the fries are the best.

Disgusting food. Came through drive thru and ordered 2 raps to go. Spicy chicken. It was very salty and was not eatable. Too greezy too.

The young person taking my order was very pleasant but the older lady who handed me my tray was not so nice and definitely didn't want to be there. I work in the food industry and I get it, but a smile goes a long way (fake it if you must) now the food. I got the 3 peice meal and my kid got the original chicken sandwich, which was drenched in mayo. Didn't enjoy the gravy or the fries. The chicken was just okay and my kid wasn't able to finish the mayo chicken sandwich. Just another overrated greasy fastfood place

Always have to wait for food to be cooked.workers seem angry as they are always short staffed

The atmosphere is good. Decent layout and well designed.
Aside from that, horrible in ever way!
To tell my story would be a waist of more time, I will just never return to a Popeyes in my life time!

Worst Ghost pepper wings I ever had, doesn’t have any flavour. Store was also not busy and I was asked to wait to make the order and still was very bad.

This is not the blackened chicken sandwich. I don’t know what this is, but it’s not that. I can only tell you that it was awful, and it’s clear they cut corners on this. Bad form Popeyes. Bad form.

Ordered for pickup, got home chicken was horrific next day took it back I talked to the staff and here comes the butcher (area supervisor) dirty smell aimful attitude of dog with rabes she throw the food in the garbage took my receipt told me to get out this person should not be in customers area she should be locked in a cage after about 15 mns went home called head office even worst they wanted to give me 2 pieces of chicken I am dead serious never got response from the owner appoligise for the beast they have working there nothing this was in October we are end of December have been to this garbage place many times sometimes it was bad but I never had employer speaking to me the way the madcow did

Ok this is now my favourite chicken place. I hadn't tried it until I moved to Orillia but nothing else compares. A bit too often they are out of things in the menu but the service is always outstanding and polite and the chicken is decadent.

I would like to thank Nooshin the manager at this location, she was an amazing help in getting everything prepared for us to have our food order hot and ready for our lunch-in yesterday, she does a great good in running that location, would not hesitate to order again, everyone enjoyed it.

Guilty pleasure I know. Fried chicken and seafood was good. Service was great. Given COVID times, good procedures were set in place to prevent and reduce transmission.

Waited a long time for my order then when I got home the fries were missing. I live 30 minutes away. When I called and spoke to the manager the only compensation was to get a free fry next time. Very unorganized and badly run. I would not recommend this location. Support locally owned restaurants instead.

Foods good thankfully. But 40 mins waiting through drive through. Other people showing after and getting their food before us. Dont care how many new employees you had training. Plain Unacceptable. They were walking around asking "what should we do" that's sounding like bad management on a Friday night. Delegate roles. Won't be back.

To the reply. The only reason we came that night was because you screwed up the first visit and gave us a 10 dollar gift certificate. Same thing the first time with the wait and missing food. Strike two is enough for me.

Decided to give them another opportunity to wow me. Spent nearly 45 bucks. They don't know the meaning of quality. First they didn't have coke zero, They forgot sides, the wings weren't made right and their definition of "a ton of pickles" is 4. I'm now at a 1 star. I've given these clowns every opportunity to be good. They aren't

Easy order pick up (better than KFC) not so greasy, KFC isn't the same anymore, Popeye's is so good if best gravy ever!

A manager there called"Tanya" was very helpful and her customer service skills are amazing. Don't lose this lady! She makes their business stand out from other restaurants. Thank you Tanya, for your help. We'll be back, not just for the food, but to watch her in action with her staff and customers. Hope she is paid very well!

Go to get a sandwich and poutine cause i had to work and couldnt make food at home, they make my poutine put it on the heating rack.then took almost 30 minutes to make my sandwich i made then remake the poutine cause it was now a soggy mess, i get home, and my damn sandwich has just breaded deep fried bread barley any chicken, and the bun was burnt black!

For the most part I've had decent food here except for the last time when I got slimy raw chicken and the order was wrong. Would have returned my order but it was too late by the time I arrived home an hour away. BTW, this is the third time in a row that my order was wrong.

The cashier girl was very nice to deal with. Chicken was warm, service was fast, so 3 stars for that.
Pop machine had no root beer, no ice tea, ended up with watered down gingerale.
Fries were missing but I blame myself for not checking the boxes.
I should've used a straw to drink the rice/ beans, was half liquid. Very weird energy in store surrounding who might have been the manager. A manager should ALWAYS say hi to customers, not avoid eye contact.

Visited this restaurant today at around 12 noon and was extremely dissapointed when our food was ready extremely quick due to the obvious fact that the chicken that was no longer crispy and now soggy and was sitting in the holding bins for far too long the food was NOT fresh and for not having Popeyes In a year I was expecting a better experience did not continue to eat my meal after the first few bites.

Was here this afternoon around 2: 30pm Monday with my family, food and service was amazing which is hard to experience in Popeyes nowadays. The staff was amazing and hardworking, their names were Tanya and there was another lady whose name I did not get. Very fast service, despite the drive thru being very busy and being very understaffed.
No cook was on shift.
Owner please try to schedule more staff to keep your customers happy & energize your staff

Very bad experience I was asked to leave because I walked in six minutes early I didn’t know definitely could’ve been a lot nicer

Ask for specific items did not get them French fries were cold chicken was not spicy like I asked for no condiments no napkins owners forking ghetto

Hit drive-thru looking for something unbreaded and the server was able to make me chicken tenders without the usual coating. They did the low-carb trick.

The origanal chicken sandwich I had was fresh and tasted great. That the first time I've ate there.

Great food, fair prices, and the staff are so friendly and work extra hard to give you a good experience (it was pretty busy when we visited and the staff were literally running drive through orders out to the parking lot). Absolutely recommend!

I went on November 6th and it was my first time having Popeyes. I ordered 5 chicken tenders with fries. When I looked at it the breading was a bit pale but I thought maybe that is how it was meant to look.

I was very wrong. I took a few bites and then I looked down and it was Pink! I was appalled! Chicken is always supposed to be checked because it is dangerous.

I went back inside and the said they could replace it so the gave me some of the chicken nuggets instead because most other restaurants were closed and I still needed to eat.

The first few were cooked but a few of them were still undercooked. By this point there was no point going back in because I no longer had an appetite.

Long story short I will never be returning to this location and I would encourage them to check the temperature of there chicken in the first place.

Chicken was good as always, but they didn't have ice for the ice machine and didn't tell us before ordering, so our pop wasn't cold (I guess it also cools the pop coming out). Also, they took longer to get a small order together than I experience at other popeyes. From the looks of things (and their surprise that the order they prepared wasn't ours), they overlooked our order.

This was first time here and it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten in my life! It doesn't get any better than this. I am looking forward to trying the bucket of chicken pcs! Next time!

Used to be a good location but in my opinion, it's horrible now. No matter what I order I'm usually waiting around 20min, even for 3 piece tenders? Insane.

My First Negative Review Ever.

I Always like to give positive feedback whenever I can, I Feel like more people need to hear positive feedback rather than complaints.

This location however.
Unfortunately Corporate needs to have a closer look at this paticular location. It's Awful.

Our last few visits have increasingly gotten worse each time. Why We kept having faith that maybe it was a "one off" I don't know.

Officially done with the Orillia Popeyes location.

Our orders are literally wrong every single time.

The quality of the food was Disgusting. (For the last time)
Turned us off completely from ever eating at this location ever again.

The spicy is really spicy omg.service with a warm smile as well as fresh food with great drinks gotta order the butterfly shrimp again.delta minis are awesome too

20 minute wait was told 10.
Is more worried about fulfilling the drive-through orders than customers waiting in the store
Asked for extra pickles on my sandwich received none.
Purchased a combo no fries
Got my drink right.wait i

Went through the Drive-Thru, was greeted by rude staff. I ordered 1 large fry and was told that there would be a 6 minute wait, I parked my car to wait and did not receive my food until 20 minutes later after I had to go into the restaurant and remind them.

Showed up for take out half an hour before closing.
Manager Kori tells me they have no chicken.
I ask if they ran out, she says no, just none ready and looks at the guy cleaning in the back.
With attitude, says it will be 18 minutes before any chicken is cooked and looks at the clock.
I said, with shock.so, you have no chicken?
Snide reply, 'nope'
I left. While in parking lot writing this review 2 other sets of 2 people turned away from takeout and 3 cars drive through.
I need to buy a popeyes franchise, obviously they make way too much money to be able to freely turn away business and new customers like this.
Orillia is a small town, surprised they can survive with attitude managers and horrible customer service.

Really hit or miss at this location. Majority of the time they cant get our sauces right when we quite literally only ask for the ranch sauce. Food can be stale and ive recieved the wrong order numerous times.

When they get my order correct it's a pleasant experience.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered through the drive thru. They were busy so I was instructed to park out front, they didn’t take the make/model or even license plate of my vehicle. It was a packed parking lot with several vehicles. Staff were running around to several different cars and they gave my food to someone else. Ended up walking into the store and asking where my food was. Wasn’t given an explanation and they even shorted me on the amount of nuggets I ordered. Will never go back to this location.

Dont tell people the wait will be 6 minutes than send them to wait for over 15 minutes.be honest about the wait time and maybe tell customers before you take there money of the long waits.the server didnt even know who the food was going to by the time they brought food out.

Most disorganized restaurant I have ever seen! Make you park & wait for drive through, but then staff don't read car description on bill so they walk around asking everyone what they ordered. And, then they still got the order wrong! Will never return.

Oily but still playing people with lie that the meat is Halal. This store chain was punished before due to this claim and now they having no written on store about Halal but every store is claiming Halal. There is need to come forward from employees to investigate and tell to public if they really knows.

Always good food, the chicken strips are usually fresh and pretty good service.
The last 2 times my family has ordered take out, when I got it home, there were 1 or 2 items missing from our order and when I called the employee just says ask the next time we are in, when we do ask the next time, nobody seems to know anything about it and if it was something small it wouldn't be so bad but because we live out of town, I don't want to drive back in 25 mins to get my 5 strips, biscuits or colwslaw. We will still get food from here in the future, but I will definitely be checking my order before I leave.
