Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It's gone downhill since last me and my partner have come here. Staff are frustrated to make foods if they have run out. Some advertised options never seem to be available and they definitely make it your problem when you ask about these unavailable advertised options.

Alas I don't think we will be frequenting this location much anymore.

Great service, friendly staff and good food!
Amanpreet in particular was friendly, fast, and funny!

We have ate there a few times now. The chicken sandwich's are great (what we usually get). We did however get the 15 pcs chicken tenders one time, which were also very good, but they are very stingy on the dipping sauce especially for 15 tenders. We only got 4. When we asked for another one or two we were told there would be an additional charge. This is however better than KFC but not better than Mary Brown's.

Is this a joke popeyes? Cant remember ordering miniature chicken legs, lol!

Food is usually pretty good however it takes forever to get it as they operate with minimal staff.

Good experience except half the restaurant was closed up (7: 00pm) we don't enjoy sitting in the booths they are too hard to get up out of but we had no choice.

DIRTY hygiene practice. Placed large order. While I was waiting for my food to be finished I seen the cook in the back going back and fourth from his phone and back to cooking. Digging in his pockets with the very same gloves touching his phone and handling my cooked chicken with the gloves placing then in the container
Do not eat here if you don't wish to spend 40$ plus for sitting on toilet all night.

3 times been there. Love popeyes just not here. Stale or old chicken. Overcooked because it's old. Change your fryer oil

The food was decent, as with any popeyes really. But the staff seemed slow, which is fine because they are probably just new, but the owner seemed to be rushing them and ended up forgetting part of my meal.

The food was delicious nice sized spicy chicken sandwich, fast courteous service, the cajan fries were very tasty and the Chicken sandwich was very good and well portioned, the one thing I found quite inconvenient was no drive through so you have to walk in to pick up your food and then once you paid and received your order you have to go fill your own beverages and there little to no place to sit the food your carrying down so you can fill your drinks.

I love Popeyes I'm addicticted love four PC chicken for $12 service is great and staff are friendly

Today i visited your restaurant and I am disappointed to say there service is very poor. Thought we have arrived late evening around 10: 45 p.m. Either they have to say food service closed. It is not unacceptable provided food with big face. Also we noticed a guy enter into till and argue with the employees badly and abusing expression with customer. In a workplace, how an employer can allow their employees to talk in there regional language. Due to language barrier we can't understand anything however his activities and expression meant us without any doubt. If possible management please check the footage how he behaved.

I have been a regular customer of your restaurant for some time, but this experience has been enough to make me reconsider my loyalty. It is important to me that I feel comfortable dining out, and this visit has been unsatisfactory.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to retain your customer.

I never really review and this time it was really worth it, i visited the store at 10: 15ish and ordered the food (family meal and couple sandwiches), I was really impressed how fast they served the order, couldn’t see his name as he was busy but the manager was really taking the initiative to multitask as well as handling online orders and in store customers, even greeted us with smile. Moreover, the food was crispy and crunchy too.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but if I had the choice to give Popeyes a zero star review, I would. Normally I love Popeyes for it’s crispy chicken but this time my chicken was literally dripping in grease and it also had a shrimp after taste, my French fries were soggy … just all around a bad experience. I was hoping North Bay would get a better fried chicken restaurant than KFC but I guess not.

Food is amazing and staff is friendly but food takes forever to make and is never available at regular lunch and dinner times. 8/10 I will go and they won’t have any tenders ready to go. Wait times are always 10-15 minutes. I love Popeyes but these wait times everytime I go make it very hard to give anything higher then 2 or 3 stars

The food quality is the worst. Always serve old fried cold chicken. I have small kids and i was so disappointed when i went home and opened the box. I didnt even serve that to my kids. Wont recommend again to go there.

Poor service. And they do not have the daily deals at this Popeyes. If it is franchisee, they should provide the same deals, quality or services like the other Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen.

Excellent service by staff (especially harman) really cooperative while taking order af last moment. The best food in North bay too.

Food was great. From ordering to leaving it took less than 10 minutes and food was hot and fresh.

Food was pretty nice, the service is what made the experience special. Amanda was the sweetest server and made dining in much more enjoyable.

What kind of management are they. On website it says that it closes by 10, but when i arrived at the restaurant at 930pm the sales person said that they have closed the kitchen and wont serve me my order. So i had to leave, very unorganized, misbehaved sales team. Wont suggest anyone to go there.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen opened just recently in North Bay is every bit as good as advertised. The service is fast and friendly which is a bonus. Leaves KFC in the dust. Try it.

Excellent food and service. The store is very clean and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this location.

The worst ever customer service. The girl working there ‘CHHABI’ who is apparently the supervisor was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were missing food and when i went back to ask her, she showed us attitude and later we realized that the food was a mess up that we got. When I went back to ask, she got super rude and mad and told us ‘Don’t forget to check your order before taking it’. I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you want to feel disrespected.

First time here. Got butterfly shrimp. Big mistake. Got 6 shrimp that were the size of a quarter. Didn't get any dipping sauce or biscuit or fries. Ended up with coleslaw. All for 12 bucks. I'll never come back.

We had a family meal. 16 pieces of chicken. Fried in same oil used for shrimp or fish! A big NoNo! Was my first time trying it in North Bay and my last. Unfortunate.

There is clearly a language barrier taking place at this location. This is now the second time we have asked for chicken tenders. Confirmed that we ordered chicken tenders. Then been given classic fried chicken. I don't know how it is possible to be more clear.

I know they are new, and in future if i buy food again from this location, i will adjust my rating based on any changes they make.

The order-taking is a disaster. People stand all over the place because they have it all open, registers on wrong side of counter from where people walk in, no arrows or directions to guide people in a new location. Like a giantfree for all.

We requested 1 simple modification. We ordered 6 burgers and asked them to "Please put the pickles on the side". They were looking at each other for about 3 full minutes confused. Stated they couldnt do that. I had to politely explain to them "Can you please just put the puckles on the side. In a container or even a little burger bag instead of putting them on the burgers. " Finally after about 4 minutes of back and forth the manager came over and said they will do it for us this time.

Then we had literally about 6 people that ordered after us get their food and walk out lol.

I am guessing once they get some experience, they will probably do much better - and i'll adjust my rating accordingly in future.

Lack of leadership apparent from a 1000 miles away.
Food quality has gone down since the location opened.
Today, we went in shortly after 10: 20 am and I couldn’t even get in because the doors were still locked, the master lock is still on the door.
Took over 14 minutes for 4 delta minis and an order of ghost pepper wings. The food tasted alright. The general staff seems very willing and hardworking, the problem lies in onsite management and lack of communication.
It was not busy at all and yet orders were backed up (trays of prepared food visible but not served. What is going on in your new location popeyes?
Mobile ordering still not Available and unable to use app features, and it has now been over a month since they have opened.

I came to popeyes on thursday evening at the popeyes, northbay. As it is new opened restaurant of popeyes in northbay, So, i was very exited. And as espected, i am very happy and fulfilled to visit here. When i arrived, cashiers greeted me with a warm welcome and they spoke very politely. And it doesnt took more than 5 minutes for my order to be made. I was very happy that i didnt waited for much time. Chicken quality was so good that i even ordered more chicken for my friends and took em home. And furthur more, i would ask everyone to visit this great restaurant more and more.

The chicken tasted ODD, someone messed up the temperatures I'm surprised nobody mentioned that, I love popeyes but not going back to this place.

Thought we would try for first time, ordered 3-piece dinner and 4-piece dinner big mistake! Chicken had fish taste! Couldn't finish threw out will NEVER order again KFC has nothing to worry about

I wouldn’t eat here again! The food was cold and lacking flavour. The chicken tenders were the worst part, all batter and no chicken. Honestly wasn’t worth the wait or the hype.

Horrible experience, a month after opening and you still cannot use the app for the discounts. Why give a discount if people are lined up out the door right, Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had chicken strips, popcorn shrimp and a biscuit. Fabulous! Even though the restaurant was super busy at 7 pm, the service was fast and efficient. Great restaurant and we will certainly visit again!

The staff are very rude and unprofessional, I wanted 9 pieces of spicy chicken at 630pm they only had 5 they would not make fresh chicken for me
I got 5 legs 1 breast and 3 wings
For the price I thought I would get better then that
I was unaware that chickens had 5 legs and 3 wings
I will be contacting head office about this

So happy we have a Popeyes in town now! The crunch on the chicken is next level, excellent seasoning. It was busy, but we had our order taken and food was ready in a very reasonable amount of time, I'd say 5 minutes from the lineup to the door until the till, and about 5 minutes to get our chicken.

My only complaint is that my 4 piece had 2 very small drumsticks, and I think I got regular chicken, even though I ordered spicy.

I still ate it and enjoyed it though, getting fried chicken is like box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get lol.

Staff was professional and the food was quick despite having gone during a rush. Only issue is with other customers having cut me off when I went to order and bumping into me when I was getting my drink, but that's out of staff control:)
