It's your "Above average" take out chicken. Not to greasy and quite tasty. As for price It's seams to be about the same as anywhere else. It's hard for me to compare prices as I don't often eat take out.

Stopped at this location and spotted this in the restaurant. I asked for the Manager to discreetly advise him as there were many customers in the store and I was told he was occupied as he was currently in prayer. Sharing so others are aware of this location.

Second time trying this place. Always a ton of staff but for some reason very slow. Not friendly service. If you wanna feel like you're bothering someone, go here.

They forgot to pack our gravy one order. A sauce the next order. Now I order a 5 piece tender combo and the tenders are all thin. 2 bites each. You totally just ripped me off. Wasted money. Never again!

Awful service from the cahsier NILOFAR. Totally unprofessional, and mean. Left there in tears. The manager at the back was very, very, very RESPECTFUL, TACTFUL, and PROFESSIONAL.

But, I didn't want to talk any further after this young lady's mean encounter.

I love their fried chicken, so yummy! This store in particular is pretty good. It's popular so there's usually a lineup to get your food.

Food is consistent, but the customer service is usually below average. The cashiers are often rude; when I was first familiarizing myself with the menu, they wouldn’t answer my questions or would seem really impatient. More recently, they have gotten my order wrong several times. Sometimes it’s multiple things within the order too. Once I ordered 3 piece tenders with buttermilk ranch and they charged me 5 piece tenders with bbq.

The food is good and a good deal, but not crazy about the attitude of the staff. Very indifferent. Also they have not been trained to communicate clearly while wearing a mask and working behind a barrier.

The chicken was very good but the chicken sandwich was super greasy no sauce not recommended. Just get the chicken. Amazing.

We were pretty frustrated by this location. We placed an order 30 or more minutes before close. The order was accepted by the restaurant. They waited until 5 minutes until after close to cancel the order. That was 25-30 minutes after the order was accepted by them. They knew full well they were not going to complete the order and waited until after close to cancel it. If they couldn’t full-fill the order we would have understood that when we first placed it, they didn’t have to accept it if it couldn’t be done. Waiting 30 minutes and until after close to cancel was just rude and insulting. It was very clear it was done on purpose. Shame on this location and it’s poor staff. You have lost us as customers.

I was going to try the chicken sandwich for the first time and we came an hour before closing and they said they were out. My sister had one and said it was really good.

Ordered $20 worth of delta mini sandwiches. Took a few bites, couldn't feel the chicken, checked and it was mostly the skin and bread crumbs, no actual chicken tenders.

Couldn't go back to return it as it was already closed. Wasted of mo ey and time.

Horrible experience with customer service specifically by SUKHPREET.she first gave me unnecessary attitude while taking my order then accused me of taking her video which I wasn’t but I wish I did at the end! Then when I got my order it was the wrong order because it was missing two sandwiches. I went back in two mins after realizing in the car and showed my electronic receipt to her and she chose to pick a RANDOM receipt out of her pile and kept claiming that’s the order and won’t give me the remaining order despite her own manager taking my side after seeing my receipt. She did not apologize but rather had a negative tone even at the end.
I will keep going to popeyes if they improve their cashier’s customer service.

They need to have a better system to keep track of the order. I wait 10 mins and many people got surfed before me so I had to ask where is my stuff. After doing so, they prepared it immediate and give it to me. Otherwise than that, they are obeying the covid 19 policy and the food was great.

Workers are careless. I ordered 3 sandwiches and only got 2. I made the mistake of not checking my bag until I got home when I realized I was missing one.

Regular day during the dinner hour and these guys ran out of fries, out of rings, and no corn. There were too many people working, bumping into each other. No COVID protection being enforced - there were 16 people waiting for orders and student not wearing masks inside. Won't be back to this location.

As a 56 years old person, I’m totally disappointed after placing today’s (14th June, 2020) Walk-in Order. I would appreciate, if the owner contact me and talk to me. My email is: [email protected]

Scenario: I was looking for 10 piece deal what I had couple of weeks ago. But, the girl in the counter told me that they only have 9 pieces deal. As I was looking for at least 10 pieces chicken and 5 biscuits, she suggested us to take 12 pieces deal. Then I agreed and asked her to give us 50% breast and 50% thigh and I was willing to pay extra if needed.
When they called me to deliver my order, I asked the young man (who had eyeglasses with black frame) that how many pieces are there? Then he told me 10 pieces (9 piece combo plus one extra piece). Then, I told his that I have ordered 12 pieces. But, he stated arguing with me that I was wrong and I did order 9 prices combo. When he was trying to prove that I was lying, then I told him that I have been shopping from this store since start of this store and I know how to place an order because I have been living here long time.
Then I told him that ok no problem I will take 10 pieces. But, I noticed that there were only 4 pieces of biscuits where as my receipt was showing 5 pieces, then he told me that it was computer glitch. Then I didn’t say anything.

Rationale: I knew that most of the foreign students work in that store. May be that girl was confused while taking order, but I didn’t even mind because we are human beings and everyone makes mistake.

But, my disappointment is for the below two reasons, because of that young guy’s arrogance and inappropriate behaviour with customer:

1. He argued with me about my order and tried to prove that I was lying, which was disappointing. Where he didn’t even know that where we ended up while I was planning my order. May be he only heard the first option that I was asking for.
2.while I was about to leave, I was shocked when that young guy told me with threatening tone that “don’t say to anyone again that you have been living here long time and you know how to place an order”.

I love fried chicken.

My only problem with this particular location is that it is so close to the college that it is almost always crowded. I guess that's a good thing, though - I just don't like crowds.

Popeys is disappointing time after time. There is no a single time we made an order that didnt go wrong. Twice, my sons have been fasting for Ramadan and had part of their order missing or the order wasnt delivered AT ALL. We will not be getting Popeyes EVER AGAIN.

I called at 1930 hours to request a takeout for 16 pieces chicken only meal, they denied my request for no apparent reason. Truly unprofessional, if the service is available till 2000 hours, why would you deny a service 30 mins prior to store closing?

If there was an option to mark -1 star I surely would have chosen that. Pathetic service. I ordered food and the fries where old and cold, chicken was not which I asked for, they charged for a bottle drink and gave me a fountain one. Over all never seen someone so ignorant. I would never ever choose this location.

The manager on duty last night, around 8 pm, was great and so were the staff. The manager was running the operation safely and was very gracious when he saw my partner had been waiting for a long time, offering apologies and extra chicken tenders. The food was great too, freshly prepared and tasty.

Do not. I repeat, DO NOT order Popeyes through Ubereats. Not once have we, in an order, gotten exactly what we had payed for. One time it’s a missing poutine, the next time, it’s a whole meal that’s not there. At least when you’re at the restaurant, you can ask them to fix it. I’ve tried calling the number numerous times and I got no reply. Very annoyed.

Their coupons are on their website but they do not honour them unless printed because the area manager said so. They are still in the 20th century where you have to print a coupon. Until they change their policy I am taking my business elsewhere.
