Terrible experience for take-out order! Total waste of money! Chicken was old and soaked with oil! ! Hard like stone! Cannot eat it! Bought 10pcs and just end up throwing it ALL out in the garbage!

This place is dirty inside, but the chicken is good. Mind ya, it's going down on my scale for cleanliness!

Service was so fast and friendly, chicken was freshly cooked and crispy.
Highly recommended.

Better than the grease trap called KFC. Crispy, perfectly cooked chicken. Quick even during peak hours.

Plastic inside food from careless preparation and lack of attention, absolutely pathetic and disgusting. Don't recommend anyone goes here unless you want to eat plastic.

Chicken sandwich is great but super slow service. I was told 10-15 minutes and it was quite a bit over 20.

Worst experience I've had ordering food went to eat my mac and cheese and it tasted like dog food and was mushy and over cooked when I complained and asked them to give me something different she full on argued with me and said it "wasn't there problem that's how they cook there pasta" I'm disgusted with how I was treated. When I argued with her saying that if my food was cooked wrong they would be willing to exchange it and she continued to argue with me until my friend who was with my spoke up and said something, she went back and spoke to her manager before returning with a new side dish.

Food was good but salty as heck. Prices are a bit high for what you get too but it seems to be par for the course. Food was fast, staff were good.

The best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. They always make the sandwiches fresh, definitely worth the wait!

I believe this place has a better chicken tast and less salt comparing to other branches! I don't know if this wrong but this is how I really feel.

I really don't know the point of ordering ahead. We've been bitten before and again they didn't have the order ready. I have to say this is one of the worst run places. Next time it'll be KFC and bring your own hot sauce. Really, really poor.

We tried Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen as we'd heard it was good. OMG their mac & cheese! It was orange water on overcooked pasta, not even kidding. The mashed potatoes are from a box, watery & nasty. Their popcorn shrimp and biscuit were good but that is not enough to keep me coming back. Nope.

It's good to have wifi access to customers. And the cashier told me to give that on the Reviews.

I thought the food was really good not much flavor to it so if you like food with zero taste. The restaurant it self wasnt very clean and at that time I went it wasnt very busy so there was no need for the mess and I noticed the ketchup packages said on it 2015 i dont know what that means I just know it 2022

There's nothing here that can't be done elsewhere. You can easily make this stuff yourself, or take your money to a local enterprise, rather than supporting the spread of yet another American fast-food diabetes machine corporate franchise chain into Canada.

The food too greasy, chicken is too dry, the coating is too dry and hard, the prices are very expensive, definitely need a good chicken place in town,

Good quality food, but even at slower times, the service is very slow and staff don't seem to care. Expect good food, but you will wait long

I’ve been a few times. The spicy fried chicken is delicious, and the fries have a good amount of that Cajun seasoning. The biscuits are also nice and buttery and flakey.
Not always the fastest service, especially late at night/early morning.

Always get the chicken tenders and slaw, still love it everytime I have a craving. During non busy times service is fast:)

The lady in phone was so rude. Called it couple times and nobody responded. Finally got the call, after heard that the order is delivery, she just hanged out. That attitude is so rude! Would never call it again.

Went there today for the.first and last time today. The food was disgusting. The worst food I ever ate. The fries were hard, the gravy is terrible and the chicken looked like it and been setting there all day and greasy
