Jashan was amazing. Saved me so much money as a student by showing me the deals Popeyes had.

I ordered 6 Pc chicken tender over the phone and I told them I will be there in 10 min. I also waited another 15 min in the restaurant and it still not ready. I asked refund and left the restaurant. This is happening for 3rd time and I hope management is providing a proper training to bring a positive outcome.

Frauds steal their employees pay in the name of “training” the managers are thieves and are in on the loot along with the owner

Came here for some takeout, got my usual order of bone-in chicken with biscuit, and sides and drink.

There are stairs to get to the order counter, so it is not accessible. There is seating inside but it's not well cleaned.

The chicken was not cooked to my liking, a little cold, and the fries were stuck in a weird clump.
They were also slow with order even though there were only 3 customers.

The employee gave me this amount of poutine, clearly it's not full when I asked him about it he says it's the standard size. How tf half box is standard size? Very unprofessional service from the employee.

2 dinners took over 20 min. & one order was wrong! Ate in & needed the Handicap table but an employee was eating his supper there. I asked to use it & was offered a chair to take to a booth. I did & was in the way of people using the drink dispenser.
I really enjoy the chicken, but never the very long wait. Was really ticked off not getting the 1 Handicap table till the employee's break ended!

It takes them 30 mins to make 2 combos.and the place is dead and like 1 is cleaning the ceiling one is covered in dough cleaning the oil and making the same food. Expecting food poisoning tonight. Popeyes train your employees better.

Store is at perfect location, Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is amazing and I always get fresh food at this location. Thanks to the staff workings here especially evening staff who is working till 2 am.

Worst popeyes in town always had to wait for chicken like 15min last time they gave an undercooked chicken never going to eat popeyes again

I've been here a several times now and found staff is friendly & professional and chicken & burgers are fresh & tasty. Would come back to this location again!

Kindly wear the mask properly and stop touching your masks, and start adding sauces to the orders

One of order is combo 2 pc chicken, I chose spicy but it is not spicy, one of the Oder was nuggets, When I opened the box, I was never so disappointed. It was very, very small. I don’t know if it was popeyes trying to reduce the cost or the clerk took the wrong one. The size is very very small. The size of the chicken rice flower, why it is called chicken nuggets? It is really too confusing, and I also feel very disappointed! I order it by Uber eat, no receipt in my bag, otherwise I will report it as feedback.

While the food quality is good the portion could be better. When you get the 2 piece special ($3.49) they give u a drum and a thigh.when you get the 3 piece special ($5.49) they give you a drum a thigh and a wing. Thursday special not really worth it.

This was the first time I tried Popeyes chicken, and my first experience went very well. I went for the 4 piece platter. The fries were made fresh, the regular chicken was fresh and tasty. I can say it was worth the trip. Came with a large drink and coleslaw, biscuit. The cashier kept pushing buttons and I'm thinking oh no what the bill damage was. No it was reanable. $14.66 with taxes. Store was clean

Ordered a 3 piece combo. They tried to tell me a combo doesnt come with a drink.charged me a extra 1.60 for a fountain drink.

I had a positive experience when I was there. It is a typical Popeyes restaurant. During the pandemic, the dine-in is closed. They have also implemented plexiglass for employees' safety. The ordering station is slightly elevated from ground, you will see a little staircase. We were there for the chicken sandwiches and they were tasted good. Staffs were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Extremely rude staff - if they do not get your order wrong I would be surprised. Very inattentive with lots of attitude. If you have a complaint and would like to speak to the manager you get dismissed with unavailability. Do not go there at night - cold food, and cold service.

Popped in here for late night snack & was duly impressed by the Customer Service of Jhalen. She was friendly, personable, informative & very pleasant regardless of the fact it was late night.

Her professional demeanour was a breath of fresh air from other fast food places where the service is terrible & employees don’t care about the customers or their job! The food was ok but it was Jhalen that was impressive!

Been here a couple times, the food quality is significantly worse than the others in the area. Recently all our food was cold, when we returned it they replaced it with cold chicken again. Best to go to a different location.

Employee named Aneena was EXTREMELY rude to us. Asked us to move from the counter and when I asked her why she was making a face, she asked me to leave the restaurant. Obviously I didn’t cause I’m not a kid but she definitely is!

I don't if all of the are too salty or not, cause I love fried chicken and searching for good one around my place, it was not greasy and was crunchy which I love but too salty, even their onion rings and I needed to drink my diet coke with every bite, there is another one close my home in Young St. And I will check it but definitely I'm not going to this one anymore.
