This is the third time I’ve ordered from this place and now the third time I’ve been disappointed. This place is gross… the chicken was surprisingly cooked this time but the breading is soggy. The only good thing was the Mac n cheese this time. The biscuit also tasted off. The owner should be ashamed to be selling such awful food to people. Sucks I can’t do anything about it because it was through Uber Eats but I think I’ll try another location next time.

The sandwich was great but ordered parmasan garlic chicken wings that tasted bad very spicy like med hot wings ruined my whole dinner

I ordered 8 pieces chicken with combo. They served me chicken wings and small sizes of chicken! I never had this size of chicken before. Also they told us it would take 12minutes but ended up around 20mins

Not sure if Popeyes authority cares to check the quality of products at different outlets. This one gave me the worst chicken fry ever tasted in Popeyes.

The spicy chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious. The biscuits were um…. Listen don’t try to change the recipe … they tasted off…

Food arrived inedible. I ordered an 8 piece dark meat mix and the chicken was over cooked, hard and stale.

Opens at 11am…. Doors were still locked at 11: 15, and I get dirty looks from the staff when I knocked. Start hiring quality staff and you’ll get quality work for your business. I won’t be back….

I ordered a chicken sandwich and you gave me bloody fish. Almost barfed biting into it. Are you kidding? Just paid 28 bucks using uber for this order

5/5 for the food but 3/5 for service which is on the slower side.

Popeye's chicken is much better the other chicken franchises. Also, have the best strawberry cream cheese pies. Yum Yum. The service was actually quite quick. Fresh, tasty and hot. Premises was clean as well.

Conveniently open late and consistent with the food. Not the best fried chicken but not much to complain about either

Very slow. Took 30 mins for 2 basic combos. We had already left when I tried to eat the new blackened chicken sandwich, but it was so overcooked that I couldn't even bite through it.

I wanted to cancel my order after seeing the condition of the bathroom. If they don't clean the bathroom gawd knows what else they don't do. * no paper, stains everywhere, even somthing that looked like blood. Ya I ain't eating from here ever again. Disgusting 100%

Chicken was so greasy that it left a grease puddle in the box that flowed even the box was tilted. There was no ketchup for the fries. The washroom was very dirty. I told the manager about the bathroom. Upon leaving after we ate, my husband used the washroom to wash his hands but the bathroom was still dirty. And it was not busy. Unfortunate

Staff don't listen, very unorganized, didn't get my second side of fries, onion rings were cold, chicken batter was just slimey and failling off, sauces were opened and dried out.never going back again, I should have known better.

My first time ordering from here and I must say am absolutely delighted with the way how the food is just fulfilling and delicious. I’d definitely recommend and will also looking forward to buy again. I order a butterfly shrimp combo

Juiciest popeyes i had tasted.tried many times just to check if its not a fluke.its a fastfood chain but not all popeyes are the same.some are always dry and bland.

This place is so nasty. An employee told me they don't carry the chicken wraps vecause they can't keep the tortillas from going moldy. Disgusting. Don't eat here.

So me and my boyfriend go in hour before closing order a 3 piece spicy chicken combo large root beer and get home chicken is literally bleeding and isn’t even spicy like we asked for I’m pregnant and don’t think I should be eating bloody chicken but I was told it’s ok cus they time the chicken! Normally eat here this is the first time so close to closing maybe they get lazy at those hours don’t recommend

Best Popeye's in Durham. Super friendly (which is rare at Popeye's) and always top notch.

Worst customer service and the mobile app doesnt work at all and not accepting any payments.lots of people are also complaining about this.they said they cant put the code in-store which is nonesense.

Worst I ever had, 0. I got the new ghost pepper wings burnt and took forever, hence being burnt.

Went in to order a chicken wrap and a Mac and cheese for my kiddo. They said they had no wraps. So left with the Mac and cheese. Tiny bowl for almost $6…. Now he is sick and stomach had hurt ever since. Extremely disgusting. Watery Mac and cheese… looks like water and noodles.

This food assaulted my digestion. I would assume it was the chicken since I swear it was still cold in a few bites. The mashed potatoes with gravy and mac & cheese were very good and I would go back for those but not the chicken.

This is the worst location to buy food. This is the second time I am buying chicken and it is rotten. Smelling bad and they sold it. I just read reviews and saw they have been doing this for along time. Stay away guys

Worst Customer Service among all Popeyes. I ordered Ghost pepper wings, firstly they took 15 minutes instead of their 7-8 mins promise, then when I brought it home it was all over fried, I took it back they started teaching how this wings are their standard frying level. Never ever going to this location. I’d rather drive Ajax or Pickering for Popeyes as I had better experience there.

The staff there are friendly but we've ordered food from them many times this is the 2nd time we bought chicken and it is ROTTEN! Never going back there ever again. What's going on at the store?

This place is a dive, filty diety, water dripping from the ceiling by pop machine and in the only bathroom they have, VERY unclean dining area, workers too busy chatting and yelling thru the restaurant, food was not cooked right, will NEVER return to this disgusting place

Food arrived on time, great! But my large mashed potatoes turned into a small because they jammed packed a bag (when they should have used 2 bags) so the potatoes and gravy opened up and spilled all over.

I tried a couple of the items on the menu today and really enjoyed it (especially the apple pie!). Everything served was of good quality and was served fresh and hot. I also love that this location is 100% halal! The Staff were also very kind and friendly.

It has been a while since I had it, and it tasted sooo good! I am picky on what I have, and the chicken sandwich was so juicy and big, it put Wendy's to shame (sorry to say, but my jaw was sore it just fit in my mouth!)

Nice little scam they are running right now. If you order any combo that requires a drink.they tell you that you need to upgrade your drink an extra $1.50 to get a bottle drink because they can't do the fountain drink. So no upgrade no drink.
SHAME ON YOU.if you can't offer what is in the combo you should be discounting the combo price if they don't want the UGRADE TO BOTTLE DRINK. You guys are a bunch of scammers.
