Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff treated me like a VIP! The staffs names were Gopesh and Navreet!

Very first time trying this Eglinton area Popeyes… very disappointed… their chicken fully went bad (we ordered wings first and then tenders) neither of them are edible. They should improve the way they store food to make it proper. Otherwise ppl will go to the hospital after that

Very average, even compared to the other popeyes locations. A few items on their menu were not available, the tables were all messy and there was no effort to clean them up for the dine-in customers.

This is the closest Popeyes to me and I’ve bought meals here about 6 different times over the past 2 months. Every time time I go the place is mess. Tables and floors have garbage on then and staff does not attempt to clean up. Each time I go they are missing a menu item. One time they were out of several dip sauces, another time they had no biscuits, and another time the fountain Coke Zero was not working right. I usually find I have to wait at least 15 min for my to go meal, even if I order online in advance. The staff do not seem in a rush to be helpful. I do not blame the staff, I think management if this location needs a big wake up call. I won’t be back.

Great customer service! Ann Maria, & Sanjo were a great help all the while being understaffed and working hard to complete everyone's meal while tending to the various tasks they have to complete daily. Bravo.

I went here late afternoon, all tables were dirty, chairs were all over the place and the restaurant was EMPTY.
I was waiting for a service, i thought the lady standing in the corner was making a sandwich so I waited but turned out she was on her phone.
Poor service.

Worst service ever! Told us they closed when they weren’t even closed yet. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work there and the meat tastes like it’s been frozen then thawed then refrozen

I ordered 16 pieces to go and she packed only 14 pieces of chicken, the thing is before I left the store I asked her if there are 16 pieces in the box, she said she even gave me one extra. My complaint is about trust and the female employee can't be trusted.

We love Popeyes in general and had to try this new location as it's now the closest one to us.
The chicken was fresh and spicy (as we like it that way). It was well after the dinner rush and we noticed that all the orders were being made fresh while you waited. It makes for a longer visit, but the food was worth the wait.
My only negative comment is the lack of parking nearby. Good thing I can walk here.

Pretty clean in there. My food was pretty good. Not a fan of the cook having his mask below his nose though.

I had visited the place for a couple of times. The store is very neat and clean. Employees in store was very friendly and helpfull, and they managed to follow COVID all protocols.

Went in on January 26 and while waiting in line I watched both the cashier and line cook walk around with their mask below their nose. Hard pass. If their mask hygiene is that bad I don't want to know about the rest of their hygiene.
