This is the quantity of regular fries you are giving to customers? This was my first and last on this store.

The best, they threw a bunch of leftovers in my box at the end of the day and i havent eaten in awhile so mad respect and thank you

I will never ever order a family meal from popeyes again. Wasted my money for nothing. Very bad experience. I got dry chicken tenders that ended to garbage. We hv ordered a new meal elsewhere

If you like ordering something, and getting something else entirely, this is the location for you!
3 times in a row I've ordered from here, and 3 times in a row my orders have been wrong, once incredibly so.
Don't order beignets from here because they just won't give them to you, even after you pay for them.
Are you modifying any items? Better not, because they won't do that.
Do you consider orange Fanta to be the same thing as orange juice? Because the people working here clearly do.

I've worked fast food, and I fully realize that mistakes happen. That's why I've ordered from here 3 times. But it's pure incompetence at this point. You're better off going out of your way, or paying a higher delivery fee, and going to literally any other Popeye's location.

The bathroom was gross; it hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. Got a chicken sandwich and the bun had mold on it.

I dont understand why it took them 25 minutes to tell me that my order is not available we we’re the only customers in the store and it still took them 30 minutes to prepare the chicken

Is this real popoyes? All good reviews about this location are fake! Staff is not trained, Food quality is bad and restroom is pathetic I feel I'm in portable washroom in construction area, This location must be penalized by authorities

Ordered 12 Pcs family size to go. When I went home, I got ony 11 Pcs and spicy Pcs were not fresh. Very disappointed

Went to Popeyes on Fennel Ave. E. Hamilton for the first time, the place was filthy, most of the tables were dirty the garbage was over flowing and my chicken tenders were pink inside, three employees standing around doing nothing! I told them before I left about it and the excuse was I was about to do when you came in. My answer was this is the first time for us and the last.disgusting!

I ordered spicy, I got mild, after I waited because chicken wasn’t ready. The service was courteous but the quality of chicken has gone downhill for years.

What chicken restaurant doesn't have mild chicken available at 5: 30pm on a Sunday? Absolutely ridiculous!

Very poor service at fennel location, always a long wait to order and to get your meal, queenston road location is far better service chicken seems to taste better also,
It’s worth the trip off Hamilton mountain to ge good Popeyes chicken

We were really looking forward to having our chicken tenders and we were very disappointed. First, they forgot to include some of our order and the chicken tenders were dry and rubbery. It’s like they served us chicken that was sitting there for days. I will never good back and order from this location again. The overall experience and food was terrible.

I asked for my chicken well done and the staff responded as they donot know how it's done. Also order the spicy chicken sandwich and got the mild one.

Slow service.
Popcorn shrimp was soaked in oil.
Been there multiple times and it's always slow.
Need to work on reducing wait times and properly making the food.

Do not go to this location! Dirty sticky floors washroom has been "out of service" for the past year. Absolutely discusting please for the love of god avoid this place at all costs. If the floors and tables are allllways dirty imagine the kitchen.and food.

I really like the food, but service at this location is always painfully slow. Be prepared to wait for your food.

Absolutely love this Popeyes location. Chicken has such an amazing taste that fulfills all my cravings. Customer service is fast and excellent. The management here deeply cares about their customers which always makes me want to return to this particular location. Love everything about this store, especially the food. Highly recommend this location to everyone!

This ain’t a fast food chain for sure. Never delivers food on time. Average wait time is around 45mins even for online orders. Pathetic.

This place is so dirty. I stopped at the door to go inside and you could hardly see through the glass for the hand and fingerprints covering the door. The inside of the restaurant wasn’t any better. Floor was grungy, random open cardboard boxes on the floor, uncleaned greasy tables etc. I walked out without ordering anything. The staff were sitting around behind the counter doing nothing, how can they not notice how filthy the place is? Here’s a thought, how about the owner trains the staff to possibly do a bit of cleaning (more like a lot), when there’s nothing for them to do. I’m shocked that this place would even pass a Health Inspection.

I love popeyes chicken so much the service is very good, the place is very clean, the food is super good, it's hot fresh and yummy anything i could ever imagine way better then kfc.

My family and I was looking forward in eating some good chicken, we was very hungry and my 3yr old was hungry as well. I had to break off piece of chicken for her as the chicken was very hot just made fresh. However when I cut into this piece of chicken, it was bloodly uncooked and dangerous to eat. It was a good thing I decided to not bite into the chicken otherwise we would of end up in the emergency room. Can the management please explain what you serve your customers? !
