Editing my original review 3 yrs ago. This place offers the most fresh chicken. Huge chicken pieces and almost always fresh. Cooked perfectly. This place is your best bet if it’s not too far for you.

Excellent customer service. I forgot to custom order my chicken burger and staff offered to replace it without me asking.

Standard chicken sandwich. Bread seemed not as fresh as it should be but overall decent and as you'd expect from Popeyes these days.

We were the first customer of the day and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the fried chicken is crispy and juicy as usual

Everytime has to wait over 15 mins after 9pm. The store is close at 11pm，but all employees start to close at 10pm.

I bought a family pack of 30, very old dry chicken pieces and lots oil instead of breaded chicken. I called to complain, lady answered the phone pretend to be a manager. Start arguing with me the chicken is fresh, and she said didn't get a any complain from other customers so and so. I asked for her name she refused to give.second time I asked her for her name she hung-up the call on me. I called back the store about 4 times again never pick up. So assumed maybe she working for under cash payment deal, so she afraid to give her name out.please stay way from this location. Very rude and poor customer service.

Nothing is made to order. Everything's pre cooked and kept warm / dried out under heat for 30+mins probably. Tastes gross. Go to Krispy kajun chicken or bbq chicken

Got food poisoning:/ chicken tenders came out wetter than expected. Said I should wait 17 minutes for a new batch but gave me food 7 mins later, I was willing to wait

Vistited this place a few times. But last visit was awful. Ordered a large family meal and paid extra to upgrade half pieces of the chicken to chicken breats. It turned out got all the smallest pieces of chiken. Two chicken breats together were smaller than ONE piece from other store. Very disappointing store. Will not visit them anymore!

I bought 6 pcs of chicken，which is Thursday special, but all chicken still have BLOOD inside and taste SMELLY bad. NEVER Go to this place anymore.

The oil was so dirty and the chicken had a brown texture which means they haven't changed the oil for a long time. The chicken was shrunk and had a feeling that its not safe for consumption. I had a bite which in turn made me sick. This is not acceptable and the staff seems so lazy

Great food, kind staff. The food is great, always fresh. I recommend this location for fresh chicken. Thanks for always making the food top notch!

I like fried chicken very much, but the taste of this restaurant is average, the chicken has no taste, and the price is a bit expensive.

Worst worst and worst. I order one chicken fried it’s cold and oily. Their services are very very poor. They should provide fresh food and fries.

We love hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this excellent restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely time there with superb meal and a nice crew and a great chief cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we shall certainly visit again soon. We highly recommend.

Completely disappointed with the customer service and food received at this location. Had ordered chicken and inside came a piece of metal. It was a complete choking hazard and very dangerous to serve contaminated food like this. The manager at this location did not do anything about the situation and was denying it all. No refund or any compensations. Very horrible service. Do not recommend this location. Head office was notified about this situation.

Not good. I’ve ordered here 3 or 4 times and both the food and customer service wasn’t very good. The cashier doesn’t really feel welcoming, and has a flat tone. (Only dealt with the one).

All 3 times the food wasn’t hot, in fact it was borderline cold. I’m used to other Popeyes serving their fries and chicken HOT like it was just made, not here.

In terms of sanitation, I’ve seen other locations perform much better, where they actually change gloves before taking money, again, not here.

I honestly do not know how popeyes as a franchise allows this store to continue operating as it does. The chicken quality is definitely sub standard. Also they refuse to sell white meat unless you pay extra which is unlike any other popeyes. I live by this one but will drive further to go to the next nearest one

They seem very clean and I trust they take care of their food. Only had one bad experience where they forgot to make my chicken sandwich until I got there. Otherwise not bad for fast food
