Amazing location with outstanding service, we were served by krishna (fast food served like this should be tipped if we tip bars and restaurants) really clean and kept

Their food always taste and smell like fish. I am not if they are changing their oil or using the same oil to fry everything. Avoid going to this location.

Tried for the first time because it's a new store fairly close by.
Ordered online and picked up.
Like many other reviews - I got home and the order was wrong.
Immediately called - she said it's rush hour so we can't have anyone leave the store - please come back and I will give you an extra piece of chicken.
I drive back and they discover and said oh no we are out of mild you will have to wait 7 to 9 minutes. I said absolutely not.
She suggested spicy - I said ok but all pieces must be large - coworker said I can't do that - I said I just drove back - then the manager looks under warming lights and said oh another person must have placed 3 pieces in a box - here you go.
Will never return - poorly organized staff - food was mediocre - onion rings and fries soft and barely warm - small portions.

This is new location and i visit many of them but this is the best one and the staff is really friendly and really clean.i love it

This restaurant is the best in canada, Bala and is a great hard worker and keeps everything very clean and well organized bala always sells me fresh chicken

Worst service and experience ever…. This is the closest store near me, I also come many times before, but I won’t come again. I was about to order sandwich and nuggets, they said sandwich gonna take 10mins and there are many orders not done yet. I totally understand. But I can’t wait so long, just want to get what is ready. They told me nuggets is ready. They got my box prepared and put it on their work desk, and let me wait 25 mins (even after did all Uber orders) and gave it to me. If I also buy a sandwich, maybe gonna wait for a hour….

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location is a cut above the rest, with incredibly warm and friendly staff who never fail to flash a smile. The tenders are my go-to, and they're consistently served hot and fresh. If you're craving Popeyes, I can't recommend this spot enough. Give it a try, and you'll see what I mean!

We actually came to this location right after they opened

Never tasted such delicious food anywhere else. Once tasted, can't let go off it. It was my first try at Popeyes, Lakeshore. Food I ordered was hot, fresh, scrumptious and crispy.
I could see the staff there provided excellent service. Really appreciate that.

I don’t usually eat fast food, but I thought I would give this one a try because it’s new and it’s in your home.
Everything I ordered was terrible, threw everything out when I got home.
Staff was nice enough, but didn’t really know what they were doing.

Great location actually it is very close and very clean restaurants my visited today what a nice Restaurants Popeyes I love it

I have been here twice. They are new location

For my first visit, all pieces of chicken were over fried and dry.

Gave it a second try and it was just as bad

They need some quality control with their management and ownership.

The worst Popeyes location that Ive been to.

Jan/5/23 My wife just came home with 5 pc.chicken that was over cooked or yesterday's chicken refried today, terrible for a new store, won't be going back.

Usually I find Popeyes to take forever and have soggy fries, but I guess since this place is new service was quick and the fries were crisp.
