**Edit** I reread this after 48hrs being mad and it was cringee= Stay away from fast food franchises run by those who do not practice proper hygiene. There are too many cases of food poisoning from Popeyes and KFC and it's not being broadcast because these owners DO NOT CARE. They're putting fear of being cancelled ahead of everyones health. The ministry of health should be looking into this but they will keep these workers in house to keep the restaurants staffed. That's okay, I'll NEVER eat at those franchises again and neither will my friends or family. Cheeers

Food was not hot, asked for a bottle of water with the combo and was charged another $1.41 for it. Bathroom out order, mandatory monthly fire extinguisher was only checked and signed off for one month in 2023.
I will not visit this location again. Very disappointing experience.

Worst customer service. I came at night and they had people waiting for more than 20min while the staff were only chatting within each other. They seemed to not have any organization. I order rice and beans and they gave old rice that probably was reheated all day and It was already dry and hard. I won't come back at this location anymore.

Customer service wasn’t great, and Rice was sooo bad, it wasn’t fresh either. It was hard, ot was like it was made hours o days ago and they just keep reheating it. Bad service, bad food. No wonder why there’s so many bad reviews.

Please update your hours if you won’t be open at 10. Went there only to be told that they are open at 11. You did not have to be rude too.

Such an amazing staff, great food, no wait time, you order and food is presented right to u, hot? And fresh

Great atmosphere and really helpful staff, especially Hamza! I never have issues with my order and it’s always quick to come out!

The service was very good. The chicken was so delicious and the employees were very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience going there everytime

Loved the fried chicken I had from here and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely come again.

They made a mistake with my order, they made it spicy and i clearly told the cashier mild and on top of that they are very rude and when they replaced my order they gave me a bunch of breaded bread instead of my stripes.

By far the worst Popeye's Chicken location in Southern Ontario. Not surprised to see a bunch of 1 star reviews. The Bunting location is much better and quicker.

Terrible experience… you close at 11 and I was there more than 15 minutes before. They had the entire kitchen closed down and we were only able to order the food that they had pre cooked and sitting out for god knows how long. I get it, I work in a restaurant but we don’t close the entire kitchen while we’re still open and then try to sell food that’s been sitting out. They only have 5 tenders and fries and coleslaw available and didn’t tell us until we had given almost our entire order. Needless to say we walked out and I will not be back, I’d rather drive all the way over to bunting road and waste my gas than deal with the terrible employees and work ethic at this location.

The worst service i ever seen in my whole life… when i asked for the coke that they forgot to give me, she said that we need a prove to give it back to you. I opened my bank account and showed them that i did order. And she gave me the cokes. The customer value for them is ZERO! I cant believe how cheap they are!

The service is extremely bad and the manager have to take a customer service courses! Me and my husband will never be a customers for this bad serviced restaurant.

I ordered from here through Uber eats. Nearly my entire order was incorrect, missing, or poor quality. The gravy, biscuit and blackened ranch sauce were missing. I was given the wrong drink. The delta mini and tenders were wrong (supposed to be spicy but I was given the regular). My fries and chicken were cold. The chicken in the delta mini was old and rock hard. Overall, really disappointing.

I go here a good 3 to 4 times a week. Maybe not after tonight now got refused service was tolled to come back in 10 min they had to many orders WOW! 7 people in the store with 7 tickets i coild see. I have never been tolled I cant order and to come back in 10min at any food place or fast food. Went to fonthill in less then 10min not speeding severed and out the door in 5 min spent over $30 there. Had a bad experience at bunting rd stopped going to popyes till this store opened.

Waited 45 Minutes for a 6 Berry Beignet order. They take around 3 minutes to cook and it took me 45 Minutes to get my order. The cashier was very nice about it and gave me extra for the wait but it should not be taking this long for the most simple order on the menu.

Coleslaw wasn't very good. Chicken was pretty good. Had to wait almost half an hour for Chicken.server kept trying to convince me to take tenders to hurry me up. Not compensated for the wait.not even a pop. Not overly impressed with the food. Sorry.but I like Mary Brown's a lot better.

The short girl on counter was so nice and give me suggestion while placing my order and food was too tasty, good service and keep it up guys.

Went mainly for the spicy chicken sandwich but they barely put any of the sauce that makes it spicy - very disappointing

No training for food saftey employee goes to washroom doesn't wash his hands or change his apron manager calls him out but still was going to put food out knowing that he hasent washed his hands horrible should be shut down and they just opened
