Best chicken sandwich out of all fast food places. Staff were good and restaurant was mostly clean compared to other locations.

Food is absolutely good, excellent customer service Especially the guy named Aman always been polite and always provides the best deal and have excellent customer service skills which i really appreciate, keep working hard need guys like him in every restaurant

Won't register to be a part of popeyes ordering online because the owners are cheap and don't want to honor coupons. They charge more than other popeyes locations for their food too. Clean restaurant but bad location and with the new one opened in Clarkson there are better options like KFC

Got a couple of sandwiches and fries. One sandwich was over cooked and another not cooked at all and stale fries.not coming back again

Terrible service terrible understanding terrible management terrible staff terrible understanding terrible truly disgusting and disappointing I ordered a 16 piece family meal mixed white meat and red meet all i got was 8 drumsticks and 8 thighs not even 1 white meat and i paid over 70 dollar not to get that at all go to any other location

Clean restaurant and fast service. Cashier welcome me with smile and its a good experince. I will go back again and again.

The manager at this establishment is top tier. He is extremely helpful, patient and goes the extra mile with not only the customers but his staff. Bala is a great representative for the popeyes brand. We had to wait a bit for food because of a staff mix up but bala stepped in to fix it, assured us the food would be fresh and was patient in teaching his staff. This was so refreshing to see in the ffood industry.

Amazing customer service by Bella and Ricky. The fries were fresh and the chicken was good. Very clean place very spacious and well maintained. The manager Ashley was very nice.

Absolutely terrible stale chicken. The chicken sandwich was actually cold. None of their chicken looked fresh as well. Do not waste your time, money and calories at this location

I had ordered Bonafide Chicken family meal (8 pieces chicken) with side of cajun fries large. It was through uber eats. When i got the order fries was soggy, i understood it happens it takes time for delivery but the fries were not spicy and the main problem was with the chicken. I know they are using frozen chicken but what i got was not cooked properly and tasted wired specially the leg piece. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture to attach and i complained to uber eats and got a refund which was nice of them. But i do want to let the restaurant know about their food quality issues.

I ordered through the phone, and I had great customer service greetings. Chicken was fresh. They also gave me a coupon and a pie on the house. I am definitely going back.

I visited with a friend for take out. But restuarant was clean, we decided to sit and eat our dinner there. Food was delicious.

This place i’m not too fond of considering it’s brand new. The first time I came here I stood in the front counter for 10 minutes and no one served me so I walked out. Decided to try a second time and the food was okay, gave me some extra chicken aswell. Might just wait it out and see in the future.

It's a standard Popeye's. They were a little behind and we had to wait while they made fresh food but it was delicious and hot. The staff were doing their best and we're thankful for our patience.

It's been super slow when I go but i do end up being on a tail end of a rush. Ghost pepper wings were kind of weak.

Fast isn't always good. My order was completed before I could fill up my drink cup. I understand that there may always be some chicken under the heater, but by the time I got to bite into it the chicken was warm, not hot. This was kind of gross. My order was to go and I live a few minutes away but both I have had father fast food orders travel farther and stay hot.

No issues with the service. The restaurant was clean. I really do wish I had better experiences because the recipe for pipeyes is great.

Update: ya so, now they just put my order of fries straight into the bag, not even in a paper wrapper and it straight soaked oil throw the bag onto my car seat.

Love the chicken, good clean restaurant. Great service. I live near by and it’s super convenient.

Terrible quality. The chicken was fried multiple times, over cooked and overly salty. At the end we had to throw quite a bit of our order into the bin. Forgettable experience here and Popeye in general has been so disappointing lately that it will be the last option if I ever recover and re-acquire my appetite for coronary-bursting fried chicken.

It's a nice looking place but it's so slow. The chicken is hit or miss. Some days it's good other days not so much.

I would advise the staff to visit other Popeyes down Winston Churchill to see how things are run.

Got old and stale chicken over Uber eats, was cold by the time I got delivery but chicken was definitely old.

This guys food disgusting. My pregnant wife got food poisoning after eating their chicken. Worst Popeyes ever. We’ll be calling Popeyes head office for this situation and Public Health office as well… So frustrated!

Overcooked and over waited chickens, not fresh at all. Worst Popeyes location I ever tried.
