Horrible service mostly indians actaully they all indians and indians only hire other indians! Lol they snatched canada from white poeple that belong here! And very expensive

Staff are the worst in I every deal place my order and go back to check 10 minutes after the guy was just about to put my shrimp in the fryer and those girls have no use smiling like it's funny

Everytime we order from this store part of our order is always missing.tried calling them but no one answered any sort of phone call.what is troubling is that they refused to show you your order.so with you get out of the store or home only to realize your order is missing.store makes profits by doing this.change you for an order but don’t deliver / give it.scam

Born and raised on Popeyes in New Orleans. This is the cleanest, friendliest and appreciative location I have been to in decades. The locations in the USA should take note.

Didn't tell me the Special combo didn't come with a biscuit.

Could've told me I can add a biscuit for just $0.99 more.

And the large Indian lady at the counter needs to learn customer service.

I had the pleasure of visiting Popeyes At Jane and finch mall, and I am so happy that I did. Ali helped in making an amazing Buffalo Ranch sandwich for me he was so kind, the hospitality was unmatched. Ali I really enjoyed the sandwich thank you so much.

Love the customer service. The chicken breast is dry and very small.
I have had to return twice regarding the same issue. Resolved both times.

The chicken used to be of better quality. It was more juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. There is room for improvement.

Good social distances process. This location is always clean and the Manager's are super pleasant. The only thing is that the cashier's are hard to understand sometimes.

The only location that doesn't allow you to swap the wings to drumstick when you order thursday special, didn't have problem to substitute in any other store, won't recommend this store to anyone!

The Best Popeyes Location in Toronto and GTA, the best foods are always in the Ghetto. The Indians who work there make the food to the best high level standards. Day or Night, I come by Night time and the food still taste incredible, other than sometimes they stop cooking the shrimp at a certain time, other than that, its almost perfect.

Bad customer service. The lady who was supposed to serve for dine-in, served as take out placing the fried chicken in a dine-in paper plate along with ketchup and napkin together inside the cover. Everything mixed got up and it was a bad experience.

One of my favourite places to dine in. It's a busy location so quality of food is always great Exceptional service delivered by all team members. The new voodoo tenders is a must try!

Bad customer services, owner of the place should teach them, they must welcome people, they dont say hello/hi, no thanks. And they r keep busy talking with eachother
