Previously had reasonable food and service from this site but this evening given cold fries, knowingly, by staff. Pretty pathetic. Suggest avoid.

Ordered a poutine and chicken tenders only to get food poisoning the next morning.place needs to be deep cleaned

I came inside however I needed to quickly use the washroom before purchasing food. The lady then said I need to buy something in order to use the washroom which I did agree but she continued to integrate me disrespectfully. I finally bought something before going to the washroom. Overall the service is a 0/10 and the washroom was very filthy, would not recommend at all.

On two different occasions I've got TINY chicken drumsticks. Tonight's tiny drumstick was broken and odd tasting too.

The September 14 meal, maybe I'd say it is bad luck. But tonight again? Twice in one month it's just awful quality control. Not to mention I'm paying for a three piece meal and one of the pieces is like this? Boooooooo.

The service is extremely mediocre and they do not take their jobs seriously. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and it took them 25 minutes to prepare my food. The location is small and cannot maintain an average amount of customers. Ridiculous.

I bought family box not fresh, we didn't eat, sorry we through to the garbage, because not delicious.
The worst fast food I ever been!
We spend 5 minute to take the order because everyone was at the back playing around and take half hour to get our meal but when we go upstairs where the table area is we found totally disgusting, not clean,
All pieces of chicken are very oily, not fresh, my 1st time and last time, never again

Long time since I have been to this location but seems much improved and cleaner. Food as always was hot and fresh. Five star for me.

Standards have dropped dramatically, chicken burger 1/3 of the size it used to be, but still the same price. Very disappointed.

Reasonably-priced. Food is always fresh and delicious! Popeyes is one of my favs! Nice job team!

The wait time was decent, the lady had a good attitude but the lack of memory is questionable. At the time it was not busy I had asked for extra fries and no biscuit. In the picture you can see a biscuit and barely any fries. I do not live near this location so I was not able to go back, I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. I am very disappointed that with prices being raised THIS the amount of fries that is given in a regular combo is the amount for a young child. Not to mention the biscuit was hard as if it were sitting there for a few hours. Super disappointed ️

Very generous portions of chicken fries and sides. In my opinion best value of any fast food place. Especially these days.

Worst Popeye’s in the world. I ordered an 8 piece and I was sent 4 drumsticks. They make their gravy wrong, their food is late and they don’t package it properly. I’d score this place a negative if I could.

There was a homeless person begging for food in the store who was clearly high. They tried to rob a young couple and asked a customer to go out with her. The manager and employees stood there laughing while not doing anything. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

This Place was very bad they messed up on my order my Son wanted none Spicy Chicken Tenders and every one of his Tenders was Spicy I even asked her and she said yes they are None Spicy. We went home and my Son couldn't even eat it they were all Spicy. An I wanted over 20 mins for my orders I will Never go back to that Popeyes again that's for sure.

I ordered on Ritual (20 mins before picking up this order, so gave them ample time)
1 chicken platter, instead of mashed potatoes they just gave me gravy.

1 tenders platter, I ordered 1 blackened ranch sauce and an extra bbq sauce and the only gave one sauce.

They also didn’t pack the biscuits and said I had to wait for new ones since they only had one left.

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I had to wait ten minutes for it, but it was worth every second. I'll be back!

Came in to order no one at the counter 3 customers in front of me who had not been serve. When someone did finally appeared acted with attitude like customer were inconvenience.

Just avoid this location!
Ordered biscuits they just took something from the freezer and microwaved it for me.got home it is still frozen inside and dripping oil.disgusting never go there again.

Popeyes is good but this location needs to change their oil. The fries and chicken is WAYYYYYY to greasy I can’t eat it. It was served to me on a greasy napkin with grease all over the wrapping. Also food is never ready to order. I always have to wait for them to start from scratch taking 10 minutes.

Just ordered a 3 peice combo, got home and I have a 3 peice of chicken strips and that's it. Costed me 11 dollars for 3 peices of chicken with no sides or drink. What out for the service.
