Loved the service by Harry. The chicken were fresh and the service was great. Will really recommend the service.

We want to Popeyes today and the food was delicious. The staff are very friendly and I want to thank Herry in specific for his exceptional service.

Asian lady tried to give me frozen biscuits saying they were already cooked and could warm them up. I am sorry I thought I paid for warm food she tried to hide it on me by putting it in the broom of bag when I saw her put frozen biscuits in the oven look like manager. Need to follow up on keeping stock won't be coming back here

I ordered take-out inside the store and there's this guy I talked to and named Harry. He is very accommodating and make sure that everything is fine according to my expectation. I will definitely go back to this store because of him.

Went here for a burger combo and tender combo. When we got the food the burger was so dry, when we asked for it to be replaced they said it was made recently. He ended up replacing it, however, (what it looked like to be) the manager called out to us in a sassy tone “byeee” multiple times. Very bad service, go to the argyle Popeyes

I loved the burger, it had one of the biggest chicken patty i ever had. The prize was genuine and the taste was fingerlicking. Do try Popeyes chicken.

Staff is very accommodating especially Harry. He was friendly and was able to help me choose from the menu. Would definitely come back for their chicken sandwich

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. All of the employees are very nice. The chicken nuggets were cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back!

BEWARE! They up-sale you without even telling you. Twice I came here, twice I was given and charged more than what I ordered.

The first time I ordered a two piece combo with fries and drink, and they charged me $15, It was a little more than I expected but I did not think much of it. When I came back to my office, I find that it was weird that they give me a big box of fries, I also found that odd but I thought maybe they were just nice. The realization came when I ordered the same thing from another Popeye location, it was only $10-$11 and the fries portion is normal. I knew something was off.

The second time, I ordered a chicken sandwich, the asian lady at the counter, put in a deluxe sandwich, and again, she put in a big portion of fries. Came out to $16 for the combo. When I called her out on it, she got mad and gave me a bad attitude. It was not a good experience, I reluctantly paid for the order and got out of there.

Now this is only a few dollars, but they add up, especially for people who are struggling and don't know better.

To the owner, I know you will read this. Whatever justification you give yourself, maybe I'm a bad customer, maybe you don't care that I won't return to your establishment. At least know this, I know you told your employee to up-sale people, that is very dirty, shame on you. Please, for your own good, stop.

I spend $45 dollars, and tell them I would like to get chicken from fresh batch, I wait outside for 15mits to get the fresh chicken. Fries and biscuits is really fresh but in 8 pieces of chicken.
4 piece of dark meat is fresh and other 4 pieces including white meat are dry and not juice, I feel that stay there for longer time and one rib piece is smells bad and taste gross, right away I call the store and it's not connected, it is little far for me to go there.so I go back to the store next day, the lady said they can replace the chicken it, then same I wait outside until the fresh batch comes out, but when I go into the store for pickup she said she can't replace it, I have to bring the chicken back, she wants to see it but unfortunately it's in my fridge and also within 2 hrs I have to go out of town.so I can't go to the store back on the same day. But I said I can bring them next day once I reach in town But unfortunately when I reach home next day the chicken smells really bad and we put them in the garbage. This is not the first time this happened at that time they replace it. Every two weeks or once in a week we bought popeyes but most of the time we bought from WILLINGTON POPEYES STORE. Only few times we bought from this store I will add the photos too.

Easily the worst Popeyes location in London, and I say this as someone who has been to most if not all of them.

Note that the rating is so high for this location because they were bribing customers with free fries for a 5 star rating. The rating before they did that was around 2 stars.

-Edit in 2023: I now notice that the owners of this location are mixing in their own pieces of chicken, so the drumsticks here are smaller than other locations

Overall, just go to a different location if you have the option. Popeyes chicken in general is good still - go to Fanshawe and Adelaide location instead.

We ordered 12 pcs chicken with 3 Large sides and 6 biscuits. The fries and mashed potatoes were great but for the chicken, there were 2 pieces of drumstick that’s like a size of a thumb.

Staff were just standing in back talking, then when i was ordering the girl came up front and started talking to the guy in another language. He forgot to ask about sides or spice then made my order which i was confused as i hadn't finished ordering since she interrupted mid order. They gave wrong side and spice lvl then seemed to act like i should have mentioned it while they were ignoring me and talking to themselves.

The Staff was super friendly. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Delicious. Lots of tables. Clean

The employee named Mayor (I think that’s his name:) is very very kind and I had a wonderful experience at this location! Very quick, clean, and great customer service!

One of the best restaurants in town and good staff too. I forgot to take my cellphone after purchasing from here today. Few minutes later I went back again to check the phone and they had it with them. I appreciate their effort and sincerity especially the staff named Dharne, she was dealing nicely with is. Keep up the good work.

I recently visited A&W and had a satisfying meal. I ordered the 3 piece chicken and was impressed with the quality of the food. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a flavorful seasoning that made it even more delicious. The portion size was just right and I felt satisfied after finishing my meal.

I really like this branch more than your other branches because it's clean and the chicken that they served is fresh and not bloody. The ambiance is nice and not smoky.
