I come here every so often and the service is always fantastic. The food is always fresh or cooked to order (which I prefer) and this is one of the few Popeyes locations that I enjoy visiting.

2022 Review: I always get hot and crispy chicken! Consistently decent and enjoyably quality.
I try to come here often after a late work shift. Great staff. They're accommodating, kind, courteous and friendly.
I went in 25 minutes to close and the man at front cash offered to make me fresh chicken and told me about their Thursday deal. He told me 15 minutes wait for fresh chicken and it was perfection.
This place is gold.
Keep it up!

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location on Winston Churchill Rd is good. This is a busy location. Service is fast. Staff is courteous. Has plenty of dine in seats. Place is clean and well maintained.

Service was ok, didn't have to wait long despite no other customer in line. Yes they had to finish their conversation.
The wait for tenders or chicken was 10 mins, why? Did they not plan for the 5pm dinner rush?

This Popeyes by far has been the worst place I’ve ever been to.a girl took my order I ordered spicy chicken combo Mr.barMinder with the turban, comes from the back just throw three pieces of regular chicken in the box and gives it to me I go and I come back I say hey, my friend asked for a spicy Why did you give me this, then he started calling me names in terms of motherfer and that the whole nine yards, This Popeyes is the worst place to ever go to the workers have no manners I feel like there’s no owner that runs this place.because there’s no behavioural controls, They say whatever they want.when customers have a complaint!

Very good fast food halal restaurant iam in love with there mashed potatoes and gravy, the family meal offer is great for family of 4

Worse location chicken was dry because it was sitting under warmer for long fries same thing.

I stop here for lunch I am still waiting for 20 min for my food I am alone in the restaurant. It is not busy only take out they give priority to that instead of people dine in top of that we are four and gave me only two silverware lack to pay attention to details sorry but TIM HORTON is faster ultra fast client first

Manager is always very sweet and Mariam makes the chicken delicious. 10/10 customer service always.

Spacious, at least compared to the south common one. And a bit better maintained. Still, found several people behind the counter but the floor and some of the tables were quite messy. Food quality is good, though my ordered one was little salty. Service was quick.

I always come here. The manager and staff are the best. Highly recommend this location. They always make sure to keep improving the services.

Great staff. Great food! The restaurant sitting and dining experience should be worked on though, it looks very old from the inside.

Had lunch with my family here yesterday. We just want to thank the staff for the best service they gave us. Thumbs up to the manager, Riz” for giving us best options for family of 5 as we were not particular with the menu. Going on a long drive and hope to drop by again!

Exceptional guest service is something that we really don’t expect in fast food restaurants, but this place proved it wrong! Their staff is always welcoming the guests, no matter how busy they are!

Ordered spicy chicken from this location. Riz was really supportive and took my order with a smile. She also helped me in picking up my sides. 10/10 food, will be back again!

Had to wait for like 7-8 minutes for my spicy sandwich but it was worth it, you should really give a try on blackened sandwich, flavourfulllll! ’

On June 01 2023.we visited our favour Popeyes at Erin mills and Burnhamthane again with coupons. The male staff, (tall and big) refused us to choose soft drink as "regular side", But the poster at the window stated
fries and soft drink are in the "Regular side"category. We tried to show the staff, unfortunately, he just insist "soft drink and fries" are not regular side with this order. We are confused and disappoined about this.

Orderd the new chicken sandwich and it wasn't well cooked.

I complained to the manager and she said sorry can't do anything for you.

Very bad experience and unexpected from Popeyes.seriously I am un happy with this experience.
