This store takes more time than expected. The place could have been more clean and maintained.

FIRST OFF THE GIRL NOT LADY THATS FOR SURE SAYS I CANT USE THE WASHROOM TO WASH MY HANDS BEFORE I EAT I JUST CLEANED IT SHE SAYS, THEN SHE TRIES TO TELL ME THAT I CANNOT GET WATER FROM THE FOUNTAIN THEN I SEE HER WHISPERING TO ANOTHER FEMALE JUST WAIT UNTIL HE LEAVES AND YOU CAN USE THE WASHROOM, I DONT KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER THE FAST FOOD INDUSTRY AND THEY ARE IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER YES CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, ITS DISGUSTING HOW FAR THIS WHOLE THING HAS GONE AND ID RATHER NOT EAT THEN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY IN MY OWN COUNTRY! ! ! SHE WAS RUDE FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR AND I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING, REGULAR CUSTOMER WHICH EVERY BUSINESS WANTS AND NEEDS GONE, TO STUPID TO PUT ON YOUR FAKE SMILE AND TREAT PEOPLE WITH SOME RESPECT THAT ARE SPENDING THERE HARD EARNED MONEY ON YOUR OLD AZZ STALE FOOD WHICH WAS SO MUCH BETTER YEARS AGO WHEN DECENT PEOPLE WHERE MAKING IT, PERIOD. CANNOT BELIEVE TORONTO HAS BECAME A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY! ! ! ONLY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD THAT TREAT THE STRANGERS BETTER THEN ITS OWN, FILTHY! ! !

I had the worst experience at this location and I come here all the time but today the cashier decides that she does not know how to do her job correctly which is taking orders as they come in on Friday October 20,2023 at approx. 12am I made the manger aware of this and the supervisor and her responses was to argue back and have their employees video record my complaint without consent after having me wait over 10 minutes to order even though the store was empty and the food that I wanted which was spicy chicken AND NOT MILD was not even ready along with the fries as a result they gave me cold stale food that’s been sitting that all day after my wait time is grounds for fresh food this location is already known for food poisoning so when I could not receive what I had requested a refund in which the manager kept denying asking me “why” is that apart of her job title? Or is that policy in the Popeyes handbook somewhere? All employees in the following photos below need to be fired this IS NOT nowhere close to how you should handle individuals especially as “customer service associate” is associated with your job title. You messed with the right customer though A CHANGE WILL HAPPEN. Because corporate is the next step️

This restaurant is getting worst and worst. I attempted to get food there last night and left after waiting on line for 20 minutes and still not being able to place an order. There seemed to be only two people working that shift, hence the service was extremely slow And poor. I had to go get a pizza instead.

After eating at this restaurant 3-4 times with my friends, we have gotten quick and excellent service.we enjoy the food and the restaurant is bright, airy and spotlessly clean.
But so far, the Staff is the most outstanding feature for us regardless of what restaurant one is talking about!

The restaurant was clean and the front counter staff was friendly. Food was tasty and properly cooked. The staff is very nice to me while I was placing my order.

Food was tasty. Service was slow and the cashier kept cutting me off mid-sentence to the point where I got confused. Asked for a single extra dipping sauce and was asked to pay. Asked for a to-go bag to take home leftovers and was asked to pay.

Popeye's Louisiana kitchen in Weston is one of the best place to have chicken.
The ghost pepper wings is the best here.
Visit this place and have a wonderful chicken.

I really like this place. The food was really good and the customer service was excellent so I would highly recommend this place. If you wanna have best fries ever then come to Popeyes.

I am vegetarian and i love their fries its so delicious and crispy. Staff is so nice and polite.

Cashier Preet refused to take my cash like seriously I just wasted my time coming down here… customers don’t get recognition for spending here very bad service

It's a Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. Food taste like it should, which happens to be my favourite fast food chicken.
The restaurant was clean and the front counter staff was friendly.
Not much else up say, it's what you want and expect from a fast food restaurant.

I love popeyes alot that's one of my favourite places especially the staff is no nice and friendly, the environment is clean and their food is always fresh

Zero stars if I could. Might as well be self serve since there's no one there to take your order.

I got to visit this store on friday evening. Manager sharnjeet was there, she is simply amazing must visit very friendly staff and best food service and outstanding decor

Absolutely awful. They serve expired/spoiled beans and rice. You can see in the picture how watery this "food" item is. What a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Worst popeyes. Long wait time no one to take your order they r too busy talking to each other

Stood in line for 20min and still no order. They’re in no rush on lunch, I had to leave with no food

Employee mishandled food, food had fell from rack onto the workstation and packed it up to customer to consume, very slow pick up time, customer service is a 0/10

Terrible service. Ordered a 2 pc. Wait3d at the counter for 15 min before the even dropped the chicken in to cook. Then told me 11 more min.so apparently a 2 pc takes half hour to get here ridiculous
