Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ever since Trudeau allowed the brown boom to take place this place has gone down in service considerably. These Indians are ruining my entire life. They have stolen my happiness the jobs and everything in between. They have taken everything from me and still kick me when I'm down. I went today to have a scrumptious meal, however due to unforeseen brown circumstances I was unable to have that meal. For you see I ordered my meal and confirmed everything at the till and I was unable to enjoy my meal due to a missing sauce that I asked for. I asked multiple times but they called me a liar and asked me to pay for said sauce again. I was distraught with striking sorrow and my world turned upside down. How could you accuse me of such a heinous crime. I have had enough with these uneducated Indians working at this place who don't communicate with the best of their ability. I am greatly saddened by the fall from grace this place has had, it brings me great sorrow and infinite sadness. This generation will never know good customer service. Thank you Trudeau for allowing the brown boom to take over this country of God.

The service is great and staff is polite. My favourite is sandwich the blackened one. Thank you guys for the nice service.

Fast service and delicious food. Best boneless chicken. I love their tenders. Ordered family meal for 20piece tenders. My friends enjoyed a lot. Now, they wanna go there again and again for a party. Love Popeyes

If you don't have anything to do, go home. One female is there for service, two girls are always speaking in Hindi, and the girl is just cleaning and doing her working, nice.

When my order was incorrect the last time, I complained, but this time the girl packed it herself so got it right.

The Cajun fries were the only good things. The chicken pieces were terrible. And the ghost pepper wings aren't worth it, too small for the prices. Overall, not worth going

I would have given 0 stars for Nazira customer service. We have been waiting for long while the next customer where receiving there orders.

Good price on sandwiches and tenders. Food was hot and vegetables seemed very fresh. Quick service and nice staff. Affordable prices and good portions. Bathroom needs some cleaning and work. Overall was happy with the experience and will come again.

Shanila and the staff are always so friendly, the food is always fresh and the fries are addictive! This is my favourite Popeyes location, can't beat the service.

I asked them to give reg. Fries ($2.79) instead of Large drink ($2.79) as I had cough and cold and they said "No" straight up. Then I even returned the drink and asked them again to give it back as l wanted to give it to the person in need but they said no (although I paid for it). They said we'll keep that in mind next time. My total bill was $47. Bad customer service experience.

Go regularly, love popeyes, but some are hoarding the fries. Feels like walking into Smaugs' chamber, sittin' on a mountain of fries.

Hello guys I want to let you know this place is waste of time I order nine-piece Chicken Thursday deal two fries they said 15 minutes waiting time and they took more than 1 hour and they promised me to give two extra chicken piece and large fries but they didn't give me one piece extra chicken and the large fries they just give me the order what I ordered so really bad experience and I don't like the service they giving us just count the chickens and look at the fries do it look like large box of fries what they offer me no that's totally cheat and lie I ordered two fries they said because of you wait for so long they're going to give me two extra piece a large fries which is they didn't give it to me that's why I post the picture to to let you guys know the cheat they doing it with their customer

Worst service for pickup. Waited for more than 40 minutes for Doordash order at late night around 1: 00 am on Friday, 17 June. Doordash also tried to reach the store but they didn’t pick up. Had these kind of issues before also. Writing time and date here so the restaurant owner and manager take some action about it.

Food was good, we got the combo of 8 pieces and the side of mash potato with gravy was amazing. The only I'm not happy with that the place wasn't tidy, washrooms were untidy and not cleaned at all.

The casher Shanila is very friendly and warm hearted, she loves helping us with questions and does a very good job at customer services! The atmosphere is also very good.

Is a rating of 0 stars an option? 1. The restroom is dirty, smelly, and overcrowded with paper towels. When I visited here previously, the restroom was completely wrecked and the entire area smelled awful. 2. Fried chicken tastes very oily. The price is too high for large box of fries at least modify the price make it low if your give me small fries, KFC, A&W, Bar is preferable even McDonald’s compared to this. 4. I saw a cook pick nose. 5. Never coming here again. You just lost yourself a person. Full of Indians.

The ghost pepper chicken was good (I love spicy so i didn't feel anything, check before you ordering) and the ambience was chilling.

Great customer service from Shanila when taking my order and had no mistakes with the meal, everything was precise and clearly understood. Restaurant is also very clean and quick with delivering the food.

I love this Popeyes the most! It's always so clean & welcoming! Shanila is THE BEST! She always has a smile on her face and provides the best service. The food is always hot & ready & so good! I always recommend this Popeyes to everyone I know! Go see Shanila for your chicken needs!

Avoid this location! They dont listen when you order, you get wrong items and they offer nothing in the way of an apology when they screw up, but expect you to leave a tip. I will never go to this location again.

Parneet is very nice and helpful. And she greets the customers very politely. Also Raman is very decent and nice she recommended me the best food and delicious.

Update 2023: I’m not sure who Shanila is but I am sure she played a strong role in improving this Popeyes location. I was compelled to come back. I am retracting my 1 star review and changing to 5 stars. Service and food is excellent

Old review from 2022: I wish I could give 0 stars. Today was the worst experience. They didn’t have lids to cover the mashed potatoes so they used Saran Wrap …. That stuff can melt into the food! It was very gross. More than that they ran out of blackened ranch and buttermilk ranch sauce … those are the only good sauces. I can forgive the lack of sauce but why did you take my order if you didn’t have lids for the mashed potatoes? The quality control took my appetite away. Won’t be back again.

Food wise mary browns is better (Cajun fries were better than the chicken). Alot of tables were dirty and one table was just straight up broken.

The chicken pieces were small, there was blood all over and the chicken was undercooked! Horrible experience with Popeyes.

Really good customer service at this location, Shanila is very sweet and advised me on my cheapest option for the day, will definitely be coming back!

The food was good but we waited 25 minutes for our food! The staff was friendly but very disorganized. Sadly I have heard that most locations are like this.

Everything about his place is wrong. The workers will completely ignore you food for 40 mins until you make a complaint and are forced to leave without your food. The managers have no idea about proper customer service and lie about anything and everything.

Absolute nonsense. The manager stuck her finger into my gravy and pretended like nothing was happening. When I asked how long my food would be they told me 15 mins and I ended up waiting 40 mins. All liars that cannot make food properly.
