Ghost pepper, wings were not spicy at all fries were cold and on top of that No refills on drinks. Worst branch in Canada not recommended at all

The place is nice and clean and the food is good but sometimes they forget to give you the item but then when call them for it they will say that they gave it to so whenever you buy from them double check your order and today for me it was the bad day because I was excited to eat my lunch after a long day I am 11 years old I asked them is everything there they said yes even though they forgot one burger so always double check anything you buy from any store

Great daily deals and friendly staff. I have been getting great customer service from past 10 years and never disappointed me. It does get crowded during rush hour so I hope they add additional cash till and staff to minimize the lineups.

Recently their food quality & service been worst.

Nice food stuff, 4 picec of fried chicken, snacks, one big glass, cold drink just in total CAD $16 whereas CAD $ 1.92 HST and HST1 taxes which are more high to purchase a little meal for lunch. Resturant communities must protect on it. This HST tax would be applied spending on CAD $400

Rude and dismissive manager. Insisting on a policy that only this branch practices, said we can’t redeem the offer from the survey we answered. Insisted that it can only be redeemed on the store that was surveyed. Never encountered this problem on other Popeyes branches, it never mattered which store we reviewed.

They forgot my biscuit today: (, but this is the only popeyes in toronto that i've seen with a halal certification displayed, which i can appreciate. I've been coming to this location for years and the staff is great, food is better than any popeyes in the city in my opinion. I'm sad about my missing biscuit but mistakes happen

Stopped this afternoon for a quick bite. Never been to Popeyes before and the staff at this location had the best food and service I've had. 5 stars isn't enough!

The chicken is like any Popeyes should be. However, I've been here a few times now and every single time it takes a really long time for food to get out.

Horrible service from the staff. The food was soggy, oily and tasteless. The females staff messed up the order and refused to correct it.

Best Popeyes location. Great staff and customer service and food is fresh. The sandwich is a great size most of the time.

Don't go to this location. Many other Popeyes' locations serve you better. Food here is horrible.

I waited 15 mins and then ask about my order since everyone else including ppl who ordered after me got their orders. Turns out the Manager who took my order didn't place the slip on the back counter for the order to be prepped and she also didn't give me a receipt and she missed one of the items I ordered. Service has gone down considering my rating last year was 5 stars "Staff is really courteous, efficient and work well as a team".

Amazing beat chicken place to go to! And was told 20-30 minutes but was ready in 10! AMAZING Service for the amount of customers in the store.

Went to buy a meal as always. 8pc nuggets. Firstly they hardly have fries to make up instead of making a new batch she was about to give me like that. I had to ask for new fries. Got my meal and was about to eat only to discover the sizes wasn’t right like 1 prolly break in 3pc I took it hack and ask the young lady to make me a proper meal. Man came over saying he don’t get me. They all went to the back and talking over my food I ask for my money back. Manager came didn’t ask. Didn’t find out and just refund me. Being buying for 8-9 years worse experience today. I will not go back there

Food was great. But 2 issues. I've ordered pick up at 9: 18 pm received my order 10: 02. Second issue. When i order online i expect no further questions about my orders. So when i went to check on the status at 9: 40 they asked me if i wanted whatever they have ready which isn't my order.and only 5 chicken pieces.and said that ill have to wait another 20 minutes because they don't have it ready which is ridiculous for a restaurant because if you don't have what i order you just make you don't wait around. Like what type of incompetency is this? I understand my order is large but why wait to ask me a question that would have not been needed to be asked. And my order was 10 pieces and 2 fries boxes that's all. Like i've seen rows of people pass IN front of me while getting their orders as well. And it was freshly made for them as well, which is definitely not fair.

This branch had well-maintained washrooms. The service was fast and the meal tasted clean. None of the greasy old oil taste was detected on the fried shrimp platter. I ordered the butterfly shrimp platter with mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. The sides tasted fresh with the right amount of spice level. I recommend to go to this location.

Probably the worst service and customer engagement I have seen. The food was served stale and when asked for a replacement, there were unreasonable times. The kiosk operator lady was really rude.

First time at this Popeye’s Chicken location. The server was polite and competent. The establishment was clean. Service time was acceptable. The fried chicken was crispy as was the chicken sandwich. Parking in the back.

Never go closing time, very disappointing they charge customers even for last nugget piece’s by offering them all small one left for day.
They take order but serve you cold food even 45 minutes before they close, this is my second bad experience with this location, quality is always compromised at this location.
Need to focus on customer service.

Last 10 year trying to get food from this place every time either chicken is cold or fries every time u said u need fresh food they said yes np Wai Wait 15 min after waiting time they will give u cold stuff good luck

The golden-brown breading is sand-fine, lightly crispy, well-seasoned, and appropriately crumby—and the breading-to-filling ratio is spot-on.

Breading is easy to get right, though. What about the actual chicken filling? Home run. Like, my first bite was so similar to what I remember the real thing tasting like that I actually got a little grossed out for a second, forgetting I wasn’t chewing actual animal meat. There’s a real endorsement of their authenticity for you!

The texture and mouthfeel are spot-on: a little juicy, a little tender, a little chewy. The taste is enjoyable in an unremarkable kind of way. It’s mild, yummy, fatty, inoffensive, a little salty, chicken-y but not CHICKEN-Y.

Overall, these nuggets are hard not to like, easy to keep popping, and begging to be dunked in ketchup or Honey Mustard sauce provided along.

The staff was courteous & helpful.

No fresh food, in last order not received fries, it’s not possible to pick fries again, before I was good bit now from last two time not a good experience. Not recommended anymore.

Good hot chicken place.fries are the best of the most places. Best Halal place for KFC replacement only Lawrence Ave and Thorncliffe locations

Earlier my husband stopped for the special. He enjoys your chicken!
Your customers service absolutely not.
Your cashier refused our tax exemption card which is illegal and your company could face fines up to $250000. She told my husband that he shouldn't have it because he was not worthy. I am so sad that a person can say that to another person.

Jumaiya/javariya the manager here is not only incompetent she is rude and unprofessional.

She didn’t know how to input the leafs power play deal despite the leafs scoring power play goals and me showing her the promotion on the app.

She first tried hiding in the back for 15 minutes and when I wouldn’t leave she brought print outs acknowledging the promotion but saying she can’t do it?

Don’t give this location your business as on the way out I was greatful Because I had a peak at the back!
