You can't make this up. They ran out of mild chicken so we had to wait an extra hour for them to re cook some. They ran out of chicken. In popeyes are you kidding me?

Messed up orders on numerous separate occasions. Yesterday, I asked for all dark meat for their 2 Can Dine special. Was informed it would be about a 15 minute wait, no problem I did that, hopped on the bus home. Imagine my annoyance when I find a wing and a massive chicken breast in my order.

Double check your order before leaving at this location. Food comes out hot and fresh but if it's not what you asked for then what's the point.

Disgusting place. Their biscuits taste like dirt and it made me vomit, no joke. I would rather have homemade food over this "chicken".

Quality of Popeyes at dixie dundas is good. Huge parking at the back. Always loved their chicken and fries…

Trucking with a friend for a quick Bite the young girl behind the counter was very helpful told me I would have to wait a few minutes got my food nice and fresh and hot and left the premises

Pathetic service at the counter, Not a single crew member even trying to understand what’s the matter, rather rushing to speak up and ignite the situation. At least train your employees before placing them to “ CUSTOMER SERVICE” otherwise, Close this operation

Ive never been to this location before but I must say its better than the other 2 I go to. Food was fresh and piping hot. We normally get take away because of Covid last 2 years, so it was quite excellent to eat it right out of the kitchen. No issues with the food whatsoever. They only lost a star due to none of the tables were cleaned but 2. All had spills and food crumbs all over them. I still highly recommend this restaurant.

This location has parking in the rear of the strip mall, the dining area was tidy. The service was fast but the wait for my order was a little long, bit my order was hot and fresh. I find the service staff to be always friendly and polite, and if you're not sure what to order they always have good suggestions

Now this is my first Popeyes in Canada and I will say they hold Popeyes corporate high standard! It’s clean, fast, and I have to say their customer service was great especially since I was driving them crazy cause I kept changing my mind on my order and they were very patient about it! My only complaint is that I can’t use the Popeyes US app in Canada but that’s a corporate thing and can’t hold that against them! Otherwise excellent job!

If I have an option to give this restaurant a 0, I would give it because this restaurant doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Really poor customer service. I had two orders. One of the customer took my first order and the lady behind the counter didn't bother checking the receipt. She called out my second order and I got my package and when I asked for my first order she was confused and said "I gave your order to another customer. " Umm like what? In the mean time the other customer has already opened my first order package and returned with an open box. The lady behind the counter was full on ready to give me an open box and without even giving it a second thought. She didn't even bother to apologize to us. More over the chicken that we got smells like shrimps. So never again coming back to this location. If your the manager who is reading this - Hire some proper employees who are responsible and respectful towards their customers as well as make sure to check on food quality from time to time.

Some of the best chicken going. Had a 3 peice for lunch, but only able to finish 2 pieces along with the fries and biscuit.
But that's OK cause I just added the left over piece to the 12 piece box I was getting to go for dinner

I don’t really expect much from Popeyes but the wait time here was quite ridiculous. They told me its a 5 minute wait but it was more like 15… Employees are nice but come on…

The customer service is very good here and the place is very clean. But the food is very very oily and too much salt in chicken.

I went there today - 3rd Feb 2022. I got 5 spicy wings. They were uncooked and there was water and blood coming out of them. Couldn't even finish the meal. Threw away most of it. Cook should be explained to make the chicken properly. Why serve under cooked chicken? Timing between 1pm-2pm

I always goes to Heartland Popeyes but was in the area so very first time went to this Dixie & Dundas location. We’ll never again. The food was stale, refried and very oily looking. The staff was least interested in customers service. Really very disappointed in losing the $32. Purchased the family meal 9 piece and now we don’t know what to do with it.

Probably the friendliest Popeyes I've ever been to. Employees appear to work together very well. Hate to say it but the food at the location we normally use is no where near as good as this location at Dixie & Dundas in Mississauga so we drive here instead which is a little out of the way but worth it. Good job everyone!

Always waiting at least 20 minutes for each order.
Even if order is called in. I told myself I'd never come to this location because it's just horrendous. My father in law insisted he wanted Popeyes and this was the closest option. Why do I set myself up for disappointment expecting what I should from a FAST food restaurant?

I really don't know the hype about this chicken it's awful.everytime I come to this location my chicken is greasy, dry and tasteless. I'm done.

Best service. My experience was mind blowing. Mr Ajay is so dedicated and polite.generous person.i give 10 star. Out of 5.highly recommend.

Great people, been coming here ever since I moved to Mississauga, staff is always friendly and the establishment is always kept clean.

When ever I visit the Popeyes. The employe name (Ajay) he always help me his polite nature. He always giving good coustmer service.

Went to this store yesterday, food was delicious, I would specially like to appreciate the staff and the store manager Ajay, who was really kind and gentle with the service.

They serve fresh food all the time and their customer service is excellent. I would recommend everyone to visit their store.

It was awesome the girl that served us it was at 5: 30pm, it's a shame I didn't ask her name she was super she helped us get the bill into a combo so we saved a dollar and half, also she was super friendly to talk, that's how you need your front desk staff to be rather being sloppy and throwing attitude.we would go back to the same place next time though it is far away and we have another popeyes nearby.

Overall good but the stripes I ate was too salty. I was told by someone at cashier that the batter came as it is they only marinated the chicken. Popeyes should consider this matter due to some health issues.

This is my stopover to visit my mom in Mississauga and their chicken is delicious. No where do I find pleasure, pain and regret all together in a single visit.

Staff was so polite and kind! Food was so good. And great location as well. This is my fav place.

I was totally insulted by one of the employees named Saima and would like to speak to the owner or manager of this store. Store #11881 and it's the second time this same employee have dealt with me in a insulting manner but this was over the limit this time. Myself as a person in work industry that is there to help everyone that comes my way to protect I was very humiliated in front of customers am glad there was not a whole lot of customers. I was brought up to believe that "every creed and race has an equal place" and never to judge anyone especially in a food environment. I thank you for taking the time to read this post just has I have in the past to take the time of my already busy schedule to post ratings about your store especially when the employees were humble towards serving me and my family and also my comrades that I work with. I hate to say but at times one person spoils everything for all the others who work very hard in going the extra step in putting a simple smile to make things so others happy just one person spoils all the hard work of others.

Thank u popeyes.for sealing the deal. I was a regular to the franchise but did u notice I said "WAS". Meaning never again. I walked in because I needed to go to the bathroom it was not busy and I asked polightly and as human beings the women could of said yes but she said "paying customers only" now how do u no if I was going to get something afterwards I'm in the restaurant it's highly likely.

Good place fried chicke. Daily deals are attractive and reasonable. Nice place for family and kids

This used to be my go-to location but after the last visit, I will never visit it again. They didn't have any chicken cooked and there was a long wait. Some people were getting their chicken before others who had placed their order before them (and both ordered spicy).

Three of my pieces had feathers in the batter! Never had popeyes of such low quality.

I had purchased the 8 piece chicken at normal menu price ($19.99) expecting some white meat. I received ALL dark meat and all small pieces (2 drumsicks, 4 wings, 2 thighs). If I wanted all dark meat, I would have ordered the $17.99 for 10 dark meat special.

Never will dine in here again!

It's a convenient location and is very accessible. There is a parking lot behind the building and two bus stops almost by the door. Unfortunately the hours of operation are not great specially when you have a midnight craving. The store is generally clean and there are plenty of tables.

Nothing special, just like any other Popeyes. Not a fan in fast food chicken, this place had the most, greasy, breading, skin, I ever ate. In fact took the skin off placed on a newspaper, paper was soaked. Also not much meat.

I bought the summer meal bucket it was great but they didn't offer me spicy sauce packets on my already spicy chicken as I got it for to go.

Paid for a combo and requested for spicy tenders. They forgot to give my drink, and it was mild tenders.

Food is fresh and hygiene is maintained. Delivery of the food through uber eats is pretty fast.

Zero Star because i order the 3 pc chicken for take out and when i sit in my car and open the box. I see that the chicken is not fresh and hot. I totally waste my money!

The best Popeyes in town. They always give me extra gravy on my mashed potatoes.

Did not get what I pid for. No fries and the chicken was room temperature. I'd thought they were making fresh one when I went there. The service there is not the greatest. Staff had to ask me twice about my order.

The stuff was really helpful, also made me take less cost for my family with great idea. The food was fresh and have great taste also didn’t took time to pick up my family meal.

Best customer service one could ever find not to mention how clean that location is. I can now finally I can eat popeye's chicken again.

This is by far my favourite popeyes! I once ordered delivery as the weather was bad, and popeyes did not have a delivery driver at the time so the manager Saima Personally delivered my order! I am grateful for the employees at this location! Always professional and cheerful!
