Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I asked for 5 chicken sandwiches made fresh and got 5 old refried sandwiches made in old oil. I also asked for a large container of pickles and no pickles on the sandwiches and got the smallest container. I spent 42 dollars and would give the food zero stars. Also the size of the sandwiches were 3 small and 2 normal size. Usually the sandwiches are good here but this was horrible. The girl refused to give my husband a large container of pickles. Maybe I should have bought 10 sandwiches. Do not eat here ever!

I love Popeyes, and the customer service on this location was great! Savi was very professional and quick. They also helped me with any of my questions.

Steer clear of this location, they seem to not know how to assemble their customer orders. My order was totally messed up and I received items less than I paid for! (Paid for 10 pc mix family meal and only received thighs and drumsticks) rip-off! Never again and no one answers the phone.

I come here often (whenever I’m not at the Sunrise next door). The staff are amazing and the food is always good. They know my order, not saying everyone would get the same treatment, just being honest about my experience. Would definitely recommend.

Always come to this location, customer service is always exceptional and timely, even when busy.

Chicken was very hot and fresh. I always come here for quality of their chicken. All the staff members were very friendly and humble. Always looking forward to visit this place with my family anf friends.

My husband just spent $95 on a 16 piece meal with other items.asked for half white half dark meat.which is supposed to be standard and all we received were 3 white. 1 wing, 2 ribs. He ordered a LG coleslaw and a Mac and Cheese. Which were only filled halfway more like a medium size.
My husband loves Popeyes so we frequent this store but they dropped the ball today.

Its been around 6 months i went this store on every weekend and the service is excellent moreover staff behave in exceedingly good manner.

I have been buying from this location for a while now almost every month and I just have to rate the service 3 stars. Staff is nice and all but they never had ketchup since summer! How? It never bothered me till we had to dine in today. And guess what? Still no ketchup.

The management is a joke!

The service sucks and the daytime manager should not be working in customer service. She is extremely rude to customers and confrontational. I will never buy food from this location again.

Very good. The chicken seasoning is tasty and it's different then KFC in a good way. Only downside is long waits for your food but I understand they have to make it fresh, just wish they would spend more time attending to current orders instead of taking new order after new order

This is becoming a habit with popeyes at 180 sandalwood. I ordered a 6 piece and got 4 drumsticks and 2 other pieces. After letting the staff know I was advised to pay extra if I wanted better pieces. This is not service when most of the the order was not a proper ratio. I wouldn't mind 3 drumsticks and 3 other pieces. People would hard for their money and deserves better. I know losing my business means nothing but I am done with popeyes. Might be a good thing less calories for me.
Not reccomending this place to anyone.

Ordered 6 chicken strips and when I got them they are smaller size And they added couple more but even with that still way smaller than the regular size

The front cashier was very rude, I went there 3 days ago after work and the customer service wasn’t what I expected at all

Terrible service, I did order çhicken strips combo 3 pc, but portion of fries was extremely small, when I asked a lady who was wearing grey shirt, she was extremelly rude, very bad experience,! Never again!

Bought a 5 piece tender combo and a poutine and didnt recieve my fries.went back to get the fries that belong with the combo and the manager argued with me saying that the poutine was the side.i specified that i wanted a poutine seperately when i ordered and she again argued with me saying that i was wrong and made me pay $2.61 for a small fries.never going back to this popeyes again.not to mention the customer service was trash.if you dont know what a customer wants exactly, you should verify and ask said customer so you dont get the order wrong.do better.

Ordered food last Thursday, 2 piece combo and a chicken sandwich. Friday and all day Saturday, the wife and I are enjoy a severe case of food poisoning. Stay away from this place.

This use to be a great location with the customer service really good however today they failed badly. Chicken nuggets never consistent and when attempted to explain the fountain drinks was not good and issues was raised to where she had to taste it herself. I am the customer if it's not satisfactory you have to fix just poor dealing with the service and they all look confused.

The Flounder Fish sandwich was prepared with a heavy hand on the salt!
I have ordered this sandwich before from other locations and it was not like this at all.
It was very disappointing.barely palatable.
An individual who has to watch salt intake due to high BP was unable to finish.sadly. The only reason this much was eaten was to not be wasteful.

I bought a 12-piece family combo and all the chicken pieces were stale and smelled spoiled. I couldn't eat one bite. Terrible terrible service. How do you sell bad chicken to customers? It's disgusting. Never again!

Bought 8 piece chicken meal. The spicy chicken pieces were heavily coated, dry and tough with parts of the coating
uncooked. The insides of the chicken legs were purple and bloody looking. Also, the chicken has this weird taste.
The fries were cold and soggy. Stay away from this place as they lack quality control.

I had the worst chicken ever. Ordered a 12 piece combo and the chicken was bad and black. This was after making me wait for 8 mins to fulfill my order. It's the worst I've ever had

I had a great experience with them really appreciate the service provide by cashier ritu, she is very nice and fast. Other staff is also very good i like the crispy spicy sandwich over there.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a 2 piece combo, portions of fries for both combo's were extremely small they both put together can make 1 portion for a combo. Disappointed with their customer service lady was extremely rude and did not meet customer service standards. They also was cold and not fresh or not. Will be contacting manager tomorrow morning and forwarding pics over to HR!

After eating my cold fries and digging into the chicken come to find out its not even cooked properly, very rubbery and purple meat not even white.this is DISGUSTING! WORSE LOCATION EVER. YOU GUYS NEED TO SHUT DOWN OR SWITCH MANAGEMENT.

Worst taste of spicy chicken sandwich, they added too much salt in the sandwich, that made it worst, I called them to report, management was stubborn to accept it.

There is significant drop is quality and portion; on top of that price increased quite a bit. I stopped going there. New spot to go now is Mary Brown's and Church's Chicken. Better by a mile!

We were there last week it and took 45 minutes to get our food. The service was slow, then they overcharged us, and make the wrong order. They finally fixed it but didn't apologize at all. Terrible service.

I would totally have given them a 5.but the biscuits were over baked.but this location is better than the one on Sandalwood.

This has got to be the worst location, I have come across, and I have been a loyal popeye's customer for over 14 years, and popeye's has been my go to place for lunches.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 7 years, I know a thing or two about customer service, but the people in this location have got to step up their game.

When a customer returns with a question about his order, its not a crime, don't get defensive and shun him off, listen to them and resolve it, peacefully.

The chicken sandwich was good. Very good actually. The fries were so so. My suggestion is to skip the fries and get a second sandwich. The pickle is the perfect addition to that juicy sandwich. It was as advertised.

I have been here regularly bcoz its close to my house but the last 3 times i went to this place i had some issues the evening staff is terrible, they always forget to give u the whole order and they keep messing up the orders.please look into this matter or you'll keep loosing regular customers like me.

I always go to this location for my chicken and was generally satisfied with the service until last night - I was served by AJAY whose service was simply excellent. His customer service skills are really great and he goes beyond to ensure that the customers to whom he attends are happy. Popeyes need more people like AJAY.

I like this popeyes, the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff can sometimes be a little unfriendly but otherwise no complaints

I often visit this restaurant, however frequent change in staff makes a big difference in customer service. The new staff they had during my recent visit were not very cooperative and hence 4 stars.

Of all the Popeyes chicken I've had, this place has the saltiest. Also, the popcorn shrimps were a disappointment. Most of them are just fried coatings or flour without shrimps in the inside. Won't go back here for sure.

Order the combo 9 pcs for $30 and the new spicy chicken sandwich. They did not give the chicken sandwich and the chicken combo should be 9 pcs, they gave only 8 pcs. Just find out when i got home. Will not visit again.

It was quite busy when I visited, however the staff was both efficient and quick. The new chicken sandwich is okay/good, but I really need to know if it tastes the same as the American version. If it does, I have no clue why Americans were lining up and fighting over this sandwich.

Just got out of there, had to ask for my money back. They gave me the smallest chicken pieces they could find on their rack. I'm not sure why. They even out the one large piece on top of the small pieces and packed it up to go.

I don't know if this is a race thing? Or because I requested they not give me the old small pieces.

Just bought their spicy Cajun chin platter from Uber eats and was disgusted. There was barely any breading, it was cold and to top it off it had a rubbery consistency. I know it’s fast food but for 15 bucks you would expect a decent chicken sandwich.

Went there to grab dinner for our family today. Ordered the 12 pc meal with side of fries and gravy. Got macaroni instead of gravy. When we called to complain the manager tells us that next time he will give us a free gravy. I always order a meal/ combo this way it’s cheaper to include the fries and gravy. We did not enjoy our meal. ️

While we were waiting there for our food to be ready, another customer had brought back their food and were fighting cos they had the wrong order too.

Will not let it go.this branch is the worst popeyes in Brampton. Sandalwood and Bramalea is better. Bovaid and Mount Pleasant is better. Bramalea city center Definitely amazing. This branch? Sucks. I bought a 4 piece combo white meat and they told me it only comes with 1 large piece. I needed to pay upcharge for white meat and more upcharge for 2 large meats.this doesn't even make sense bro 4 piece is the most expensive combo already.

Love the taste of everything, would be much nicer privately parted dividers for family's or couples only. Or blocked off sections

Excellent food, and portions are large. Friendly staff. No long wait times. A little pricey if you venture from the specials, but not unreasonable. Chicken was not greasy. Good variety of sides to order.

Very bad branch; the worst experience ever among all the other Popeyes kitchens ; very bad unrespectable service with a lot of mistakes not only one time but for the last months I dealt with this branch I am so dosappointed; one time I ordered 16 pieces family meal I got only 14 when I called and asked to keep the missing 2 pieces with coming order then I ordered another 16 pieces I found among the 18 pieces 10 pieces very small wings And drumsticks and even the wings were in a very bad condition which was not the first time ; I had a picture for the order, I wished if I can load them; every time a very big order to be placed in one small plastic bag in a shameful unrespectable way; this my last time to buy from this branch; I would rather to drive more 7 km for another branch to buy from this one ️️, a sincere advice for the franchise owner, you may easily lose your business by keeping this way.
