Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Decided to go and give them a try. It was a horrible experience with food. Order 3 piece mixed chicken. It said 2 pieces of dark meat and 1 piece of white meat. I paid extra to substitute dark meat to white. Box didn’t come in it’s biscuit or gravy. The chicken I got was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Chicken wad completely dry. Won’t go back to this location again.

Bad customer service with no respect at all, this is the most bad one ever I have ever seen.

One of the worst experience ever. Service is extremely poor. My order took over 40mins and everything was cold at the end. Each employee here needs training on how to serve hot food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location at all! I would give zero if I had the option for food and service.

It has amazing food and service. I would recommend its cheap and Great quality sandwiches etc

We have been going to this location for years. We have never had any complaints about the quality of the food. Everything has been good. My only small gripe would be more fries in the order and more crispy. However, the chicken has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. If you want your food very fresh request that it is made fresh to order, that will mean waiting 20 minutes. You can't cook fried chicken any less than that unless you would like a side of food poisoning. Patients is a virtue and that even applies to fast food. Also, the one time something was missing from our order that was taken care of upon our next visit. Good food, reasonable service.

Always go and order 2 pieces of chicken no biscuit and Cajun poutine usually just pay around $14.00. Today I stop in now she took nearly 5 min to serve me at the counter and no one else in the store. She said she had to charge me more because I only wanted the 2 piece chicken without the biscuit and a side of Cajun poutine instead of just fries I didn't order anything extra in fact I told them to keep the biscuit they disgusting. Not going to this Popeyes again terrible service and terrible to charge someone more because I didn't want the biscuit.

When we go to the RV show we always go to Popeyes and get ourselves a meal. Flounder sandwich and chicken sandwich with spicey sauce were delicious

$35 for a ten piece meal deal ok so just under $40 tax in cool. Nope. Almost $42. All I asked for, and I've done this before, was all spicy except for one of the white meat pieces to be mild. Done it before and never a had problem but this time they tack on a "white meat charge" of almost $2. When I ask what that is it's explained to me that I need to pay for the mild piece I ordered. So I explain that I don't want an extra piece of chicken just the ten pieces. Guys not getting it and insists that that because I asked for what I did this up charge needs to be applied. Then an older woman comes by and says the same thing to which I explain again that there are ten pieces to which half should be white and all I'm asking for is that one of them be mild. NO she says in the ten piece deal only one or maybe two are white meat. To which I point at the deal placard and ask "where does it say that? " because it doesn't. I've seen cheaper deals that are dark meat only and I've never purchased it because my family is split on what we prefer and I think for $35 it's fair to say there should be more than one or two pieces of white meat. Sick of busithat are trying to make up for lost business due to pandemic by charging more that inflationary adjustments. Mary Browns only from now on besides they're Canadian.

Hardly ever take the time out of my day to leave a review for something, but this location has really made me. Apparently, one star is minimum.

The Popeyes at this location is just not it. Ordered a sandwich combo yesterday, once I got home there were dead bugs in my drink (luckily saw something floating under the lid) and the sandwich was dry af.

My mom ordered some food today, paid for sandwich’s and tenders, once again sandwich’s we’re dry af and they didn’t even give the tenders. And now they’re not answering the phone lol.

It’s not even about the money, just one less place to pick for food. Make the drive and go to Church’s, it’s wayyyy better.

Very bad service and very dirty place and the manager was very rude and gave bad service I do not recommend going here, I had to wait a crazy amount of time it was ridiculous

I have tried this location 3-4 times and each time has been a disappointment. Horrible food, horrible quality, horrible service. I tried to make excuses for them but this is recurring and has become a food safety issue. I got tenders which were not cooked well and the chicken looks old. I did not eat it because they were too hard to be edible and I did not want to get sick. Look at the pictures and check for yourself.

Absolutely terrible service, took 20 minutes for a chicken tender meal. Staff looked mad and were moving slow.

Ayesha was very rude! Unprofessional and impatient. I hope she gets better training on customer service. I was very disappointed in her service and almost canceled my order. There is very poor ventilation in the store, there is a lot of smoke in the store, I thought the store was on fire. If you would like a positive review, contact me.

Ordered mild, got home to extremely spicy food. I know it was not mild that was packed as I had bought it before.
Last time the chicken wasn't fully cooked also. Definitely won't be coming back

Terrible service, no one knows what they're doing. Complete chaos. Orders made out of order, some people waiting an extremely long time. Manager was extremely rude to customers, shoving receipts in their face to prove what they ordered, when in reality it was input incorrectly by the employee. This happned more than once during my visit. Young man at the register was doing his best but appeared to be new. He wasn't providing order numbers to people so when said numbers were called out, the customers had no idea. The manager just kept yelling. One person cooking in the back, 2 in the front. Sometimes the 2 would disappear to cook. Super slow, rude service, no quality control, no attention to detail, no customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if this franchise gets shut down. I'd rather go hungry then go here again.

Went there yesterday and bought the ghost pepper wings. I took a bite of the wings and it smelled funny but I didn't pay it any mind thinking maybe it was the seasoning. Woke up at 3 am with stomach pains had to run to the bathroom. I sat there for about an hour cleaning out my bowel. No I didn't eat anything else except the fries and biscuit that came with it. You guys are serving rotten chicken and thats not cool.

Terrible customer service, all 3 people there are clueless of how to run a business, chicken was old and dry, will never return to this location

I would give one star since not sure if they are really thinking what they are preparing or not… since chicken nuggets are too salty and ghost pepper wings are over fried.they should really give a thought abt it.
