Small portion of everything from chicken to side, employees are not friendly at all, the side usually out of stock.

Purchased 4 chicken sandwiches litterally about 30 minutes ago and service was fine but just when I was about to take my last bite of my sandwich a piece of mouse or rat poo fell out of my sandwich and I feel really disgusted right now. I took a few close up pics and pretty certain it is mouse poo. Eventhough I will never eat popeyes again I would like management or corporate to contact me please.

For the amount of time I wanted for my food there is no reason the chicken for my sandwich should have been microwaved and the cashier looked me dead in the eyes as I was watching her do it. Paid for an extra biscuit to only get one on a platter combo.could only get macncheese or fries as side ot sure why.and to see a cook sitting in the dinning room talking with friends when he is working is just bad looks when there is a others waiting for service them getting the wrong items because he was to focused on his friends in the dining room was just terrible.hope I don't get sick from microwaved chicken

I've been here only a couple of times. They deserve a 5-star rating! The food is incredibly delicious, the service is exceptional, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Aby was very attentive and helped me while making my order. This location has excellent food, and dine in experience. Would reccomend.

The place was filthy, and you can see that the bins were full with flies around it.
The floor was also dirty and oily.

There was a young lady working there just talking for all the period I was there with her friend/boyfriend, who was blocking the way the soda machine, while two of her cowerkers were actually working.

Gave fries in paper bags although they had the other containers. It was messy. Didn't feel like eating after that. The lady at the night shift was rude and unprofessional.

Ordered chicken tenders through Uber and got super dry, tasteless chicken. They messed up the entire order. No coleslaw. Got apple juice instead of chocolate milk. And missing so many condiments. Worst experience ever.

I ordered from them they forgot the sides they didn’t want to send the sides or give a refund very rude acting like they don’t understand or like I’m trying to take advantage of them for a free side when I’m the one out money never ordering from them again

Why there's no napkins come with the food we ordered? I came in and asked for napkins and the staff told me to get some paper towers, what a ridiculous? She told me to complain with the owner, ok, not their fault but what i see were not a nice and clean place that considered as a food retailer for a big franchise and how they trained their staff for a service industry is too bad. Never again!

Recently had lunch here, wasn't the best experience, took forever to get order, place was hot, and the biscuit tasted terribly. I been sick ever since I ate here 2 days ago, with stomach pains.

My chicken thigh was bleeding red blood. They replaced it with drumsticks. Either their fryer or timer is busted
I won't go back.

Ordered food online, It was Poor packaging food dropped down on road no money back. People work there so rude never going to this restaurant again.

Place is dirty, no food is ready, waited 30mins for nuggets, and they've just opened.they need to work on their scheduling if they can't manage to have food ready when they open.also they clearly don't ever clean the dining room since they've only been open for an hour, they have no food to serve, but there's chicken all over the floor.

Worst Popeye in all of gta. Worst female cashiers. Avoid avoid avoid 25min to get my order that is already there but just needed to be put in box

Worst service received by the female staff & they advertised chicken wings & rip chicken big box and they don't have it

Waited 20 min for Fries and a Biscut. (ordered at 8: 42 per my recipt, diddnt get food till 9: 02). Fries were left sitting on the counter outside the warmer for like 10 min.i know because i was standing less than 2 ft away from them watching. When i asked for new fries, i was repeatedly asked to just take the fries they already packaged.abysmal service, rude staff, long waits, dirty dining room, cold fries, Biscutt doesnt look at all like the picture, and it was squished in the package so the icing is all stuck to the package.there was not one redeeming quality to my visit this evening.

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken and a large fries on Tuesday. Fries were fine but the chicken tasted funky. Didn't me make sick but definitely had me worried.

Staff is good the food was also great but the whole store was very hot there is no AC i guess if they have it is working well iam seeing this from last summer still the owner does not care about staff and customers

Apart from lowest possible sanitation, health and safety standards, chicken taste different every single time. Attitude, OMG, the servers attitude, as if she’s doing charity & we’re getting free food. WTH, came to buy food (paying $) not to face your degrading behaviour. Welcome to Indian Hospitality!
