Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It’s sad how hit or miss this location is. I went in around lunchtime recently, the restaurant wasn’t busy but I still had to wait close to 20 minutes for them to cook the food. My order was not big and it was surprising & disappointing I wasted most of my break waiting. Nothing was said about the delay until I asked how much longer it would take. If I was told I’d be waiting that long when I placed the order, I would have gone elsewhere.

They didn’t give me napkins with my chicken and poutine until I asked them.
No hand sanitizer available in the mounted dispenser.
No sauce was included.

This Popeyes location is one of the best I have been to and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants the most amazing customer experience of their life. The manager, Kush and cashier, Alissa
s very welcoming, friendly and always has a warm smile on her face whenever she greets me. The delivery be it dine in or takeout is always fast and thorough, never compromising on customer service experience. She always knows what the customers regular orders are and up to date with the latest deals. Whenever I walk in to this Popeyes location the place is always clean and organized from the dine in area to the washrooms. Come visit if u have a love for deep fried chicken with the best food, customer service and cleanliness quality and experience!

It’s great taste of Crispy chicken in this location.even one POPEYEs location is closer to my place but this Popeyes restaurant always provide more tasty crispy chicken, fries and great quality, so this restaurant is my regular visiting one.

The workers are very nice and friendly. The food is also amazing with nicely seasoned chicken and the best cajun fries I have tried. The place is also very clean.

Food is always nice and fresh which explains the 10-15 minute wait time. Chicken is warm and juicy like my girlfriend poutine is nice too. Makes me and my gf nice and full so we can get to it in the bedroom.

Changing from wing to leg was a $1 up charge which I’ve never had at any other location (told this is the owners rule). Only up charge is dark to breast. They forgot to charge me one Breast up charge - the cook noticed it so they asked me to pay. Not a great experience - if you forget to charge a customer that is your mistake. Finally I had 3 orders one with coleslaw other fries. They made them all with fries, coworkers annoyed with each other when they realized the mistake. They removed every fry with tongs and returned to the fry basket to serve on other orders - not very hygienic. Also yelling at kids that it’s not a lunch room and to another customer that didn’t respond to order number called (because again their mistake they called the wrong number). Very poor customer service. Haven’t experienced this at other locations will avoid this one.

The energy levels of the Manager here is commendable. She keeps up to speed no matter how busy and chaotic things get. All this while training other attendants.kudos to you madam!

Friendly people with quality food. Kush is an amazing lady making great customer experiences!

I wish someone from Canada worked here atleast then we could have some customer service and normalcy more like eating at a foriegn country cheap outlet! I hope popeyes management takes notice of the terrible reviews or is that also being run by someone from another country!

Kush and Kamran were very welcoming with exceptional customer service, we didn’t have to ask for anything they took care of everything in a very timely manner. Also great people to have a chat with while waiting for your order. Definitely a great location.

The cashier kush rushed me to get out saying dine in was closed while over 10 people were dining in and waiting for their orders. She specifically pointed me out in-front of the entire restaurant demanding for me to leave as soon as I got my food. At that time it was 9: 20 and the restaurant door said the place is open until 11. I’ve been going here for over 5 years and have never faced such terrible and rude customer service.

Kush is such a pleasure as a host, she guided me on the beat deal, was cordial and respectful.

I went there with my friend the kind lady was so nice to my friend and I. The best food and Popeyes I’ve ever had! If In area come to this Popeyes now!

Rude cashier at the desk, uncooked dry meat. They picked up my food with the same hands they touched MONEY. GROSS

Daily deals are reasonably priced however, portion sizes are criminal. $7.29 before tax for 5 tiny ghost pepper wings. Dry. First and last time eating at Popeyes. Going back to KFC.

This is by far the best Popeyes in GTA!
Clean & crisp fresh chicken.
I used their washroom & was surprised how clean it was! Unlike other Popeyes washroom that I forever avoid using.
There were 2 ladies constantly cleaning the tables & brooming the floor.
I have never been to a cleaner Popeyes.
We went on A Friday evening, the place was pretty full.
They took longer to prep our order but the wait was worth it.
The food was definitely fresh & was piping hot.
Will go back to this Popeyes only now.

On Monday July 17 2023, I visited this location and I was greeted by KUSH, she was so professional and displayed excellent customer service. The place was clean and the food was good.

We had the most amazing experience with Popeyes at this location. We met a lovely lady called Kush who speaks 14 different languages. She recommended an excellent choice of dinner and we enjoyed the dinner significantly.

Hey this place has very good chicken! Drop by every once and a while to scratch that Popeyes itch.

Come here daily will continue to come here unless the worker named kush is working she has terrible manners and more

Kush was at amazing service, she was able to get our order done perfectly and train a new employee at the same time, she was extremely kind, patient, quick with the order and made our day. Kush is the Best Manager we have had an experience with so far!
