LOL some daytime customers come to the store just to use the washroom and never buy or dine in.like there’s a PUBLIC WASHROOM AT THE MALL 5mins from Popeyes restaurant why can y’all people just go there.
Like common courtesy this is a RESTAURANT and everyone treats it as if it’s a pit stop…
And you’re going to argue with the staff that they said no because you’re not buying anything and just coming by to use the washroom and it’s FOR CUSTOMERS who’s dining only.
Stupid customers leaves to pee somewhere else then comebacks with a friend just to argue with the staff about the washroom like how childish. And yelling at the staff saying i worked as a “cashier” before and salary.etc. I bet you she probably got fired for being rude that’s why she doesn’t know how management works.to be yelling at the staff as if she’s right.

Popeyes Yonge and steel.dogs shrimp for around $18.
The one close to 5800 Yonge Street is much better

I wish I can give them zero stars.
I was the only customer but cashier was too busy chatting with kitchen.
She said because of the internet problem, they take only cash but mobile order apps working fine.i know i will get 3 sauces on the but she told me I can get only one.

I have a bad experience righ now because the people work there it's really racist people, so awful.

Bad customer services, the cashier let me wait for like 15 minutes and ignore me.with the low quality chicken I received, I extremely disappointed with popeyes.

I stopped here 3: 45am March 22,2023, she gets my order, charges me for it, pours my drink, then she tells me I need to wait 10min so that the chicken is ready! I eventually get my money back and leave but I think she should have let me know that they don't have things ready so that I don't waste my time.

I got some late night chicken from this store and Carlo went above and beyond to make make sure everything is as I want it to be! Carlo definitely needs a lot of credit and recognition for this level of customer service that I’ve never seen from this store.

Popeyes late at night always hits the right spot
This place constantly give good quality chicken compared to other branches
They cook the chicken regularly so it’s more fresh than other places

Service was nice here, shout-out to Carlo very helpful and professional guy who made fresh pies and labeled them. (other location i went got the pies all mix up)

Worst location to get food. Worst customer service. Food is never ready. Giving more than 30 min waiting when cooking time is not more than 15 min and it wasn’t even busy, I was the only customer.

Carlo a Filipino guy did a really good delivery on my order. He is so friendly. I would highly recommend this store to my friends, family. For sure 5 stars and we will come back again.

The attendant gave me half of the drink I ordered, so rude, and when I requested, for it to be filled, she did but started laughing after she gave it back to me, that’s so rude

One of the crew in this Popeyes name Carlo is a very nice guy, he can handle the customer pretty well.

Fantastic Popeyes location. Carlo the manager is a friendly guy along with the rest of the team. Would recommend coming here!

One of the better popeyes there is, good service and good vibes. The people who work there are super chill and friendly too. A staff named pranav was super chill and friendly with us when me and my friend group went there to eat.

Service was nice, the workers were very friendly. I was satisfied with their service. Carlo was the one who took my order and he was so nice to us. He suggested some things that we must try.
