SEVERAL TIMES! I have ordered from the restaurant one item is ALWAYS MISSING. When you call they hang up the phone on you. What kind of customer service hangs up the phone on a customer?

Love this place. Only ever had 1 questionable sandwich, all other times they have exceeded expectations.

Food was good but the lady who is working in the store is rude to customers and her way of handling customers was damn bad. If she is tired of her shift she needs to take a break but cannot show that irritation on customers.

Love the food but the staff is extremely incompetent and poorly organized. If you want your chicken be prepared to wait. Don't bother ordering online. They don't have a cue system and will give your food away.

I spilled my fountain drink and the manager scolded me for taking a new cup, indicating that paper cups cost money $3.47 to be exact! Horrible customer service.

Please do not waste your time and money. Anything will taste better than the chicken from this store.

Second time trying Popeyes and I'm not going back. The chicken had a weird taste. Couldn't decide if it was undercooked or if it was old oil? Both perhaps. We where both disappointed.

Great food as always, the staff were friendly and outgoing, but the ambience could use a little work. The main issue I have with this place is the cleanliness, a lot of chicken and bread crumbs everywhere, serviettes on the floor, etc. Probably a better idea to takeaway.

Absolutely terrible location. The staff tries to overcharge you, and they are rude. The restaurant is dirty, and the chicken tasted like it was spoiled. I love Popeyes, but this location was absolutely horrendous.

Terribly mismanaged, not even an hour after opening and they're out of mild chicken, waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged with 4 people behind the counter, I wouldn't bother with this location if you want speedy service and an actual selection of chicken.

I have passed a mobile order, I went to the store and collected it and when I got back home, I opened the bag and unfortunately, it doesn't have what I actually ordered it was a different thing.

Chicken was bland minus the prepackaged dipping sauce. Biscuits were hockey pucks, the pie was very bland with a hint of strawberry. Poutine made up for it even though it was ok. I give a solid 3 outta 10.one point was for the awesome ranch sauce

The woman at the drive thro Wednesday. No polite. I asked napkins. She is not happy and. Crazy

I ordered the combo as I always do but the gave me the fries in such a small box there were literally 20 fries in that even the box says nuggets and the person said you’ll only get this. Really really bad service.

Slowest drive through in North America. Staff ignores you for tens of minutes at a time, making you think they forgot about you.

The chicken was fresh and tasty. The sandwiches were a little bit poor in terms of dressing and veggies. The prices are moderate. The service was moderate as well.

It has to be the most dirtiest places that I have been into floors are not mopped windows are dirty TV's dirty everywhere you look it is a filthy place shame on the owner
