The food and service were amazing. They lost a star because of the not amazing location and because they're popcorn shrimp machine was down but the staff were every knowledgeable and the food was very calorie dense (Which is what I like). I had the shrimp, the sandwich, and the biscuits and all of them were great I'd come back here again.

Always great. Food is consistent, service is excellent and it's one of the only places in the area open at 2 am.

Poor service, wouldn’t answer the intercom until about 5-10 minutes of waiting. Also wouldn’t serve us any food because they were “closing” all tho they had 20 min tires left and i’ve worked fast food you have to take orders unless not available, which was available.person taking the order only offered us a couple of nuggets not even a meals worth for the price of a meal.definitely poor service unreal.

Tables needed cleaned and chairs pushed under the tables. I don't like when the tables are messy especially when there is no one in the restaurant.

The best tasting crispy chicken. The best mashed potatoes and gravy. You get a choice of ketchup and hot sauce and sides. A flawless chicken recipe. I'm pretty sure if you go once, you'll go again!

Great, personable service. They thoughtfully offered an adjustment to my order to help reduce my wait time. Clean tables. I found the booth seating comfortable, but it would be too tight for larger customers.

Loved the speed of service. I asked for some extra hot sauce and the cashier was not shy to give me a handful. Thank you for the hospitality

It was good, the chicken was not dry and was not dripping wet (do note that we went at night drive through). It was quick as a $50 meal can be made for 5 people.

This location has better chicken then the ones in States. It's halal so all the organic freaks will enjoy their quality as well. It was fresh and juicy.

This place is a joke, did a on line order for over 100.00 dollars on the 4th of July. They took the money off my credit card, when I got there to pick up my order it wasn't ready. They said I wasn't getting the order they were closing. Didn't have my food or wouldn't my money back. I will be calling the police an reporting this and also reporting to the main cooperation office.

Sometimes this location serves chicken meat that's too much over timely frozen that the chicken meat tastes like thawed tasteless meat.and it is sometimes mixed with good tasting chicken meat. You can notice the difference.

Ordered chicken sandwich and ghost pepper wings, biscuit was missing in order! Also food was not hot

Went out for lunch with a couple of buddies from work, and we decided popeyes because I had never had it before all I gotta say is the chicken is garbage doesn't even taste like chicken at all. And the biscuits I wouldn't even call food. Couldn't eat any of it what so ever I don't get the hype around this place.

By far the worst chicken sandwich you can get at any popeyes. It is always incredibly oily with stale/old oil. All the other locations are fine, but this one is consistently deep fried in last weeks oil

Before the chicken was fresh and just cooked, but now it must be cooked and then heated in the oil again. It was so greasy, will never go back.

I wish I could give a 0 to this location.they always mix up our orders and then BLAME US FOR THE MIXUP.the worker Manpreet or whatever her name was on DECEMBER 28TH NEAR MIDNIGHT - MIXED UP MY ORDER AND HAD THE NERVE TO BLAME ME. I had to come all the way back for the order also.the worst management, the worst staff.overall - popyeyes is one of my favourite fast food places, BUT BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

Food quality is amazing since we always ask them to make fresh and prefer to wait. Otherwise sometimes, we might get refried food.

Got the tender combo with fries. Fries are always pretty good. Biscuits are always quite tasty. Tenders are always excellent as well. Overall, would highly recommend.

Price is bit high here. But the food is quite good. Too much oil in chicken. Try the spicy chicken sandwich sometimes.

Very Oily
I spent 73$ on this food. This was my favourite spot to eat but this time it was horrible. The chicken strips were very dry and not cooked properly. The Chicken sandwich was oily and the fries were dry.

I just want to say that the new management that is running the place has made a huge difference in the quality of the product, the customer service and over all experience! Keep up the great work!

Worse experience ever. Went to order classic sandwiches combos with fried and gravy. Come home to one combo with one fry and no gravy and the other combo with a lil thing of gravy with no fries.so what is my daughter supposed to eat her gravy with? By itself with a spoon? I called them back and they said that they consider gravy as a side? ! I wanted gravy extra with the fries.no one buys gravy as a side to be eaten by itself

Wow! Great service, was very impressed. Came in at 1: 35pm today, very quick. Cashier was extremely nice and helpful.

The worst location. They messed up my order twice. When we asked about the order they denied even getting the order and blamed it on the other location

Now this was disappointing, i think the tv adds are a little over the top.or people no not have very high expectations

I like the cajun chicken sandwich from popeyes but not the new "famous" chicken sandwich. Its VERY greasy, like almost dripping with grease, and popeyes doesnt even allow people to eat inside yet even though tim hortons and taco bell which are the same size, do allow it.

It's Popeye's! What could be wrong? It's my favorite fast food franchise in Canada. I've read there are professional chefs (like Anthony Bourdain when he was alive) that said they don't bother to make their own fried chicken anymore because Popeye's does it the way it's supposed to be done.

Hmmm, firstly I’d like to say don’t eat at this place, they make food like they’re going to feed it to grazing animals. The food quality really is laughable especially when you compare it to other food places in Windsor. Don’t go here.

Too costly; 12 dollars for three small chicken pieces, a biscuit, and a side. The side was mashed potatoes with gravy but the gravy tasted like a curry sauce, definitely not cajun cuisine as indicated by the franchise.

They get our order wrong, they confuse sides and drinks often. Have to repeat it multiple times. Terrible service but delicious food.

Today is August 6th. 2020，the chicken is disgusting. It smells like have been placed in room temperature for a week. All the staff are Indian and have a bad service like the first day at work.

This was my second time here in 3 years. I was disappointed then and I'm disappointed now. I had no problem with the service. The food was aweful. I purchased a 12 pc with macaroni & cheese and onion rings. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes and to pull out front, 23 minutes later, and the only customer the chicken was undercooked and the mac & cheese was overcooked. I will never, go here again.

I ordered a 3 piece dinner and it was nearly $13.00. The chicken was set and had been sitting under the heat lamp for a very long time. The chicken pieces were tiny and had tones of batter on them. I felt as if that's all I was eating. The beans and rice that you have the option of choosing is a tiny portion as well. It's defiantly a step down from the American Franchise. It's over prices for what you are getting. Won't eat there again.

This is one of my favorite fast food chicken restaurants. I have yet to be disappointed. Whether I have the spicy or mild breading on the chicken, just tastes juicy and delicious. Having the choice of a number of sides is a bonus. You have to at least try it once to know why it a top contender.

Second Visit: Omar took our order! He was really professional and really respectful person. He hurried on our order. The sandwich was cold! Meat felt a-little old! (He messed the Napkins, Spoons for the potatoes, ketchup and hot sauce). Looking forwarded for next time! 2/10 Service!

Hit or miss with thier chicken. Witnessed first hand customers told by staff no spicy chicken. Then others are given what I would assume is older spicy chicken or other (not spicy). So I wouldn't rely on any freshness claims.

Yummy and different food than the other fast food restaurants but prices are a kind of high. I am just wondering why there is no available private delivery like other restuarants. With SkipTheDishes, it can't be paid in cash or Debit.
I believe the company is missing a lot of orders because of that. Also I saw some reviews telling it is Halal chicken but why there is no sign in the front of this location shows people that. I am sending you a message that please put a sign tells it is Halal. You miss a lot of muslim costumers. Halal meat is something they consider very very much. Thanks
