I had 8 pieces spicy family Chicken at 7.30 p.m. Today and it was not good. Very dry and looks old. Test less. Will never come back anymore.

I had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich tonight after a hard night of Uber work. The sandwich was exceptional as well as the popcorn shrimp that they had served with barbecue sauce. I got to tell you that the sandwich and the shrimps were exceptional. They were not too greasy and they were well made. I wanted to thank Saad, Grishma and Saima for cooking a delicious chicken for me. As of now I am going to come for the chicken breast sandwich to Popeyes. Through their professionalism and awesome cooking talents they made me a long term Popeyes costumer.

The best service ever! Great food and mostly they have the best manager Ashmeet who solved me a problem. So human and so dedicated. I recommend this branch as the best one!

The chicken I bought last night was absolutely disgusting. First off, I had to bring it back to the store and get another order because when I initially ordered spicy, they messed up and gave me mild. When they replaced that order, they assured me that the second order was spicy - which it technically was, but barely. The only seasonings they used were a hint of cayenne. No salt, no other seasonings, nothing! I spent $18 on unseasoned chicken that only tasted like the old oil it was fried in, with a hint of spice. Whoever was in charge of seasoning the meat yesterday needs to be fired, or at least retrained to do their job, because they were clearly lazy and cut corners in their food prep. Did I mention the chicken mostly tasted like it was soaked in three-day-old oil? Listen, I'm no stranger to Popeye's and the quality of their food, which is usually relatively decent. However, the quality of this location is subpar at best, and worth contacting head office to complain at worst. The location at Bloor and Dufferin is far more superior, both in the quality of their food and their customer service. If you're craving Popeye's and you're in the area, take the 29 Dufferin bus down to Bloor and get your chicken at that location if you want it fresh and properly prepared. It's worth the extra trip. Don't waste your money at the St. Clair & Dufferin location. They clearly don't know what they're doing.

Good quality at this location is the worst of any Popeyes I have ever tried. The food tastes like old cooking oil and messes up my stomach. Do not eat here, go to another location!

Terrible experience. Took 20 min+ to receive my food when it was nearly empty and even after waiting that long the fries were COLD. On top of that found a piece of hair in my fries? Please do not go here

I bought 3 pc of spicy chicken and It was not at all fresh. It was definitely left over or long time back fried food. Never expected this from Popeye’s

They never have the mild chicken in stock. I ALWAYS have to wait 15 - 20mins to get my order. Sometimes there is a lady on cash that always forgets the fact that I order a combo and never packs the biscuit either. I have even ordered from this location on UberEats and instead of sending mild chicken they send spicy (my guess is because - as usual - they ran out and just sent what they had). I can't eat spicy food so I end up getting refunded when they do this, so it's no real benefit to send wrong orders. This location sucks. Always check your food before leaving.

Ordered yesterday night. Had to wait 15 mins but the chicken was fresh and good quality. Not too oily. Fries were fresh as well. Overall excellent food quality. Customer service Excellent.

Extremely rude and condescending manager on duty. She's awful with manners and doesn't have customer service skills at all. Very rude service. Will be complaining to corporate office of her behaviour.

The chicken nuggets are amazing and there food is halal. Its overall a really good place to grab a meal.

What an absolute rip-off this place is! The smallest amount of fries I've ever received and they forgot to give me the other part of my order! Never again. The owner should be ashamed of his staff.

Average location. Sometimes chicken is too greasy. The staff come and go so you get what you get. Nothing special.

Gave me the wrong order and refused to refund me! Terrible customer service. Try another location.

On June 24,2021, after 10: 30 p.m, I bought the day's special - Chicken Nuggets. What a disappointment due to the following:

1. Extremely salt which I thought after the first bite was a one-oft occurrence so I put that piece down and tried a second piece and it was the same and
2. Since I had to wait a few minutes for the order, I believed that the order was going to be freshly made. The food was a mixture of cold and warm pieces of the 2 pieces I tried, with the internal meat uncooked!

I tossed the food and made the promise not to ever purchase it again.

Went for the Tuesday special and luckily, they were making a fresh batch. Chicken was crispy and moist when it was just out of the fryer. Not sure if I would get it if it was sitting there too long. Super convenient location at the corner of St. Clair and Dufferin.

The wait time was ridiculous and theh forgot to give me my drink. The employees was also touching their mask frequently while serving.

Would of gave stars but no fork formy mash and i was already 20 mins away. Had to improvise using the lid as a fork.

Good place, was served fast and in friendly manner. No parking tho, no washroom, no accessible entrance.

One of the workers is not wearing a mask and speaking loud. I asked her to wear a mask and she followed but she didn't cover her nose.and I took out five chicken wings but the chickens are not in the tray.they were all over the paper bag. I dumped them right away and I would never go to this place.

I went to Popeyes, I got fresh and crispy chicken, great hospitality and pleasant ambiance, service with great smiles on their faces, thanks Sneha for great service.

I recommend this location for all those who are looking great service and fresh food!

Ordered 5 tenders and fries. Got 3 and a half tenders, some batter crumbs, and no fries. No napkins either.
While I waited I saw them re-use a paper bag that another customer exchanged for a plastic bag.

Always good.tho for me I just wish I cld have my chicken fried a lil more jst for that extra crisp

I gave this location a second chance last night but nothing change the first time i bought some chicken its raw in side last night the chicken taste burn and maybe the oil they use to fry the chicken is not fresh or over use. Never visit this place ever again. Sorry

Came to the restaurant at 11: 15am and they were closed. The timings on the board said they open at 11 am on sunday. Very disappointed

Food is always ready, you don't have to wait to long, and the products are exactly has the pictures of them

I came inside and bought a mild chicken sandwich combo and was given a spicy sandwich, I have very bad reaction to spicy food and I’m highly intolerant. I came back in the restaurant to try to give them a chance to right their wrong but instead they’ve made me feel like a criminal and want to search through my bank transactions and started searching me up on their security cameras! This place has absolutely horrible customer service and does not deserve anyone’s business!

It was not good. I usually eat Popeyes but this brunch is terrible taste. Im sorry but it’s true.

Food is ok but the serves is bad their is one lady that was so rude to me and my friend and ther no clean strews and we asked for some clean straws and she sed f off.

Slow service, and they had me stand there waiting for 15 minutes when my food was already boxed and waiting. When I asked why multiple customers had come and ordered and got their food before me, the guy finally realized my food was already sitting there ready. He apologized, but was smiling as if it was funny.

Just got cheated, I asked for spicy chicken but they switched and gaved me non spice and very very dry chicken.spent $20 for garbage! Don't buy here!

Fastfood chicken shack. It's not a terrible place for people who like fast food chicken, but for people who dislike this kind of food, avoid. Smells great on the outside, stinking out to the street, but the smell doesn't equal the quality of food. Smells great - tastes terrible. Fastfood chicken shack - need I say more.

Ordered the Ghost Pepper wings, not Ghost hot at all.
KFC has hotter wings.

Not a bad location. Usually come here. Service is alright. Food is pretty quick. Place is tidy. Small eat in area.
