Visited this location yesterday for lunch with a group of 12+ people. Many people in the group were in wheelchairs and although the restaurant is quite small we were able to move some chairs and all fit. The staff were very lovely and patient when taking the large order and everything was brought to us in a timely manner. Everyone was very happy with their food and the service that was provided and we will happily revisit this location in the future.

The service is faced paced and the ambience of the restaurant is also amazing. Costumer service is also up to the mark and specially I like the apple pies as the real taste of the apples and the flavors just melts so smoothly which I love the most. Overall it's a fabulous place to get around.

In the evening, after 5, worst service from a young woman, not pleasant to deal with, regular, mild flavor chicken breast. The portion is so small for almost the $5 you pay for one piece.it is a joke, and the food was dry, and didn't taste like what they serve for lunch.

Went there for lunch at 12: 05. Had to wait 15 minutes for some chicken to be cooked. After waiting 25 instead of 15, they forgot to give me sauce for my chicken strips. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience there, and not sure why I went back. Worst Popeyes chicken, I’ve ever been to. They need to have a few more staff at lunchtime, and be prepared for people who are coming in to buy chicken for their lunch, have some ready and cooked ahead of time.

It was very nice and clean, the service was fast and the manager was a great help in deciding what I wanted to get.

This is the most absolutely disgusting restaurant in the fast food industry in the Aurora area I’ve ever been to. We ordered a ten piece chicken fingers and one fell on the ground… and nothing was done by staff. Absurd.

Literally I can say the best popeyes chicken and customer service I have ever experienced in GTA.

A lady is the supervisor (or manager) in the store and she has built a great relationship with the store customers. The quality of chicken has been always fresh.

The store owner, also, is an understanding person. Great job team!

I had a crispy chicken there was so good and I like the custom service provided on the front desk the girl was so nice to me.

Servers today are totally blind. I've been wating there for 10 mins and they took orders from 2 guys came after me and leave me as a clown there as he'll.

Can’t believe this is a regular fries. Also the ghost pepper wings taste very bad. This store need more training.

Waiting in line then left immediately after seeing one of the worker licking his finger to grab a paper sheet for the tray! Seriously? ! Disgusting at minimum!

I've been getting popeys from.different branches including this one multiple times
Everytime this older guy makes my order something is wrong! Last time I ordered the sandwitch at 11am and it ended up a leftover sandwitch from how the chicken was oily and and no crunch. Today I ordered chicken tender combo and instead of biscuit I asked for more fries now tht I got home he hasn't even given me the regular amount of fries and worst than all when I call him.he argues with " you know how much is regular fries"!
His other employees are not like that
