Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Biscuit was undercooked and they were not very generous with their chicken pieces. Very underwhelming and they failed to complete absolutely normal tasks in a decent amount of time. Everything took over 25 minutes and the person at the cashier was probably gumped. She refused to replace my fries with a biscuit, which is a totally normal request and their fountain pop was watery. Popeyes staff did not even try to properly accommodate for the broken debit/credit machine. Overall experience leads up to me to never coming back to this garbage popeyes.

I don’t know how they run a restaurant with washrooms out of service? ! I really encourage the owners to train their staff to understand that there are people used to washing their hands before they eat! (At least)

Delicious food and Great customer service. I strongly recommend this store. Very yummy food

This location is running a scam at night where they over charge your card and tell you that the price of every menu item has increased from the television menu.

Establishment did not honour the prices on the board. Charged higher prices than advertised while saying that their prices went up. Poorly managed store.

Went in to order food and they were charging more than the prices listed on the menu. I pointed it out and they said the sign is old. They refused to honor their posted, advertised prices so we walked out.

Closing at 2am? YEAH RIGHT! This Popeyes has been closing earlier than 2 am for weeks! Locking the door before midnight and turning away paying customers from using the bathroom because they were “closing”. It’s 12: 05 am as I write this AS they laugh about canceling an Uber eats order. Seriously? I wonder if the owner knows.

Food is not cooked fresh at this location anymore. I’ve received cold food the last 3 times I’ve ordered in this location.

Scam Alert.ordered a 3 pc combo. Realized that they were charging me for the platter and pointed this out to the cashier and she smiled and said that the board is not correct and the actual price is 12.29 which just happens to be the same price as the platter. They are lying on there pricing board about the actual prices. She said it was changed and the sign is wrong but the sign is a computer not a physical sign so it could easily be changed. Even after I pointed it out to the cashier did she still refused to change the price. It's theft. It's lying about the actual price. Who changes prices on Christmas? Popeyes Chicken charges you more than the actual price listed on the pricing board

My chicken sandwich was cold but juicy… I’m not sure if it was cooked or not but I was sick the entire night and also had acid reflux. My friend who ate with me was also sick all night after. I have eaten at many Popeyes and this has never happened. The washroom looks like a haunted house with cobwebs everywhere, dust, a mirror leaned on the counter and it’s in a scary hallway with marks all over the walls. It’s just not even a nice location on top of serving food that made us sick

This is a rather run-down location at Popeyes. The ice machine wasn’t working and they took 15 minutes to fry my chicken. I would've given 2 stars, but the chicken is extremely fresh since they fried it from scratch. Felt bad because nobody was eating at lunch, so I'm giving it a 4 stars. More than enough. Not coming here again
